Compared to Zeus's frustration, Lucas was relatively relaxed.

Of course, this referred to his mood, because he still had a lot of work to do.

Apart from the team working on the "Uncharted" trilogy and daily ga maintenance, everyone else was assigned to the developnt of "Assassin's Creed" by Lucas.

Compared to the "Assassin's Creed 2" of his past life, Lucas definitely wanted to make the whole world more imrsive in the VR version.

In the original ga, the NPC passersby were really just regular people.

Walking down the street, you, as the assassin, would kill Templar mbers, stabbing them through the kidney.

But the surrounding passersby would still mind their own business, only serving as background decoration and failing to make the player feel like this was a real, lifelike world.

So, naturally, so brand new dynamic reactions needed to be added.

As for sothing like in "Red Dead Redemption," where players could shoot anyone they didn't like on the street or tie them up and throw them on horseback.

This kind of outlaw behavior wouldn't work in "Assassin's Creed."

Because the Animus setting perfectly solved this problem.

The player isn't really traveling to the past, but just reliving the mories of their ancestors.

So, players can't do things that contradict their ancestor's mories.

And randomly killing people on the street clearly doesn't match the mories. If you do, it will cause synchronization issues, even leading to loss of synchronization.

Introducing the Animus setting and adding these rules to the ga, combined with the imrsive VR experience, can actually make players feel more involved.

What remains are so better guidance settings, such as fast travel.

Many players of the original "Assassin's Creed 2" didn't even know that the ga had fast travel, running back and forth between Florence and the villa every day.

More detailed city design, action systems, and so on all need to be changed.

......

After releasing a simple background introduction about the Animus, Nebula Gas didn't release any news as they entered the developnt phase.

But on the CosmosVR platform, there were one or two minor updates to the Animus.

However, these weren't big content updates, but more like enriching so areas, since this thing would be the VR the entrance for "Assassin's Creed" in the future.

After the initial excitent, many players ca back to their senses.

That is, so far, all their knowledge of Lucas's new ga seems to be stuck on the background.

Apart from the Animus information, they only know that players might play as an assassin fighting against an organization called the Templars.

Everything else, such as the ga's na, gaplay type, etc., is completely unknown.

Even the historical period is unclear. All kinds of rumors online are just guesses among players.

After all, Nebula Gas has never announced anything.

Many players are curious about what kind of ga Lucas wants to make this ti.

Also, assassins and Templars have never been heard of in history, so it's probably an alternate history.

But the key point is that historical gas are all about letting players feel imrsed.

If it's a fictional history, there's no need to make a historical ga at all, and there's no need for an Animus setting.

Many players are very curious about how Nebula Gas will do it.

Many players are also leaving ssages on Lucas's official blog, hoping to get him to co out again and share more information.

But it was all to no avail.

Helpless, Lucas at Nebula Gas looked at the players' requests and sighed.

It's not that he doesn't want to give you players more information, it's just that there isn't any.

The second trailer is still in production, and the art team is only producing things sporadically. The action system, on the other hand, is progressing relatively quickly.

For example, the climbing and parkour part can mostly use the "Uncharted" system, only needing more optimization and so cool actions.

As for combat, although it's not a problem for Nebula Gas, the frawork is still being built and tested.

In this situation, the only ssage Lucas can give players is: 'Don't worry, the ga is in developnt. When has your Xu brother ever lied to you?'.

But if he really responded like that, Lucas would be worried about the players' health, because getting too excited is bad for the body.

So, for the ti being, it's better to play dead when players ask questions.

Also, the animation departnt is almost finished with the second trailer.

When the ti cos, players will have all the answers they want.

......

Unlike Lucas, who was playing dead.

Zeus, who was upset about having their popularity stolen, was making a lot of small moves.

All kinds of materials, concept art, the first official announcent of the ga's na, and several trailers revealing the ga's content and gaplay all attracted a lot of players' attention, overshadowing so of the "Assassin's Creed" hype.

All fun and gas aside, Zeus isn't exactly a traditional ga company, but in reality, Zeus has close ties with most ga companies in Europe and Arica, and holds a lot of their shares.

The acquisition of FOW as its first-party studio has a lot of supporters, and the graphics problems that many players criticized seem to have been solved after Zeus's acquisition.

This ti, FOW's ga is called "dieval: Salvation," but it's not a war simulation or managent ga.

According to the trailers that FOW released, it's a role-playing ga where players will play as the son of a farr hard by the war. Because of the loss of his ho and family, he will fight for his future and participate in the historical Crusades.

According to FOW, "dieval: Salvation" will be a ga with many details. The combat includes daily life in the ga, as well as historical recreation of the Middle Ages. For example, they said they did very detailed research on the castles in the ga, including the ga's background and consultations with various historians.

It can be said that "dieval: Salvation" has a very high degree of historical accuracy.

The combat system, daily details in the ga, and so on are revealed piece by piece by FOW, making many players itchy.

Because it really looks good, especially the combat system is very realistic, with attacks coming from all directions. It's so cool.

But just when FOW and Zeus were very happy.

News ca.

Nebula Gas released the second trailer.

"The second trailer is here!"

"Wow, aweso! We finally see the ga's graphics!"

"It's definitely the Renaissance!"

"The na of the 'Assassin's Creed' ga?"
