"There’s a decent spot for us to rest up here!" Akina shouts.
I look towards her to see that the spot is a lot better than expected. It was a pretty big branch with plenty of space for all of us to rest easy.
There wasn’t really too much to worry about since monsters didn’t seem to exist on this tree.
But Akina helped with setting up a camp for the ti being since she can make one with ease. It was a nice camp with a few tents like the one we had before we reached the tower.
"The climb up this tree is definitely a long one." Velia speaks up with a bit of an annoyed tone.
"Sadly this is the only way to get up there." I chi in while sitting down.
I sat around a small campfire with the girls for the ti being while we caught our breath. I can’t see the top from here by any ans, we definitely have quite a bit of climbing to go.
"At least there is a place like this to rest. That climb can take a lot of energy out of you." Akina says while leaning back in a chair.
"That’s why this break is needed. I’d rather play it safe like this, it is better to do it this way. I don’t want to see anyone falling from the tree." I reply while looking up towards the sky.
We’ve still got such a long way to go but at least the journey isn’t that bad with Akina here. Having her with us makes it a lot easier to set-up a camp for a bit.
I don’t carry anything to make a camp without soone like her around. She’s useful for more than just a camp though, she also has that devasting pistol of hers.
I’m pretty positive she has more than one pistol as well.
Everyone plays a pretty important part in this journey, especially when it cos down to the fights lately. But I haven’t seen what ghost is capable of with her new awakening yet.
It has been pretty quiet when it cos to her power there. I’m not sure what she can do with it or how strong it really is just yet.
"Breaks do serve a good purpose, I guess." Velia speaks up with her usual tone.
"Everyone here gets tired at so point or another." I respond with a calm tone.
I’d rather not be exhausted by the ti we reach the top of this tree since we are probably going to fight against the spirit. I don’t see it ignoring us or letting us take anything.
It ca here because of the monarch so it wouldn’t be right if it didn’t fight against us.
I’m sure this power won’t be worth the side effects though, trendous power has to co with so sort of cost.
I don’t know what to say on that one. It is completely random when it cos down to power. I’ve never known much about the spirits who guard these things.
But if the monarch of chaos was able to acquire it and make a change, then you can also do the sa thing.
There’s no telling what it’ll do or if there even is any sort of side effect but I wouldn’t worry about it anyway. You have your current power either way so it might help nullify any bad effects.
I honestly think you are right about that. Worrying about side effects when I have this kind of power is kind of dumb.
This power should be able to make quite a difference if there is so sort of side effect when absorbing this power. I also have to consider the fact that Velia or Ghost might also be interested in the power.
I couldn’t possibly be greedy about it since we are all climbing this tree together.
You always surprise with how you go about these situations. Most would’ve been greedy and taken the power for themselves but you don’t want to do that.
Sharing with the girls is definitely far from greedy so that’s good for you.
It gives even more hope for what you’ll accomplish in the future. I don’t think you’ll disappoint anyone with the decisions you make.
You’ve been a lot more talkative lately, not that I mind but it is a bit surprising. I’ve kind of enjoyed it in all honesty since I can learn a bit more.
I have also gotten so insight from you about a few things lately which has also helped with so decisions.
"In your own head again? You’ve gotten a bit better with hiding it, just not this ti." Akina says with a bit of a curious tone to her voice.
"I have a lot to think about, especially with this whole spirit situation." I respond with a bit of laid back tone.
"The spirit won’t be an issue for us. I’m pretty confident in our group here, we’ve got a lot of strong people." Akina says with confidence.
I’m glad everyone is confident in our capabilities since it makes it a bit easier to push through. I’ve never thought anyone here was too weak for anything before though.
I have been worried about people before but I don’t doubt the strength of the girls by any ans.
Seeing what the tower holds at the top with them will be quite the fun climb for us to do together. I’m also curious to see what kind of award awaits us at the top of the tower.
Akina is the only one I don’t know about when it cos to what she’ll want at the top of it.
Velia will probably want more strength since she is a pretty strong swordsman, so strength and speed would suit her. Ghost will probably ask for strength as well since she wants to get stronger.
I guess we all want to get stronger for the most part, unless they have other desires that I haven’t been told about. That is sothing that is possible since we haven’t really talked much about it.
A couple of hours passed, the light within this floor wasn’t going away. It was safe to assu that the night wasn’t going to arrive any ti soon.
Everyone was pretty tired so we decided to get so sleep. We’ve not rested since we entered the tower so sleep would probably do everyone so good.
I shared a bed with Ghost like usual while Velia and Akina slept in different tents.
Sharing a bed with all of them wouldn’t be that badz especially since I already do that with Lilly, Ghost, and Aria. It is quite comfy to have so many people in bed with you.
I’m sure that it is greedy of to want to have more won in bed with but I can’t help thinking about it.
I haven’t done anything with them yet.
The pervert has returned! I knew he was still alive in there sowhere, I just didn’t know where.
It’s human desires. I honestly think they are just normal at this point since I haven’t experienced anything. I’ve gone so many years without getting any sort of human affection.
No relationships, no love, no anything to be honest. I’m not desperate for it but the thought of all these girls in a bed with is nice.
Most people only dream of having such a thing.
It is probably possible since these girls seem to enjoy your presence. I don’t know how long it’ll take for each girl to actually like you but they do seem to enjoy being around you.
Sothing about you is appealing to them in all the right ways.
I’ve noticed since I have a pretty big group of girls if we count everyone else back at the junkyard. I don’t think I could ever pick one of them to be the one and only girl either.
They are all pretty special to in their own ways so it feels like it would be a waste to only experience everything with one of them.
So you are a bit more greedy when it cos to the won in your group? That is definitely sothing new.
But I can’t be surprised since I’ve known that you are a pervert from the get go. It was quite obvious since we first t, just I don’t think it is a bad thing.
You still seem to have the right focus.
I wouldn’t just focus on them only, my goal is to stop the Monarch’s and bring the peace back to my world still. That hasn’t changed at all and it never will change.
I’ll destroy them so that everyone can start to go back to the peace we had before. Well, kind of peaceful.
We still had other issues but the monsters being gone would be a huge win for us.
