Now reading: Chapter 103 - 102 - The Siege of Riverrun from Game Of Thrones: The King's Court Wizard, a Other novel by TheGreatPrince.

Riverrun, Ho of House Tully.

Surprisingly, the Targaryen army marched to Riverrun without any impedint, which surprised the Army Commander, Jon Connington. He expected to face so attacks, but the entire army of forty thousand n stationed hundreds of ters from the castle.

The banners of House Targaryen and Tyrell waved in the wind; an enormous camp was being set up with extre speed. It was a castle siege, not a collision between two armies.

Viserys and Jon looked at the castle with murderous gazes. The forr wanted to kill Hoster Tully for treason; the latter wanted to please the king and show his worth. Although their intentions were different, they were aligned at that mont.

"By the way, why did you co to Riverrun and not accompany my brother to the Trident?" Viserys, wearing silver armor with dragon inscriptions on the silver tal, asked with a curious tone.

"Hoster Tully still has a mage by his side." Cadmus replied with a smile, rembering the information he extracted from Stregobor. One of Hoster's servants was a mage. The reason for the mage being there was simple: to serve as a spy and inform Stregobor about Daenerys and other things.

Viserys frowned, but relaxed the next mont. Cadmus managed to kill thirty mages and capture the leader of the mages; a re single mage shouldn't be a problem for him. "Speaking of which, I find it strange that we haven't been attacked."

"It probably has to do with the battle of the mages at the Battle of Raventree Hall." Jon comnted alongside, knowing that information about the battle had already spread among the noble houses of the Riverlands. Although it would still take ti for the other kingdoms to hear the news.

Viserys remained silent, rembering the gigantic rock they saw on their way to Riverrun. He couldn't believe a human could do that. A sense of crisis settled in Viserys since he saw that rock.

House Targaryen had no ans to fight such a powerful mage, and honestly, it was unnerving.

"That's a good thing; the Noble Houses of the Riverlands are no longer supporting the Lord Paramount, which is why we arrived at Riverrun without any attack." Viserys said with a calm tone, but Cadmus detected a hint of anxiety in his voice.

He knew exactly the reason for Viserys's anxiety: Westeros didn't have many magic users, and those who did were weak or had no relevant magical heritage. Mages were never interested in Westeros, fearing a prolonged war with the Faith of the Seven, so this continent beca a vacuum of powerful magic users.

However, with Cadmus's arrival, this vacuum began to disappear, and the attention of mages began to turn to Westeros. Especially after the Faith of the Seven and the Red Faith began a religious war of indoctrination.

Now, the royal family finally saw that power was not only in armies but also in mages. They had Cadmus, so they weren't worried, but when other noble houses hired other mages or even sent their children to Ban Ard or Aretuza, it would completely change the balance of power on the continent.

Jon nodded, and noticing that Cadmus wanted to talk to Viserys alone, he left the tent, leaving them both alone.

"Don't worry, Viserys." Cadmus placed his hand on the prince's shoulder and comforted him. "I know you're worried, but keep in mind that House Targaryen has weapons capable of making mages retreat in fear."

Viserys looked at Cadmus in surprise and understood the implications of his words, but he found it hard to believe that dragons were so powerful, especially after seeing the result of Cadmus's battle with other mages.

"Dragons have magical resistance; they are practically immune to almost all magic. Only physical attacks can cause damage to these creatures." Cadmus said with an admiring sigh. This was the conclusion Cadmus had reached after doing so experints with Caraxes, his small dragon.

Even as a hatchling, Caraxes had simply shocking magical resistance; a fireball caused him no damage but seed to be repelled by an unknown force.

"I have to admire your ancestors; they are a bunch of madn to genetically modify a race like dragons." Cadmus said with a genuine sigh of admiration for the dragonlords. The level of blood magic of the Valyrian Empire was sothing Cadmus admired and greatly wanted to get his hands on.

Viserys's eyes widened, and confidence returned with full force. He looked at Cadmus and said with a tone full of expectation. "I brought so eggs from Dragonstone; I hope you can help revive the petrified eggs."

"Dany will be happy to have new children." Cadmus didn't refuse and said with a laugh.

"She treats dragons as her children." Viserys also noticed that Daenerys really treated dragons as her own children. This surprised him a little, but, thinking that his sister had a special bond with dragons, he found nothing wrong with Daenerys's treatnt of dragons.

"You have to give her real children." Viserys said with an amused tone.

"I'm working hard on that." Touching his waist, Cadmus spoke with an exasperated and equally amused tone. Daenerys was a succubus; after tasting the fruit, the girl wouldn't leave him alone. Be it the office, balcony, or even in the bathtub. Of course, he wasn't complaining; he even liked it very much.

Looking at Cadmus, who was visibly thinner than before, Viserys looked at him with pity. He could see that his sister was an insatiable dragon, not letting the poor mage rest.

"I have a dicinal soup I learned from a hunter. It helps you last longer and have more stamina." Viserys whispered to Cadmus with a look that every man understood.

Cadmus rolled his eyes, took a potion from his pouch, and handed it to Viserys. "One sip makes you last about two hours without getting tired."

When Viserys heard Cadmus's words, his hand moved as fast as lightning, he put away the vial containing the potion and looked at the mage with a look of adoration.

"Do you know how much money you can make if you sell these beautiful potion vials?" Viserys put his arm around Cadmus's neck and spoke with an excited tone. "Every man will pay a fortune for this, even commoners!"

Cadmus, of course, knew this. If there was one thing that made a profit, it was pharmaceuticals. Even on Earth, it was one of the highest-earning areas on the planet. Not to ntion redies for male virility. If you're a man, who hasn't dread of lasting hours and hours in bed?

"Take it carefully; after two hours, you'll feel enormous fatigue for half a day." Cadmus warned Viserys; he didn't want his Good Brother to die in bed from a heart attack because he took too much potion.

"I know." Viserys nodded and took the warning very seriously. Although he loved having sex, he didn't want to die having sex; it was too poetic for his taste.

"But I have the contacts, and you have the material. How about a 20% and 80% split?" Viserys asked with a smile. He felt that marrying his sister to Cadmus was the best thing his brother had ever done. Having a super powerful brother-in-law was truly gratifying.

"All right, you get 20% and I get 80%." Cadmus accepted the proposal without thinking twice; 20% of the profits were nothing to him, and he was too lazy to manage a male viagra network. He didn't want his reputation to be tarnished, and what if soone thought he was impotent?

If Viserys wanted to be the interdiary between him and the clients, there was no reason for him to refuse such a good proposal.

Viserys's smile grew with Cadmus's words; he could see a mountain of gold coming his way. This filled him with happiness, because when he gained a fief from Rhaegar, he could build or renovate a castle and have a decent army.

"Let's stop talking about that; the siege weapons are being prepared. Let's start besieging the castle." Cadmus changed the subject and showed a solemn expression. Viserys also entered soldier mode and nodded with a similar expression.

"However, I want to talk to Hoster Tully first. If he accepts surrender, House Tully can preserve so mbers." Viserys spoke with a sarcastic tone. These were not Rhaegar's orders, but sothing he thought of himself.

He wanted to humiliate the enemy before he died. Hoster Tully was so old, and Viserys didn't want the old man to die so comfortably in the castle.

Cadmus let out a laugh and spoke. "Let's go; I also want to talk to the spy mage."
