The Director watched as the black liquid spiraled into the sky, thick tendrils forming and whipping around as if alive. His senses were on high alert, his eyes narrowing as the liquid expanded unnaturally.

"What the hell is this?" he muttered, tapping the side of his head to activate his comms. "Gojaro, status report—now!"
Static buzzed before Gojaro's voice ca through, sounding tense. "Sir, I have the gem in my hand… but what is that? Damn it! We're getting out of here—Valaria, hold on tight!"
The Director glanced up. Gojaro, with Valaria clinging to his back, was hovering above, clearly shaken by the black liquid's sudden and aggressive expansion. The Director grimaced, knowing this wasn't just an ordinary threat.
"Gojaro, just teleport back from here. It's fine if it's seen," the Director ordered.
Gojaro turned back, a determined look on his face. "Of course," he replied as he pulled out the teleportation device strapped to his wrist. Just as he was about to activate it, a sharp black strand shot up from the ground, too fast to react to. In a split second, it sliced clean through the wristband, severing his only ans of escape.
"Shit!" Gojaro cursed, twisting in midair to avoid more strands of liquid that lunged at him. One strand grazed his side, slicing into him with shocking speed. He grimaced but managed to dodge a fatal strike aid at his neck.
This isn't good, the Director thought, launching himself off the ground. His body shot through the air, fiery bursts from his feet propelling him toward Gojaro and Valaria. "Dodge!" he shouted, his voice booming through the chaos.
Gojaro barely had ti to react as the ground below them shook violently. With a deafening crash, a monstrous figure burst from the streets below. It was a spider-like Kaiju, its body easily 60 ters long, covered in gleaming yellow skin with black lines crisscrossing its massive legs.
But the most horrifying part was its face—a grotesque, contorted human-like visage that opened its gaping mouth, revealing rows of sharp teeth.
The Director's eyes widened as the creature lunged at Gojaro, jaws wide open, ready to snap him in half.
Gojaro, still disoriented, managed to spin out of the way just in ti, but the shockwave from the creature's attack sent him spiraling through the air. The young woman on his back, Valaria, tightened her grip, her adhesive fluid coating Gojaro's back, soothing his pain even as the situation escalated.
The Director pushed forward, his skin beginning to glow a deep red as he prepared himself. "This isn't just about the gem anymore. This thing is going to wipe us out if we're not careful," he muttered under his breath.
The spider Kaiju let out a terrifying screech, its black liquid tendrils whipping out toward them, forming spikes that lashed through the air. The Director clenched his fists, unleashing a concentrated burst of energy that vaporized the liquid strands heading his way. But the creature's attacks were relentless, the black liquid reforming almost instantly and hurtling toward them again.
"Damn it!" The Director gritted his teeth, firing off another round of energy blasts, but this ti, the liquid seed to learn, twisting around his attacks and closing in on him.
This thing is smart… too smart.
As the Director dodged and weaved through the sky, he noticed sothing unusual. That gem… it's at the center of the creature, he realized. The key to this thing's regeneration… it's in the heart.
"Gojaro!" he shouted. "The creature is regenerating from the gem at its center! We need to focus our attacks there."
Gojaro, still in mid-air and struggling to regain his balance, glanced at the Director. "I'm not sure how long I can hold out," he gasped, pain seeping into his voice as he clutched his wounded side.
"I'm handling this!" the Director growled, his skin now glowing fully red, his power reaching its peak. "Max Ultimos… engage!"
With that, his body transford, the fiery energy around him intensifying, and his skin took on a darker, almost crimson hue. The air around him crackled with heat and force as the Director prepared to go all out.
From the ground, Gojaro could only watch in awe. "This… this must be the Director's true ability," he whispered, his eyes wide. "Is he controlling the wind? Or is it sothing else? And that red skin… I've never seen him like this."
The Director's eyes locked onto the spider Kaiju, now screeching in rage as it ford a platform of black liquid beneath it, elevating itself into the air to match his altitude. The creature's human-like face twisted in fury, and it launched a barrage of liquid spikes, faster and deadlier than before.
But the Director was ready. With a swift motion, he dodged to the side, using the fiery rockets beneath his feet to maneuver through the sky with lightning speed. His movents were precise, and as he dodged the liquid spikes, he pulled sothing from his belt—the gem from the broken crystal.
"Is this what you wanted?" the Director taunted, holding the glowing gem high for the creature to see.
The spider Kaiju let out a piercing screech, its entire body trembling with rage. In an instant, it lunged at him, moving faster than the speed of sound. The air around them cracked with the force of its movent.
The Director grinned, pushing himself even faster, dodging the creature's attack at the last second. He used the rocket boosters on his feet to zip around the sky, avoiding each strike with deadly precision.
Below, Gojaro landed on the ground, blood dripping from his side as he shouted orders to the soldiers. "Shoot at the legs! Slow it down!"
The soldiers responded imdiately, their new rifles aid at the Kaiju's massive legs. With each shot, the creature's movents beca slightly more sluggish, its limbs struggling to maintain their strength.
Seeing the opportunity, the Director spun in the air, his body crackling with red energy.
