To take things slowly and enjoy their ti together, Yusuke and Akeno were in no hurry to reach the hotel. Instead of taking a taxi or teleporting directly, they chose to walk. The scenery in Hokkaido was breathtaking, and with Mt. Asahi standing majestically in the background, the view beca even more enchanting.
Although it was difficult with a ravishing beauty like Akeno by his side, Yusuke did his best to stay low, especially around the won they passed. He was far too cautious to risk drawing the attention of another Yandere.
However, unfortunately, halfway to the hotel, Yusuke sensed intense gazes fixed on him through his Haki, and he imdiately knew what kind of gazes they were. He was far too familiar with them.
Turning around, he saw a woman with short hair adorned with ribbons, dressed in a purple goth loli outfit.
'What a weirdo, dressing like a loli at her age, but what can I expect? Aren't all Yanderes weird?' Yusuke t her gaze and saw that crazy, obsessive look, which confird once again that she was a full-blown Yandere. The only thing he could be thankful for was that, despite being flat, she was not ugly and was actually quite cute.

'The rewards aren't bad at all!' Yusuke's eyes brightened at the thought of them. He suddenly felt that this unexpected Yandere who had interrupted his date wasn't so bad after all. In a good mood, he decided to approach her first to establish contact and deal with her quest later.
However, he had barely taken a few steps when his expression changed drastically as his Haki detected imminent danger. Without hesitation, he shoved Akeno away with his arm, sending her dozens of ters behind him.
"How dare you??!! Die! I will burn you, disgusting slut!" In his vision he saw the crazy bitch loli Walburga. She let out a shrill scream and thrust both arms forward. At the sa ti purple flas erupted and enveloped the area, and most of the inferno struck the exact spot where Akeno had landed.
It was clear that Walburga was targeting Akeno, and the reason was obvious. She wanted to kill her because she was close to Yusuke.
"Why are you protecting her?! We clearly love each other! Even though I only t you a mont ago, you must feel the sa as ! We are destined for each other! We love each other, and no one can separate us! We will love each other and be together forever and ever!!" Walburga's cute face twisted into a heinous expression. She roared at Yusuke in a maniacal, shrill voice, proclaiming her twisted love, all while continuing her attack without pause.
A huge cross appeared behind her as the purple flas engulfed the entire area, burning the road, buildings, trees, and even the people nearby.
This bitch did not even bother to erect a barrier to keep anyone away!
"Damn it!" Yusuke quickly used his Telekinesis Lv2 to push the flas away from Akeno. However, to his absolute horror, the flas were far stronger than normal fire. They were hotter and more destructive than Riser's fire, and so of them managed to break through his control, reaching Akeno just as she was getting up from the ground.
"Kyaaaah!" As soon as the fire touched her, Akeno let out a loud, painful scream. Even though it was only a small fireball, it set her body ablaze, burning her clothes and skin. Her face twisted in absolute agony.
"Akeno!" Yusuke spun around and dashed at his top speed, scooping her up in his arms. He shook her urgently and used his power to extinguish the flas. "Akeno, answer !"
"Holy Fire... Yusuke..." Akeno struggled to keep her eyes open as she spoke. Since she was a Devil, the purple holy fire was extrely deadly to her, and in just a short ti, she could already feel death drawing near.
"Holy fire?! Hold on, Akeno! I will heal you!" Yusuke's eyes widened in horror as green light shone from both his hands, enveloping Akeno and beginning to heal her. His heart pounded violently, blood rushing to his head, and his eyes trembled with panic and fear.
"Why are you helping her?! You already have ! Why are you getting close to another woman?!"
"It must be that slut! It's her fault!"
"Why is she not dead yet?!"
"Disgusting Devil! Die! Die! Die!"
Shrill, obnoxious screams erupted from behind Yusuke as more and more purple Holy Fire shot toward them, all aid at Akeno.
"Damn it!" Yusuke hugged Akeno tightly with both hands, holding her close in his embrace as he curled onto the ground, using his back to shield her.
The fire seared his body like a raging blaze, destroying his clothes and reddening his skin. However, no significant damage befell him. As a Fire Dragon Slayer Magic user, he had an extraordinary resistance to fire magic and could even eat it.
Unfortunately, although he tried to shield her with his body, a few stray flas slipped past his arms and legs, burning Akeno even more. "Aghhhhhhh!!" To a Devil, the pain of being scorched by Holy Fire was imnse.
