Mirabella’s eyes narrowed, her mind already calculating the tactical advantage of the impending war. The Abyss was a treacherous, gravity-defying hellscape; mobility would dictate her survival.

"I need a flying skill, the best Legendary grade flying skill... Show this skill, and I will not only help you destroy that gate, I will wipe out everything outside this pillar... Including the monsters and humans. What do you say?"

The sheer ruthlessness of the proposal hung heavy in the sap-scented air. The Divine Tree Esralda paused, the slow, hypnotic movent of the chamber’s vines coming to a montary halt. She raised an eyebrow at Mirabella’s words:

"You will kill a human?"

"This isn’t the first." Mirabella said flatly. There was no hesitation, no moral tremor in her voice. To survive the cosmic board of Galaxy Fall, morality was a luxury she had long since discarded.

"Hehehehe... Ok human, I will trust you." Esralda’s laugh sounded like rustling leaves in a dark forest. She opened her palm, as a dense, pulsating green orb appeared on her palm, weaving raw life-force into existence. And from it, a radiant golden skill scroll flew out, defying gravity, and stopped in front of Mirabella.

"My end of the deal." She said.

Mirabella stared at the scroll. The ancient runes etched onto the parchnt thrumd with pure, spirit energy. She reached out and placed her palm on it, forcefully activating the skill.

BOOOOM!!!

A blinding wave of golden light burst out from her core, shooting straight into the vaulted ceiling of the chamber, temporarily washing out the dim, green illumination.

{Congratulations! Host gained a new legendary class skill.}

{Skill: Celestial Wings.}

{Celestial Wings description: Summon two wings of the heavens. Increase Agility by 100%, and once used, all illusions, ntal attacks or debuffs will be completely cleared, and Host will be immune to ntal debuff when skill is active. User will recover any amount of spirit energy used before activating the wings.}

Mirabella was stunned. This skill was beyond imagination... This was a transcendent ability that bypassed the fundantal laws of crowd control and stamina depletion. With this, she won’t need the absolute will skill to resist Esralda or any demonic psychic assaults; the wings themselves were a purifying domain.

Suddenly, her very blood began to boil, a familiar, tyrannical heat rushing through her veins.

{Imperial Bloodline have been activated.}

{Skill have been maxed.}

Mirabella blinked, her mind racing to process the system words: ’If this skill was already this powerful, how powerful will it be when it’s maxed?’

{Celestial Wings description (MAXED): Summon six wings of the heavens. Increase Agility by 600%, and once used, all illusions, ntal attacks or debuffs will be completely cleared, and Host will be immune to all debuffs when skill is active. User will recover any amount of spirit energy used before activating the wings, and will also gain spirit energy from enemies’ attempted attacks.}

Mirabella stared at the glowing blue information panel for a long ti. The realization of her newfound, ga-breaking agility and infinite energy loop settled in. She nodded her head, the corners of her mouth twitching upward in a dangerous smirk:

"Ok, this is good... But there is still one thing you need to know." She said, lowering her hand, her aura now suffused with a terrifying, golden light.

____

[Outside the Pillar.]

"Dodge!!"

Zaphyra roared, the command tearing her throat as her Fire Heart dragon moved violently to the side, narrowly dodging another mutated demon, which exploded into a sickening cloud of corrosive green smoke.

’When will this end?!’ She thought, her composure fracturing as the dragon stopped, panting heavily. She stared at the hundreds of glowing, suicidal demons flying towards them from all directions, painting the dark sky a diseased green.

"Damn it!!" She cussed, her spear trembling in her exhausted grip.

"Hahaha!! You die now!!" Poison Void laughed out loud, his toxic form hurtling toward her blind spot. The next mont:

BAM!!!

An invisible, god-like force smashed into his head with the weight of a falling mountain, sending him flying straight to the ground, the toxic trail of gas following his violent descend.

BOOOOM!!!

He smashed into the bedrock, creating a massive, spider-webbed crater. The sudden, overwhelming shift in atmospheric pressure stunned everyone on the battlefield. The surviving demons froze, their chaotic frenzy silenced by an aura of absolute authority.

"You?" Zaphyra was stunned, staring at the figure that had seemingly stepped out of thin air, standing calmly in front of her.

"Seems you’re getting old, Zaphyra."

The white-haired old man in a pristine white robe said, his tone conversational amidst the apocalypse. His arms were placed casually inside his robe’s huge sleeves, while his white beard was so long it reached his chest, flowing gently in the toxic wind that dared not touch him.

"Master Teacher Keegan!!" Zaphyra yelled in shock, completely not expecting the legendary Master Teacher of the Eagle Empire—a pillar of human strength—to appear right in front of her in a restricted dungeon.

"This child, what are you doing in this dungeon?" Keegan asked. He didn’t even raise a hand. With a single, dismissive glance, the spatial pressure around them collapsed inward, and all the glowing, mutated demons instantly exploded into fine dust, flying away harmlessly in the wind.

"The eternal ring." Zaphyra answered in a low, humbled voice, the fire in her eagle eyes dimming in the presence of her superior.

The master teacher stared at her for so seconds, reading the exhaustion and failure etched into her posture, and sighed deeply:

"Land."

With his words, his body flashed with spatial magic, and he appeared effortlessly on the scorched ground. Zaphyra nodded, her dragon descending obediently, and landed heavily behind the Master Teacher.

"Why you are here, Master Teacher?" Zaphyra asked again, jumping down the Dragon’s head, and transforming it back into a dormant ball of light.

"Your Brother asked to look after you." Keegan said. As he spoke, the shadows elongated, and a towering knight made entirely of black, jagged armor appeared in front of them, stepping out of a dinsional rift with the five remaining, severely battered mbers of the Eagle Guild.

"I didn’t know you’re that foolish entering this battle?" He said, looking over his shoulder at Zaphyra, his tone carrying the weight of a disappointed patriarch.

Zaphyra stared at her broken mbers, and lowered her head in deep sha. Her pride had led them to a slaughter.

"We are sorry Leader, the monsters guarding the Pillar noticed us. We lost the Vice and others." A lady said, her voice cracking as she held her profusely bleeding shoulder.

The Master Teacher sighed again, the folly of youth testing his patience, and waved his hand. A soothing, radiant light washed over them, instantly healing the five severe injuries, stopping the blood flow and nding flesh in an instant.

"We need to create our distance from this place." He said, his seasoned instincts warning him of an impending catastrophic event. And the next mont, the fabric of space folded around them, teleporting the group, appearing instantaneously one hundred miles away on a high, jagged ridge overlooking the main zone.

The master teacher then moved his wise gaze around the desolate place, and nodded in satisfaction at their new vantage point:

"Her attack won’t affect us from this distance." He said calmly. He swept a hand through the air, and a massive, semi-transparent scrying screen appeared before them, locking onto the coordinates they had just fled, showing exactly what was happening at the base of the red pillar.

"Her?" Zaphyra was stunned, looking up at the screen. Her breath caught in her throat, watching as the fabric of space at the base of the massive Pillar tore opened, and Mirabella walked out, entirely alone, bathed in a terrifying, golden light.

".....?!!"
