"108 Shallow Bay Road?" Su Chen murmured, looking at the property deed in his hand.
"Mr. Su, the house was just recently renovated. Everything inside is brand new. You can move in whenever you’re ready!"
Chen Feiyu was bitter. This mansion was originally bought by his family for him to use after he got married. They had gone to great lengths to renovate it, spending nearly fifty million on the decorations alone!
Fortunately, after this incident, his standing in the Chen family had risen. Plus, his father, Chen Yulong, had promised to buy him another mansion—just not one in Shallow Bay.
"A mansion in Shallow Bay... Young Master Su, why don’t we just move in? It’s pretty boring staying in a hotel all day, anyway," Sicong said from the side, a look of anticipation in his eyes.
After all, the most expensive house Sicong owned was only worth 200 million. This one mansion could buy more than two of his. It would be a lie to say he wasn’t curious.

Su Chen hadn’t expected the Chen family to be so thorough.

Chen Feiyu’s heart tightened. He lowered his gaze and nodded. "It’s what we ought to do."
Su Chen gave a slight nod and said no more, instead getting up to go back to his room and pack.
In truth, he didn’t have much, just a few sets of clothes.
Chen Feiyu was quite sharp. The mont Su Chen finished packing, he hurried over to take the bags from him.

Shallow Bay is located on the south side of Taiping Mountain on Xiangjiang Island. It is ho to a bay acclaid as the "First Bay Under Heaven" and also boasts the nickna "the Hawaii of the East."
The mansion from the Chen family was situated right near Shallow Bay Beach, just a five-minute walk away!
As the saying goes, "Mountains govern people, and water governs wealth." With its back to the mountains and face to the water, Shallow Bay naturally beca the preferred location for Xiangjiang’s wealthiest residents.
Celebrities like the King of Gambling and Li Ka-shing all lived here.
Su Chen originally thought 108 Shallow Bay was a single house. He never expected that when he arrived, he would find the entire address consisted of a complex of eight Western-style mansions!
Su Chen’s mansion was Building C, located at the highest point and near the center. The view was incredibly expansive, overlooking the entire Shallow Bay Beach.
"Welco ho, sir!" As soon as he got out of the car, he saw a middle-aged man in a suit leading a group of uniford maids standing at the entrance.
They were all bowing slightly, which for a mont made Su Chen feel as if he had traveled back in ti to a bygone era.
Chen Feiyu made a special point of introducing the butler. His na was Jiang Hui, a graduate of the British Butler Academy who had been in the profession for twenty years.
Led by the butler, the group began to tour the mansion.
The mansion had what could be described as a 1 4 1 layout. The bottommost level was a garage that could hold up to six cars.
To Su Chen’s surprise, a Rolls-Royce Phantom was parked in the garage. After asking Chen Feiyu, he learned it had been specially arranged for his convenience.
The design of the second through fifth floors was rather ingenious, with the layout completely separating the functions of the rooms...
The master bedroom had its own floor, the guest rooms had a floor, the living room had a floor, and the dining room and gym shared a floor!
This design made each functional floor feel incredibly spacious, especially the 100-square-ter master bedroom, which left the group staring in awe for a good while.
What surprised Su Chen the most was the nearly 150-square-ter grand terrace on the roof, complete with an infinity pool!
The terrace offered a 360-degree, unobstructed view, creating a feeling of being face-to-face with the beach.
Furthermore, when viewed from above, the building was clearly filled with futuristic technology. Its exterior was curved, and upon closer inspection, the outer walls were like a mirror, seeming to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
After they had toured the entire mansion from top to bottom, before Su Chen could even speak, Sicong was the first to sigh in admiration. He repeatedly praised how incredible the house was, saying that if he had the funds, he’d want to buy one next door!
Su Chen didn’t know if he was serious about buying one, but Su Chen himself genuinely loved the house.

"Now this is the life. Blue sky, white clouds, the ocean, a lounge chair... the only thing missing is a beautiful woman!" Sicong exclaid, lounging on the rooftop terrace with a glass of waterlon juice in hand.
A large sunshade blocked the sun’s rays, and a cool sea breeze washed over them.
Su Chen was also lounging leisurely on the other side, wearing sunglasses and holding a chilled coconut.
’Now this is what I call living!’ Su Chen mused, thinking back on his days cooped up in the hotel.
As if struck by an idea, Sicong put his glass down on the table and said, "Young Master Su, how about we throw a pool party? I can get so beautiful female influencers from the mainland to co hang out."
"No thanks. I don’t want my ho turning into a ’battlefield.’ Besides, I’m not interested in those influencers."
Sicong sighed dramatically. "Ah, Young Master Su, you’re going to miss out on a lot of fun that way. You should be willing to try anything once. You might find you like it."
Su Chen was silent for a mont before saying, "We’ll see. Maybe so other ti."
Hearing this, Sicong didn’t press the issue and changed the subject. "Young Master Su, how much do you think you’ll make from the stock market this ti?"
"How should I know?"
"If... and I’m just saying if... if you make a profit this ti, Young Master Su, can you bring in on your future investnts?"
