"So it's like that, huh?" Seeing Akisu being so thoughtful ward her heart.
Miku told him that there was soone who was well set on taking revenge on her and that person might harm her family. Naturally, she couldn't have revealed the identity of that person to be a succubus nor the part that she has to deal with the Light Users as well.
Akisu remained silent for a mont before he turned toward her, and asked, "Can I help you? Like if you give his number I will threaten him so he won't bother you." Akisu spoke with his fist clenched and determination flaring in his eyes.
"And what will you tell him?" Miku tilted her head and asked with a smile.
"I will curse him a little and brag about my uncle who is a police officer. Then he won't possibly call you." Taking a pause, Akisu added, "And if he persists, then...then, I will beat him up!"
Miku could no longer hold herself and she began to laugh out loud.
Akisu's shoulders slumped hearing her laughter but he looked far from being dejected. Seeing her smile like this made him feel relieved as he heard her,
"I-haah-I am sorry....I didn't an to hurt your feelings."
"It's okay, I know. " Akisu shook his head and cleared out that he never misunderstood.
Miku wiped the tears that had ford at the corner of her eye, before she said, "Thanks Aki-kun....you are a great friend."
"Am I? Well, you can definitely rely on at tis." Akisu said confidently as he thumped his fist on his chest.
Miku grinned, "Thanks but I already know what to do. And talking to you helped clear my thoughts a lot. So, thank you again."
Akisu smiled at her, "Don't ntion."

[Minoru's POV:]
We didn't go to the gym at all and just chatted leisurely while walking around the park.
Nearly at six thirty, we both decided to head back because of school. I haven't told him where I live, but soon I am thinking about closing the distance between us.
Akisu is a really great guy and definitely soone I want to protect.
For now, I was getting ready for school. I have been thinking about the Light Users a lot since last night but after talking to Akisu I have decided to just let things happen. I have always been the type to act when sothing happens rather than plan for it. Naturally, I would have to take so steps to prepare a counter against the Light Users but it doesn't an I would remain occupied with its thoughts all the ti.
"I am leaving...." I already had breakfast so after calling out from the entrance I was about to step out when suddenly I heard incoming footsteps.
I halted in my path and saw my sister hurrying in my direction. Seeing that I was not moving she slowed down,
"Will you return late today?" She asked—a bit of hopefulness I could sense in her voice.
"Nope~I will be back by four. Why? Do you wanna go sowhere?" I have promised the soccer team captain a whole day date on Sunday and tomorrow I have to et Koori after a long ti and after that do so training. That's why, only today I was completely free after school.
Shiori flashed an excited smile before she said, "Can we go shopping today? Please?"
She didn't have to ask so desperately since I was planning to take her on a date soon. But well,
"Ok. I will see you at your Uni entrance by four. Is that fine?"
Her face, for so reason, turned red after hearing my words but she readily nodded.
I chuckled seeing her expression before bidding farewell.

The school was, as usual, noisy in the morning. My eyes caught the figure of Naoko and Koori sitting on their respective seats for so reason. Alia was also reading sothing silently, but that was usual.
What surprised was the distance between Naoko and Koori and those tear stains that the latter had.
Naturally, I didn't hesitate before reading her thoughts,
[What did I do....why did he suddenly break up...]
And Naoko thought,
[Do I ask Minoru to hang out after school? Guh...Koori is still upset.]
I was baffled. Like....what?
Did they break up? But why? And why this bastard is thinking of hanging out with like we are now all buddies or sothing?
'Even if I want to ask her...' I didn't have a close relationship with Koori to suddenly ask her why she was sad. As such the only option I have is to rely on a different identity.
'But...I have promised a date with Shiori....' While having such thoughts I made my way toward my desk.
"It's not appropriate to stare at soone else's girlfriend." Hearing Akisu's allegation I wanted to scoff...but I couldn't.
Rembering the ti we spent in the morning and living as Miku has changed my perception towards Akisu. I could only bring my hand to his head and softly ruffle his hair.
"The heck...?!" Akisu pulled back before I sat down in my seat. I could hear so people whispering about us already. Like, why do they care so much?
"Did you intake sothing suspicious this morning?" He asked in a whispering tone which made chuckle aloud.
However, before I could respond to him, soone walked inside the classroom and just like , everyone turned silent at the sa ti.
It was Rika.
Her presence demanded attention even when she didn't ask for it. Her charm was on a whole other level if compared to the class beauties like Alia or Koori. Given her succubus traits, it was natural for her to possess such an appearance.
I wasn't swayed by her beauty...and surprisingly neither was Akisu.
"You don't seem particularly interested in her?" I joked with my brows raised.
Akisu shook his head, "There is soone I know who is far more beautiful than her."
*Ba* *Dum*
For so reason, that made my heart race. I didn't have to read his mind to know he was thinking about Miku when he said that.
'Damn....he is so lost in her love eh..'
Because I was so focused on Akisu I nearly missed the long side glance Rika directed at but since she didn't make any move, I wasn't eager to attract attention either.
Until Rika channelled her anger just in my direction I was prepared for everything. But just tho....
*Slide*
The gate slid open again and this ti it was a middle-aged man who entered, not the beauty we are accustod to seeing.
As the maths teacher stood on the podium he declared the reason for his presence,
"Miyu-sensei is sick as such I will be holding your horoom for today."
I raised my brows at that.
'System?'
[It shouldn't be possible unless the Host doesn't want to, but the target might have gotten impregnated after sexually interacting with the Host.]
"---!"
If what the system said turns out to be true, then I might have to go and buy so milk....
