Whoosh!
Smack!
"Waaah! That hurts!"
A bare-bottod little boy ran wildly across Skyreach Monastery, wailing at the top of his lungs as he clutched his bright red backside.
Caelum followed at an unhurried pace, a vine switch in hand. Every strike landed with uncanny precision on the boy’s rear.
The child cried as if the world were ending.
Smack!
Another sharp crack echoed across the mountain.
The little boy jumped three feet into the air from the pain.
"Waaah! Master, I won’t do it again! I was wrong! I’ll never call you an old geezer again!"
"Hahaha!"
Moonchaser doubled over laughing nearby. She had never expected the boy to be this bold. No one before him had ever dared show such disrespect toward their master.
Hearing her shaless laughter, the boy glared at her through tears and snot.
A mont later, another yelp escaped him as Caelum’s switch sent him scrambling across the mountain again.
By evening, tears still clung to the boy’s face as he shoveled rice into his mouth from a bowl.
The beating from earlier seed completely forgotten.
Caelum said, "Rember this. Your Dao title is Cloudvault."
"Cloudvault..."
The boy pouted.
"It sounds awful."
"Hehe."
Moonchaser grinned wickedly.
"Want another beating?"
Wyrmvine frowned.
"A gift from an elder should never be rejected."
"Hmph!"
Cloudvault turned away angrily.
"You’ve all got numbers on your side. Just wait ten or twenty years. Once I’ve mastered my skills, I’ll settle today’s score."
He rembered very clearly.
Wyrmvine had been the one who handed the switch to Master.
That thing hurt like hell.
And Moonchaser had stood there laughing the entire ti.
He would never forget either of them.
Caelum said, "Starting tomorrow, you’ll cultivate the Skyreach Art alongside your senior brothers and sisters. Wyrmvine, Jadewind, Stillwater, keep a close eye on him. Don’t let him grow too arrogant."
"Yes, Master."
The three answered in unison.
Wyrmvine gave Cloudvault a stern look.
The boy imdiately shivered.
Senior Brother Wyrmvine looked terrifying.
His expression instantly soured.
It seed there would be plenty of suffering waiting for him in the future.
Wyrmvine had been the first to take human form, making him the eldest.
Jadewind was second.
Stillwater was third.
Moonchaser was ninth.
Cloudvault was tenth.
Whenever Caelum left things alone, Wyrmvine taught the others in his place.
To Jadewind, Stillwater, and the rest, Wyrmvine was practically a father figure.
They all respected him deeply.
Every disciple who had transford before Cloudvault had been sensible and well behaved.
Only this brat had earned a beating from Master with his very first words.
Wyrmvine felt the boy needed strict discipline.
Otherwise, one day he might really overturn the heavens.
Another day passed.
Wyrmvine was teaching Cloudvault the Skyreach Art while Caelum sat beside the lotus pond fishing.
Without warning, his cultivation rose sharply.
[Cultivation Increased]
[Realm: Transcendent Layer 360]
[Transcendent Realm Perfected]
[Divine Power Acquired: Yin and Yang Qi]
Chaos split into Yin and Yang.
Yin and Yang transford into the Five Elents.
The Five Elents gave rise to all things.
At the root of existence, everything in heaven and earth originated from Yin Yang and the Five Elents.
To wield Yin and Yang Qi was to possess the power to reshape heaven and earth itself.
Its might was supre.
It could manifest as any technique beneath the heavens.
It embodied one of the most fundantal truths of creation.
No Divine Power or Mystic Art could compare.
Black and white currents revolved around Caelum, Yin and Yang endlessly cycling between one another.
The flow was eternal and inexhaustible.
It was the purest expression of the Great Dao.
Profound beyond asure.
The world resonated.
Energy surged across the surroundings.
It was as though all of Skyreach Monastery had beco the source of the Dao itself.
Wyrmvine and the others froze where they stood, imrsed in the Dao’s aura as endless insights flooded their minds.
