Akisu was bored already.
He had no desire to go out of town on his birthday...more like he wanted his parents and everyone else to forget about his birthday and let him live as usual.
He has always been like this. Confined and in desire for silence.
Akisu barely makes any contact with the outside world once he returns ho from school. And even in school, he has finger-countable people with whom he actually talks so yeah, he was a pri example of an introvert.
He didn't have a past traumatic event nor was he bullied in his school, except for so passing comnts or occasional teasing regarding his weight, but it wasn't the main reason why Akisu wanted to always be alone.
The reason was his eagerness toward romance.
He was an avid fan of shoujo and romance manga and ani which always made him feel lonely and when he saw how easily people date each other these days and separate like nothing happened, made him feel insecure.
In the first place with that face and body Akisu knew he wouldn't get himself any girlfriend but for once, he wanted to experience romance with a loyal girlfriend and soone who could truly love him.
Akisu was a considerate and caring person in general so he knew he would be able to balance his relationship...however, it was a far-off dream for soone like him to have an actual girlfriend.
"Do you want to eat sothing, son? We will be cutting cake tomorrow since the bakery is closed already."
Hearing his parents' question, Akisu shook his head. Despite his stomach being empty he didn't feel like eating anything as of now. He just wanted to lie down and watch so ani before sleeping.
However, all of a sudden, his phone buzzed, urging him to check the ssage,
Minoru: [Wanna et in the front garden in a bit? Please bring so chocolate with you. I beg you sire!!]
And with that, Minoru's status went offline.
Akisu shook his head at the thought of how anonymous his best friend could be at tis. But well, since he was actually getting bored and had no intention of sleeping any ti soon, Akisu decided to et Minoru.
"Where are you going, hun?" His mother, who was checking out the room enthusiastically with her husband, suddenly turned to look at her son who suddenly got up on his feet.
"Get so fresh air and look around a bit. Don't worry, I won't be out for long." Akisu took out a packet of almond chocolate from his bag as he told his mother.
They didn't stop him since it was rare for Akisu to take the initiative to look around or be more interested in things like these.
Akisu took the small box of chocolate and while ignoring everyone on his way, he made his way toward the exit. Passing the gate he found the lawn on the left where Minoru asked him to co.
However, just as Akisu stepped toward the nearby beach he found a single figure standing there who took Akisu's breath away.
Fiery red hair flowing down her head and ending near her waist, the girl looked excessively stunning. Her pale white face had a complexion of youth beauty and those amber orbs just complinted her overall persona.
Wearing denim black shorts along with a crop top the girl was glancing around with a troubled face. Her perfect figure which wasn't too provocative nor too flat was highlighted by her clothes.
Akisu didn't dare to even say 'Hi' to such a beautiful girl so he stood at the side silently. Waiting for his friend.
'But damn...she really is prettier even than Alia...'
Even the most beautiful girl in the class was nothing in front of this girl who was standing a few ters away from him.
Akisu thought that he would look at her once again before Minoru arrived when suddenly a very charming fragrance assaulted his senses and a feminine voice reached his ears.
"Excuse ." Akisu instinctively turned and much to his surprise, it was the sa girl he was thinking about, standing inches apart from him with slight moisture in her eyes.
"Y-Yes...." Akisu stamred, not used to being approached so suddenly, and also, her fragrance was making his mind wobble like crazy.
'Beautiful girls sure slls good...' Before he could fall into a daze the girl continued,
"You see...I am a sugar patient and need to eat sothing sweet every few hours. I was trying to get sothing from the cafeteria but they were already out of dessert and there was no..." Her words ca to a slow pause as her keen eyes went to the box Akisu was holding.
Akisu understood the reason for her approach before he hesitantly opened the box and asked, "Do you want so...." He was an introvert and less talkative but he knows the symptoms of low-sugar patients. And seeing how anxious this girl seed, Akisu felt bad about ignoring her.
'In the first place...could I have ignored her?' The girl had an attractive aura and a beautiful face. And for soone who had been mostly in contact with his mother in the na of won, since childhood, Akisu naturally didn't possess that endurance.
The crimson eyes of the girl shone brightly as she looked into the box filled with almond-shaped chocolates before she looked back at Akisu with her lips slightly hanging, "Can I take one...no, two of them?"
Akisu blinked in amazent at how adorable she seed to request like this with her fingers raised and one eye closed as she eagerly waited for his answer so she could leap on the treat.
Akisu couldn't stop himself from smiling as he nodded before he saw the girl beaming with a smile and snatching only two chocolates from the box.
She didn't think twice to drop the two almonds inside her mouth at once as she tried chewing them simultaneously inside her small mouth.
'Easy there...' Akisu feared that she might choke but the joy in her eyes was so dazzling that he found his lips pursed entirely.
Once the girl was done, she looked at her empty palm with a sad expression and droopy eyes.
...she was too cute to resist!
"You can take more..." In the end, Akisu offered her more chocolates. This girl was absolutely more sweeter than the treat.
Who knows whether he would see her again or not, so he decided to live this mont to the fullest.
