The creature's roar echoed as it strained against the skeletal hand pinning it down. Its ember-like eyes burned with frustration, its claws scraping against the ground as it thrashed. "Get off !" it snarled, its voice ragged and venomous. "I will not be caged!"

Omina stood nearby, her golden-green aura pulsing faintly as she watched the struggle unfold. "You're already caged," she said, her tone cutting. "And from the looks of it, you're starting to realize it."

The creature snapped its head toward her, its expression twisting with fury. "You think this changes anything?" it hissed. "This body is mine, and I'll burn you all to ash before I let you take it from !"

But its defiance was short-lived. The skeletal hand above it moved again, its fingers curling as though gripping the air itself. The faint glow along Ty's veins grew brighter, pulsing rhythmically as the hand exerted its influence. The creature let out another guttural cry, its movents growing more erratic as it struggled to break free.

JJ, still clutching her pink strand, stood frozen in place. Her gaze flicked between the skeletal hand and Ty's body, her mind racing. "Ty," she whispered, her voice trembling. "You're still in there. I know you are."

The skeletal hand paused, its energy shifting slightly in response to her words. The creature snarled, its claws igniting with dark fire as it made one final attempt to break free. It surged upward, its strength focused on shattering the restraints, but before it could strike, the skeletal hand moved with sudden force.

The hand descended, slamming into the creature with enough power to send it hurtling across the battlefield. It crashed into the far wall with a deafening impact, the dark flas sputtering out as it slumped to the ground. The skeletal hand hovered for a mont before shifting toward JJ, its movents deliberate but unthreatening.

JJ flinched as the hand reached out, but instead of attacking, it wrapped gently around her, lifting her into the air. She gasped, her pink strand flaring as the hand carried her upward, away from the chaos below. "Ty?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "Is that… you?"

The skeletal hand didn't respond, but its actions spoke volus. It moved with purpose, placing JJ on a high platform overlooking the battlefield. She landed softly, her pink strand dimming slightly as the hand retreated. JJ's fingers gripped the edge of the platform as she looked down at the battlefield, her heart aching.

Below, the creature stirred, its ember-like eyes flaring faintly as it pushed itself to its feet. Omina stepped forward, her aura flaring brighter as she readied herself for another clash. But the skeletal hand hovered above her, its presence a silent warning.

JJ watched from above, her mind racing as she tried to make sense of what was happening. Ty's body, the skeletal hand, and the creature's defiance all swirled together in a chaotic storm of emotions and unanswered questions. "Please," she whispered, her voice trembling. "Don't let it win."

The skeletal hand lingered in the air, its energy pulsing faintly before it gave JJ a deliberate, almost playful thumbs-up. JJ blinked, her confusion montarily overriding her fear as the hand drifted away. Slowly, it floated downward, its bony structure twisting and folding as it returned to the skeletal fra crumpled near Ty's lifeless body.

The motion began subtly at first—just a faint vibration in the air. Then the bones of the skeletal fra began to whirl, fragnts breaking away as a spiraling current of energy surged through it. The ground quaked softly beneath the force, and chips of bone flaked off in swirling patterns, dissolving into faint sparks of light.

In the eye of the storm, Ty's consciousness flickered to life. He saw the cords first—thin, faintly glowing blue tendrils weaving through his skeletal structure like veins. Their presence was both alien and strangely comforting, as though they were reminding him of his place in this strange, fractured existence.

A deep inhale filled his awareness. Despite lacking lungs, Ty felt the sensation as ti seed to slow. Before him, a large, intricate wheel appeared, suspended in the void of his mind. He recognized it instantly—it was the sa as before, spinning with asured precision. This ti, however, it was accompanied by a scattering of orbs lying just below its center.

Th-this is… Ty's thoughts trailed off, his focus narrowing on the orbs. Each one shimred faintly, fragnts of mory and energy swirling inside. Though they were unfamiliar, sothing in his bones—quite literally—stirred as he gazed at them. He felt a strange pang of recognition, not of their origins, but of their purpose.

The realization hit him like a hamr. That creature... it lied. It lied about everything.

The flas, he thought, flexing his bony fingers experintally. Nothing ca forth—not even a flicker. A mont of dread gripped him, but it quickly passed as a strange acceptance settled over him. So that's it. Those flas weren't mine after all.

But as the thought lingered, sothing deeper within his core stirred. The skeletal cords connecting his fra pulsed once more, and a dark red glow began to flicker beneath his feet. The ground beneath his bony structure cracked faintly as the glow intensified, spreading outward like veins of molten energy.

Ty bent slightly, gripping an unseen force in the void as the fragnts of an unfamiliar mory pushed their way to the forefront of his mind. A man—his face blurred, his na forgotten—flashed before him. The shard of a soul that had once crossed paths with Ty now burned within him, igniting the faint ember that had slumbered in his skeleton. The blackened structure of his body rippled with newfound strength as he stepped forward, his movents asured and deliberate.

When his skeletal form landed on the battlefield, the effect was imdiate. Omina's focus shifted entirely to him, her golden-green aura wavering for the first ti as she took in the sight. What remained of Ty's forr body—the host now controlled by the creature—turned as well, the ember-like eyes widening briefly before narrowing into a glare.
