Ben was exploring Saint Denis in "Red Dead Redemption."

This was his second ti playing, because he didn't do the side quests well the first ti.

Having already finished the ga once, Ben now just wanted to wander around this western world.

He didn't choose to continue exploring the unknown west after his first playthrough using John Marston, who inherited all the items.

Mainly because Ben felt a stronger connection to Arthur Morgan than to John Marston.

After all, he controlled Arthur, spending dozens of hours in the ga.

From Arthur the gunslinger at the beginning, to starting his road to redemption after being infected with tuberculosis.

Arthur's story was truly moving for players.

Actually, it wasn't just Ben; many players, after finishing the story once, would start a new save and keep the tiline before going to Saint Denis forever.

Staying in the story before Sean died.

Everyone in the gang was still so harmonious, and Arthur was alive and well.

Exploring the entire western world at this point in ti.

At the market in Valentine, rchants selling flesh were calling out.

Construction workers nearby were building unfinished structures.

The old veteran in Valentine still wanted to hug everyone who passed by, making the entire western world feel alive.

Of course, not everywhere was so wonderful.

For example, if players used John, they could find a place called Armadillo.

The map in "Red Dead Redemption" was huge, with so areas not involved in the main story.

So, so areas needed to be discovered by the player, and Armadillo was one of them.

This was a town infected with cholera, located in a desert, filled with yellow dust, and completely silent.

Burning bodies could be seen everywhere, along with the rampaging Del Lobo gang, and of course, the incredibly desolate desert.

Also, only John Marston could trigger and enter this area.

On the forums, many players were discussing these undiscovered things in "Red Dead Redemption," and so of the story threads Lucas left open.

"Has everyone found Armadillo? It seems very aningful; there are no missions there, maybe there will be new content in the sequel?"

"It's possible! Have you guys noticed? There is actually xican land in the ga, but there's an invisible wall! I don't know if it's just a texture or actual terrain you can walk on!"

"Yeah, I also found a map that wasn't in the story, Tumbleweed."

"Wow, really? If that's the case, it feels like a sequel or DLC is possible! The xican Revolution is closely related to the end of the Wild West era."

"You guys are thinking too much, I'm skeptical."

"Why skeptical? I think it will definitely happen in the future; Armadillo, the unopened xican area, and Ross finding John's farm after the end, it feels like it's all setting up the next story!"

"Damn, you saying that makes feel a little uneasy."

Countless players online were having a heated discussion.

After experiencing "Red Dead Redemption," they were very concerned about whether there would be a sequel to this ga.

And in the ga, Lucas did leave quite a few open threads, including easter eggs and hints from the previous ga.

For example, Ross finding Micah's body and discovering John's farm years later.

Dutch leaving in the snowy mountains, Javier returning to xico, and Bill disappearing.

The whereabouts of these Van der Linde gang mbers who stood by Dutch's side were unknown.

But Sadie, Mary-Beth, Charles, and Pearson's lives after the story were revealed.

It could be said that combined with John Marston's story, it was truly "Red Dead Redemption's" story.

It also marked the end of the Western story.

If the Wild West in Arthur's ti was declining, then the Wild West in John's ti was completely dying.

Lucas planned to bring these things to the players in future DLC.

Of course, there was no rush, as the ga had just been released not long ago.

Even the ga's online multiplayer mode hadn't officially launched yet.

As ti went on, the popularity of "Red Dead Redemption" continued to rise.

Especially after the ga launched, major dia outlets at ho and abroad gave it perfect scores.

Of course, so dia gave scores of 9.5 or 9.7.

But no dia gave a score below 9.5.

"The most perfect Wild West: In terms of scale, 'Red Dead Redemption' creates a vast and realistic western world. The combination of the old and new eras makes people linger."

"In the past, there may not have been many outstanding Western-thed gas, but after Lucas released this shocking western world ga, it can be said that he has raised the genre to an incredible level. Perhaps this is just the first step, but it has already beco an undeniable representation."

"The feeling 'Red Dead Redemption' gives players is extrely shocking, like 'Minecraft' did before, it also defines a new type 'open world'. I used to be curious about this."

"But after playing, I understand what an open world is. This ga even made think that this western world really exists, and there really are people like Arthur Morgan living in this world."

"Especially the acting of the characters and the wonderful script make feel like I'm watching a great movie. Without a doubt, if you are interested in the Western genre, then 'Red Dead Redemption' is definitely a ga you can't miss."

The other authoritative ga review dia gave similar reviews.

They completely praised "Red Dead Redemption" sky-high.

But for players who had really played "Red Dead Redemption" and were completely imrsed in it, seeing these scores didn't feel like a surprise.

Instead, they felt it was a matter of course.

"Red Dead Redemption" was a ga that deserved such praise.
