Ten minutes later, the training officially began, starting with a basic ladder and hurdle footwork training, followed by basic passing practice.
The third training session was a team confrontation under Arican football rules.
Many football teams use this thod to energize the players during training, while also rekindling so of the distance felt after returning to the team, helping them find a sense of cooperation.
It's considered a fun training, essential in modern football.
"Touchdown!"
"Throw it to , ah, this pass isn't as accurate as your foot! Haha.....!"
"Dodge him, beautiful!"
"You should go to the Dallas Cowboys, not Arsenal!"

The atmosphere in training was relatively joyful, occasionally with tense and intense confrontations.
Among these, Ma'el's speed advantage and physical power advantage gradually erged, and in a very noticeable way.

Hugging the football, Ma'el charged quickly towards the opposing defense line, knowing this was a good chance to showcase himself.
First up were Sagna and Gibbs, who blocked the left and right sides, leaving Ma'el a gap in the middle.
The ssage was clear: take the sides and go around, don't think about fast strides; go through the middle, and prepare to face their shut-down defense.
"Thump thump thump!"
Ma'el sped up, knowing that going past them on the sides would be difficult for the two to catch him, yet he insisted on going through the middle.
"Close the gate!" When Ma'el swept close with a strong montum, Sagna quickly signaled to Gibbs, who both lowered their center of gravity against each other in an attempt to stop Ma'el right there.
"Boom!" A dull thud echoed as if they were hit by a massive hamr, both falling back without resistance.
Ma'el effortlessly broke through their concentration, charging straight out.
"Oh....!" An exclamation resounded throughout the training ground, with many grimacing in both amazent at Ma'el's explosive impact and empathy for Sagna and Gibbs.
This hit, was no light matter.
"I'm chasing!" The team's fastest player, Walcott, soon rushed in Ma'el's direction, feeling a thrill to compete upon seeing Ma'el's sprinting speed.
"Thump thump thump!" He accelerated fully, observing his distance to Ma'el closing, a subtle smile erging on his lips.
But soon after, Walcott saw Ma'el's strides growing quicker, maintaining his distance and slowly pulling ahead.
What's going on?
Just finished a confrontation without acceleration?
Walcott's eyes widened, bursting with effort as he pursued Ma'el desperately.
In the end, unless Ma'el needed to dodge and move laterally to evade interceptors, Walcott couldn't close the gap.
Walcott swiftly reached Ma'el's side as the latter completed another confrontation, almost reaching the touchdown.
Ma'el glanced at Walcott, assuming he wanted to compete, mustered his strength, and ramd sideways.
Having just bulldozed three or four people, devouring them whole, he was completely exhilarated, a bit reckless in excitent!
Thrilling!
"Ah....!" Walcott felt slightly embarrassed under Ma'el's gaze, realizing Ma'el intended to ram, he dodged in ti to let Ma'el into the touchdown zone.
His intent was to compete in speed, but it didn't work out.....risking a fall now would yield no profit.
"Yes!"
Ma'el easily scored a touchdown, raising his right hand holding the football, laughing exuberantly in celebration.
It's been so long since active team training, today felt thrilling.....of course, massively improving his abilities and performing well in training contributed to his happiness.
He turned back, only to find no one celebrating with him, everyone's expression carried shock and surprise.
"How many people did he just bulldoze? Even Sagna couldn't withstand him?"
"Vermaelen tried to crash into him sideways without budging him, what do you think?"
"No, didn't you see? Walcott chased him all the way and couldn't catch up, isn't Walcott the fastest in the team?"
"You an his speed is comparable to Walcott's?!"
First-ti witnessing Ma'el's speed and power during training, the Arsenal players were all slightly open-mouthed, whispering in mutual awe.
Sagna's earlier remark of calling him a monster was right.....only, he wasn't just a training fanatic monster, but also a physical one!
Van Persie remained where he initially passed to Ma'el, exchanging a shocked glance with his frontline partner Arshavin, clearly capturing the urgency and apprehension in Arshavin's eyes.

Evidently, soone with even greater talent arrived, not only possessing super precise crossing skills but potentially remarkable shooting ability.
Now, he showcased unparalleled speed and power!
Van Persie glanced at Wenger, who was excitedly discussing sothing with assistant coaches.....he knew the new Premier League season would be different.