It was fortunate that Akeno was half a fallen angel, and because she had inherited her father's Light Power, she was not as vulnerable as other Devils. Even so, at this rate, even with Yusuke's protection, she would not survive for long.
"Yusuke..." Akeno stared at the scene with her eyes half closed, his tears falling onto her face. eting his red, panicked eyes, the pain seed to ease slightly. Even though she was reluctant to leave him forever, she felt that this alone was enough. "If... there is... a next life... I want to be... with you... again."
It may have been a very short ti, but it was the most precious mory of her life. If there is a next life, she was certain she would love him all over again. Perhaps... in the next life... they would have a happy... ending.

As soon as her words fell, Akeno's eyes closed, and her head slumped to the side.
A series of system notifications flashed in the corner of his vision, but Yusuke ignored them.
"Akeno! No! Don't close your eyes! I will save you!" Yusuke poured all his energy into Healing Touch, but to his despair, its effect was far too slow. His hands shook violently as hot tears stread from his eyes, and his thoughts were in complete disarray as he desperately continued using Healing Touch, all while shouting Akeno's na.
[...Cunt! Why are you crying like a little bitch?] The system's confused voice suddenly echoed in his mind.
'Shut the fuck up, bitch! Akeno is dying! My woman is dying! This is not the ti for you to open that stupid mouth of yours!' Yusuke's hands trembled as he roared in his mind.
[You really are a stupid cunt! I can see that she is freaking dying, and if you don't save her, she will fucking die. Why don't you hurry and save her?] The system's confusion grew, as if it could not understand what he was doing.
'Can't you see I am trying?' Yusuke snapped in his mind.
[Seriously, you need to hang yourself and die! Did you forget that you have sothing that can perfectly save her? Use the freaking Senzu Beans, damn it!]
[Hurry the fuck up before she breathes her last!] the system shouted in frustration, urging him frantically.
'The Senzu Beans! Right, the Senzu Beans!' Yusuke wanted to slap himself for forgetting sothing so important. He quickly pulled a green bean from his Inventory and, with trembling hands, fed it to Akeno.
He had been so panicked and terrified earlier that he completely forgot about the Senzu Beans, or even the free skill points he still had that could have been used to level up Healing Touch and save her.
Thankfully, the system reminded him in ti. Otherwise...
As soon as the Senzu Bean entered her mouth, Akeno's injuries vanished miraculously. Her burned skin regained its original pale tone, and she slowly opened her eyes in confusion. "Yusuke? I am not dead?!"
When her vision darkened and she blacked out, she was certain that was the last ti she would ever see Yusuke, convinced she was going to die for sure.
"Akeno! Thank god you are safe! Thank god!" Yusuke held her tightly, tears streaming down his face. He had never felt such panic in his life. It was the first ti he had co so close to losing soone so dear to him.
"Yusuke..." Akeno reached up to hold his face, which was so close to hers, and closed her eyes, feeling his tight embrace as if his life depended on it. She could feel his love and desperation in the way he held her. At that mont, she felt pure bliss, overwhelming happiness. If the price of this feeling was to die ten thousand tis, she would not hesitate to pay it.
[Stop your lovey-dovey nonsense, you stupid bastard! If you don't want your little lover to die for real this ti, then hurry up and send her away.] The system suddenly interrupted Yusuke, her tone filled with disgust and disdain.
Without even needing the system's reminder, Yusuke had already sensed dozens of massive purple fireballs rushing toward them. Holding Akeno in his arms, he leaped into the air with godlike speed, dodged the attacks, and landed a few hundred ters away.
"Akeno, turn around and run as fast as you can. I will co for you after I deal with her." Yusuke gently placed Akeno on the ground and spoke in an unusually soft tone. It was the first ti he had ever spoken to her like that.
"No! I want to fight her with you! That woman is clearly dangerous!" Akeno shook her head firmly. From the purple Holy Fire and the cross that had appeared behind the woman, Akeno knew she was the owner of one of the thirteen Longinus, the Incinerate Anthem, one of the Holy Relics, the Holy Cross.
Each Longinus possessed the potential to destroy the world, and every one of them was imnsely powerful. How could she not worry about Yusuke?!
"Ah!!" However, Yusuke didn't give her any choice. Before Akeno could show her resolve, she found herself lifted into the air by an invisible force and hurled far from her original spot. "Yusuke! Yusuke!!!"
