Byung pushed open the door to his chambers and stopped just past the threshold. Dust hung thick in the air, visible in the light coming through the shuttered window. A fine gray layer covered everything—the wooden table, the chair, the sleeping furs piled in the corner. The room looked exactly as he had left it weeks ago, completely untouched. No one had co in to clean or straighten things. He didn’t find that surprising. They couldn’t enter without permission, and they shouldn’t. This space belonged to him alone.

He stepped inside and let the door swing shut behind him. The dust didn’t bother him. His body had endured far worse. He’d been torn apart and rebuilt in that prison world beneath the settlent. He’d felt bones break and nd. He’d survived drinking the blood of sothing ancient and dark. Dust was nothing compared to all that.

Byung walked to the center of the room, letting his eyes adjust to the dimness after being outside. The space felt different now. Smaller sohow, less important than it used to be. Or maybe he was the one who had changed significantly, grown beyond these walls. He started to reach for the water basin when he heard it—a knock at the door. Three sharp raps against wood.

He paused. Who would co here at this hour? For a mont he considered the possibilities, running through the short list. Then the scent reached him. Orc. Female. Clean sweat and leather and sothing warm underneath. He knew that sll well.

"Co in, Naruz," he said without turning around.

The door opened. He heard her footsteps cross the threshold, heard the door close with a soft click. She was one of the few he trusted completely. Her loyalty had been proven more than once. She had stood by him when others wavered.

Byung turned to face her, eting her eyes briefly before looking away. The old nervousness wasn’t there anymore. The anxious energy that used to fill him whenever she ca close had vanished.

He used to stare too long at her chest, his gaze lingering until she noticed and he had look away, embarrassed. He used to stumble over his words. Not anymore. That version of himself felt distant now.

"What do you need?" he asked.

Naruz didn’t answer, the silence stretched between them. He could hear her breathing, slow and steady. After a few seconds, he glanced back at her.

That’s when he saw what she was wearing.

He couldn’t believe he had missed it at first. The garnt was short—far shorter than anything he had seen her wear before. It stopped high on her thighs, exposing the thick muscle there, the green skin exposed for him to see. But it was the top that made him look twice.

The fabric was sheer, almost transparent. He could see the outline of her body beneath it, the shape of her breasts clearly visible. He had to focus harder than he wanted to, but her nipples pressed against the thin material, dark and prominent and impossible to ignore.

"Oh," Byung muttered to himself.

The word slipped out under his breath.

"Should I co back another ti?" Naruz asked.

Byung let out a short laugh, shaking his head. "No. Stay."

The truth was he felt exhausted. Everything that had happened in the prison world had drained him in ways he was still processing. The visions, the transformations, the constant threat of death—it had all left him on edge. His nerves felt raw. His mind wouldn’t stop running through possibilities.

And this was an opportunity. The thought struck him suddenly.

If the next generation of goblins could inherit his abilities simply by consuming his blood—if Grigmor had gained so fragnt of his power just from drinking his blood, then what would happen if he fathered a child directly?

What kind of strength would flow through his offspring’s veins from birth? Would they be born with mana pathways already ford?

He hadn’t considered this before. The idea had never crossed his mind because survival had always taken priority over everything else. But now, standing here with Naruz waiting, the concept took shape with clarity.

He needed the right mother. Not just anyone would do. The bloodline had to be strong enough to carry what he would pass down. The body had to be capable of withstanding the changes that might occur. It had to be soone extraordinary.

Grishka.

Her na surfaced like an answer to a question he’d only just learned to ask. She was a monster in the best possible way, an abomination of size and strength that struck fear into enemies before the first blow landed. Grishka’s body was sothing the other orcs couldn’t easily replicate. Years of brutal training and innate gifts had shaped her into sothing unique. She would be perfect. The ideal vessel for his seed. Their child would be unstoppable.

But Grishka wasn’t here. She was out there sowhere with Maui, hunting for Borg in places he had already left behind, she wouldn’t return for days at least.

Byung looked at Naruz again. She stood waiting, patient as always, her expression neutral but her eyes watching him carefully. She had co here dressed like this for a reason. The ssage was clear, she wanted this. Maybe she had wanted it for a long ti.

"You did well tonight," he said, his voice taking on a different quality.

"You’ve always served faithfully," Byung inford her.

He didn’t tell her why his mood had shifted so suddenly. He didn’t explain the calculations running through his mind or the long-term plans forming there. She didn’t need to know about Grishka, about bloodlines, about creating sothing powerful enough to secure his future.

But Naruz was here now, eager and willing. And maybe he could test this theory with her. See what happened when he took what she was offering. The variables wouldn’t be perfect, she wasn’t Grishka, but the experint had value. If nothing else, it would satisfy the tension coiled tight in his body.

It would give him sothing to focus on besides the constant threat of enemies and betrayal.

"Take it off," he said. The command ca out quiet but firm.

Naruz obeyed without hesitation. Naruz’s hands moved to the thin fabric, pulling it up and over her head in one smooth motion. The garnt dropped to the floor, she stood before him completely bare, her body on full display in the dim light. Scars marked her green skin, wounds from battles fought and survived.

Her muscles were defined, powerful, built for combat. Her breasts were large and heavy, her nipples hard in the cool air.

She didn’t look away. Didn’t cover herself, didn’t show any hint of sha. She just waited for his next instruction.

Byung felt sothing shift inside him, not nervousness this ti. Just pure, uncomplicated want. He had earned this. After everything he had survived, after all the pain and fear and near-death experiences, he had earned the right to take what was offered.

He moved toward her, closing the distance. The dust in the air didn’t matter anymore. The exhaustion weighing on his shoulders didn’t matter. The threats waiting outside these walls could wait.

Right now, there was only Naruz and the opportunity she represented. Only the heat building between them and the question of what would co from it.

He reached out and touched her shoulder, feeling the warmth of her skin. She didn’t flinch. Didn’t pull back. She leaned into the contact slightly, a barely perceptible movent that told him everything he needed to know.

"Co here," he said. And she did.

The door to his chambers remained closed. The settlent outside continued its evening routines, unaware of what was happening in their king’s private space. The dust would settle eventually. The room would be cleaned when soone was finally allowed inside.

But tonight belonged to Byung and Naruz. Tonight was about taking what he’d earned and seeing where it led. About testing theories and satisfying needs and claiming the rewards that ca with power.

Tomorrow he could think about Grishka. Tomorrow he could plan for the perfect heir.

Tonight, he had this.

His hands moved across her skin, exploring the landscape of muscle and scar tissue with growing confidence. Naruz responded to his touch, her breath coming faster, her body pressing closer. The barriers that had once existed between them—the nervousness, the uncertainty, the power imbalance—had dissolved completely.

He was no longer the anxious goblin who couldn’t et her eyes. He was a king who had survived the impossible and co back stronger. He was soone who commanded respect and loyalty and could take what he wanted without apology.

Byung was everything the goblin thought was a myth, he was a miracle and he should be treated as such.

And as Naruz’s hands found their way to his body, Byung allowed himself to set aside the weight of leadership for just a little while.
