[Arena.]

The systemic hum of the Galaxy Fall Arena reached a fever pitch, the audience eagerly awaiting the climax of the brutal drafting phase.

"Okay Everyone! The last team in the fourth round!" Davy voice sounded, magically amplified across the coliseum, as the massive central screen lit up.

The digital roster flickered, finalizing the ultimate mismatch. It displayed Mirabella’s na in glowing gold, followed imdiately by the nas of nine Sword Academy students. The contrast was physically palpable.

"The last team, please step forward." Davy said, moving his sharp gaze on the drafted students.

The nine elites from the Sword Academy slowly walked forward, but their pride was entirely shattered. They all had heavily lowered moods, their shoulders slumped, standing rigidly like their very souls had been forcefully pulled out of their bodies. They had seen what the Dragon Academy students could do, and now they were locked in an enclosed space with the absolute apex predator of the tournant.

"Umm... Do you guys want to enter the battlefield or just Surrender?" He asked in genuine confusion. The elite aura of the Sword Empire was nowhere to be found.

To his, and every single one of the audiences’ absolute shock, the nine proud students rapidly nodded their heads in unison, desperate for the safety net.

"Huh? You aren’t even in the battlefield, and you are already surrendering?" He asked in sheer surprised, unable to comprehend this level of preemptive defeat.

They nodded again, refusing to even make eye contact with the blue hair girl standing a few paces away.

"Okay. Mirabella, do you also want to step down?" He asked a very stupid question, entirely flustered by the unprecedented situation. How would the one holding the absolute first position in the ranking, ever step down?

Mirabella didn’t even acknowledge the absurdity. She simply walked past them with absolute, terrifying indifference, reaching her designated teleportation spot, and vanished from the arena in a pillar of white light.

___

[Battlefield.]

Mirabella appeared on the pristine white stone of the instanced stage. The dinsion locked behind her. She calmly moved her piercing blue gaze around the heavily reinforced cages, staring coldly at the high-level monsters thrashing inside, desperate for blood.

[First Wave---]

BOOOOM!!

The cages opened, but the monsters never took a single step.

Instantly, all the monsters dropped dead. There wasn’t a single clash of weapons, no flashing elental spells, not even a single leak of spirit energy. There was absolutely no movent. They all simply dropped dead, their vitality entirely forcefully siphoned away into the void.

The sheer, instantaneous drain of a hundred monsters’ HP stat even temporarily stunned the competition system. She had completely siphoned away all the health of the hundred monsters present, killing them in two seconds through sheer, unfathomable supremacy.

[...]

[First, second and third waves cleared.]

__

[Arena.]

Davy was still trying to manage the surrendered Sword Academy students on the main stage.

"Okay, you guys should step--"

[Fourteen team completed the fourth round, and Mirabella from the Dragon academy passed, and advanced to the fifth round.]

".....?!!"

Davy completely froze in shock. The entire arena was dumbfounded, plunging into a suffocating silence as millions of spectators turned their heads to the teleportation spot. Mirabella smoothly appeared, casually walking towards her section, passing right by the profoundly horrified Sword Academy’s students who realized they had just dodged a literal god of death.

"Um... Um... Umm..." Davy was stunned into incoherence, his professional charisma entirely short-circuiting as the massive holographic screen lit up again, calculating the final analytics and showing the nas of the 18 elite students who survived the cull.

[Top Five Ranking.]

[1: Mirabella. Cleared Ti: 27 Seconds. Points: 3,000,000.]

[2: Jessica. Cleared Ti: 50 Seconds. Points: 2,000,000.]

[3: Hitachi. Cleared Ti: 1 minutes 10 seconds. Points: 1,000,000.]

[4: Grace. Cleared Ti: 2 minutes. Points: 500,000]

[5: Nirvana. Cleared Ti: 2 minutes 30 seconds. Points: 200,000.]

[More surviving mbers, who didn’t Surrender: Dragon Academy. Gained One request.]

"27 Seconds... WOW!" Davy said in absolute surprised, finally finding his voice. He turned to the remaining victors:

"The sixteen of you, place stepped forward."

With his words, the surviving mbers—hardened by the crucible of the fourth round—stepped forward, their expressions deadly serious as they prepared for the final phase.

"Okay, Dragon Academy’s Team Captain... What is your request?" Davy asked, staring respectfully at Mirabella. The entire stadium held its breath, wondering which Sword Academy genius she would permanently cripple.

"You can also request for a participant from the opposing team to be removed." He added, offering her the ultimate execution.

Mirabella stared at him for a quiet, calculating second, analyzing the exact wording of the tournant rules, and opened her mouth:

"My request, not a single person is allowed to die. The Captain will have the authority to interfere, and stop the match... Of course, if they interfere, that participant the Captain protected will admit defeat." She said, explaining her request with absolute clarity.

".....?!!"

Everyone in the stands stared at her in total shock, completely derailed. They had expected ruthlessness; they didn’t expect her to place a rciful rule that would fundantally save them all from the tournant’s historical death toll.

___

[VIP Seat.]

High above the confusion, the strategic depth of the request was being rapidly dissected.

"What is she doing?! With this rule, she won’t be able to kill anyone from other academies." Yakima said with a deep frown. As the leader of the Dragon Tooth guild, her mindset was forged in absolute elimination. Leaving enemies alive was a critical error.

"You don’t understand." Hayatobi slowly nodded his head, a profoundly proud, almost awe-struck smile blooming on his face.

"In this Competition, Mirabella is the strongest... If they accept her request, she can interfere in any competition and stop the match. I think she placed this rule because of Carl and Grace, so she can save them in a critical ti." Hayatobi explained to his daughter, recognizing the shield Mirabella had just cast over her own vulnerable mbers.

"That is okay, but what’s the no kill rule?" Yakima asked, her white eyes narrowing.

If the captain could step in and physically block an attack, then why place an absolute, systemic no-kill mandate? Mirabella could easily use her overwhelming speed and power to intercept any physical blow before it landed. A no-kill rule seed redundant.

"It’s very simple... So of these students attacks are completely unpredictable, and even faster than the eye... For example, Jessica’s mythic eye, or Hitachi’s celestial eyes... Even if the captain interferes, these two can still kill the opponent with just a glance... The no kill rule stop this outco. Truly impressive." He nodded his head again, imnsely pleased with Mirabella’s flawless, airtight decision-making. She hadn’t just relied on her physical speed; she had weaponized the tournant’s very code to suppress instantaneous, conceptual death abilities.

Yakima stared intently at her father, processing the multi-layered genius of the maneuver, then looked back at the girl in the Arena below, and slowly exhaled... She wasn’t happy with the soft nature of the rule, but as a seasoned protector, she fully understood the absolute need for it.

__

[Arena.]

"Are you sure about this rule?" Davy asked, staring at Mirabella with a highly serious expression, verifying her choice against the absolute laws.

"Yes." Mirabella nodded smoothly, her gaze entirely unbothered.

"Okay then!! Everyone, a new rule is added!! No kill in the fifth round, and Captains are allowed to interfere in a critical situation! Now!! The fifth round, begin!!!"
