At the deepest part of the mountains lay a lush, vibrant grassland.
A towering tree stretched into the sky, its canopy blotting out the sun. Beneath it rested a massive dragon.
An uninvited guest arrived.
The dragon’s eyes snapped open, its aura turning violent.
Caelum approached slowly. Under the Insight effect of the Eye of True Sight, the dragon’s strength was laid bare before him.
He sighed.
"Only Tier 6. Guess pureblood dragons really are on another level."
"Roar!"
Seeing a human intrude on its territory, the dragon erupted in rage and unleashed a breath attack.

The attack hit Caelum directly.
But against the defense of the Dragon King Set, it felt like nothing more than a passing breeze.
Space rippled.
A spear shot out from Infinite Arsenal and pierced straight through the dragon’s body, pinning it to the massive tree behind it.
The battle ended instantly.
This dragon was too weak.
Even a million of them would not be enough.
Boom!
The spear exploded.
The dragon died on the spot, and the giant tree behind it snapped in half, crashing down with a thunderous tremor.
Though it looked like an ordinary tree, its interior was filled with magical energy. Its magic tier was actually higher than the dragon’s.
Caelum’s eyes lit up.
"A tree this big should make a lot of World Tier gear."
With anticipation, he stored both the dragon’s body and the tree into Infinite Arsenal.

Tier 6 mages were rare elites.
Tier 7 beings, comparable to pureblood dragons, were exceedingly scarce.

Unlike the areas near Frontier Town, the trees here were enormous, ancient.

"It’s a human!"
"Wow, it’s been so long since we’ve seen one!"
"Where? Let see!"
Voices filled the air.
They sounded childish, full of curiosity and excitent.
"Who’s there?"
Caelum looked around but saw no one.
Then glowing lights floated toward him.
Only then did he realize—
They were not fireflies.
"Are you talking to ?"
A cheerful emotion radiated from the lights.
"Yes, human."
Caelum frowned slightly.
"What are you?"
"We are born from the will of nature, representing mountains, rivers, and all natural things. Humans used to call us spirits. You can call us that too."
"Spirits?"
"Yes. It’s been a very long ti since we’ve seen humans. Why have you co here? If we can help, just tell us."
"Tell us!"
"We’d love to help!"
They were surprisingly friendly.
Caelum thought for a mont, then pointed into the distance.
There, half buried in the ground, was a massive object covered in moss.
A crashed vessel.
Exposed chanical parts made it unmistakable.
"I got here by accident. But now I want to know what that thing is."
The spirits beca excited.
"I’ll tell you!"
"No, !"
"That thing? It’s from a very, very long ti ago. Millions of years, actually."
Caelum blinked.
"Millions?"
Soon, he learned the story.
Millions of years ago, the world had been far more chaotic.
The gods had only just co into existence and fought endlessly for control.
As the gods warred, the races that worshipped them joined the conflict.
But they were not insignificant.
Through courage and ingenuity, mortals achieved the impossible.
They killed gods.
This ship was a product of that era.
It had been shot down during one of those battles and crashed here, remaining ever since.
A relic of a grand and ancient war.
A testant to an age of legends.
Caelum could not help but feel a sense of awe.