Even Cloudvault, who had only recently begun cultivating, unconsciously revealed his innate Divine Power.
Under enlightennt from the principles of Yin and Yang, it evolved into an even more astonishing ability.
An invisible force spread outward.
Everything it touched was reduced back to Yin and Yang.
All things faced annihilation.
Just as the force was about to spread beyond Skyreach Monastery, Cloudvault suddenly snapped awake.
Sniffling, he stared at the Yin and Yang Qi revolving around Caelum.
His eyes sparkled with excitent.
"The old geezer really was hiding sothing terrifying!"
Whoosh!
Smack!
The words had barely left his mouth before Wyrmvine erged from his own enlightennt.
His brow twitched.
Without hesitation, he grabbed a vine switch and struck Cloudvault squarely on the backside.
The boy imdiately fled across the mountain crying his lungs out.
"Waaah!"
"Senior Brother Wyrmvine, stop hitting ! I won’t disrespect Master anymore!"
Immortal radiance drifted around Stillwater.
Jadewind revealed his true Wind Lotus form.
Moonchaser remained frozen in place, still imrsed in enlightennt.
All of them had gained sothing.
And that was not all.
As Caelum’s cultivation reached the peak of the Transcendent Realm, every cycle within his Perfect Grand Cycle was finally completed.
Three hundred and sixty worlds were born.
Equivalent to the power of three hundred and sixty small worlds.
Within his body, the three hundred and sixtieth Hidden Vault divided into Yin and Yang.
The Five Elents erged.
Heaven and earth separated.
Life ca into being.
Then the power of all three hundred and sixty worlds surged together and rged into Caelum.
Boom!
Tribulation clouds gathered above Skyreach Monastery.
Caelum flicked a finger.
A strand of Yin and Yang Qi shot into the clouds.
The sky imdiately cleared.
The tribulation clouds dispersed before they could fully form.
[Cultivation Increased]
[Realm: Voidwalker Layer 1]
Beyond the Immortal Realm lay the Immortal King Realm.
Beyond the Immortal King Realm lay the Immortal Emperor Realm.
When Caelum first established the Perfect Grand Cycle, his power already rivaled that of an immortal.
Now every cycle had beco a complete world.
With the strength of three hundred and sixty worlds augnting him, his power had reached the level of an Immortal King.
If he unleashed Yin and Yang Qi, even an Immortal King could be slain with a flick of his finger.
Furthermore, he had never neglected Bladeleaf’s nourishnt over the years.
If Bladeleaf were unleashed, Caelum could slaughter Immortal Kings across The Infinite Realms as easily as butchering livestock.
Bladeleaf was not an immortal weapon, yet it surpassed immortal weapons.
Despite decades of nourishnt, Bladeleaf had never transford into human form like Wyrmvine and the others.
Instead, it remained singularly devoted to strengthening its Sword Intent, serving as Caelum’s greatest trump card.
Now, its power exceeded even that of an Immortal King.
Buzz!
A streak of light flashed.
Bladeleaf flew from Caelum’s sleeve.
The Yin and Yang Qi surrounding him imdiately wrapped around the blade of grass, intertwining with its Sword Intent and giving rise to an even more terrifying power.
Jadewind and Stillwater gradually erged from enlightennt.
Stillwater stared at the Yin and Yang Qi around Caelum with deep shock.
The black and white currents felt unimaginably terrifying, yet she could not discern their true nature.
She turned to Jadewind.
"Senior Brother, do you recognize Master’s technique?"
Jadewind shook his head.
"I’ve never seen anything like it."
Ever since they had taken human form, Caelum had only taught them Skyspire Order’s Skyreach Art.
Their Mystic Arts, Martial Arts, and even Divine Powers all ca from Skyspire Order.
Never once had he demonstrated his own techniques before them.
Nor had he passed down any of his personal Divine Powers.
Now that they had finally witnessed one of Master’s abilities, their curiosity was impossible to suppress.
