Cadmus looked at the massive castle before him and got to work; he needed to rebuild the castle walls as well as the gigantic towers before his wedding. Furthermore, he had to replace the furniture and even create a beautiful garden. As for the garden, he already had one ready; he would simply move it.
Previously, Cadmus had asked to build a fief where he lived for five years, but after receiving Harrenhal, he set that idea aside.
"Cadmus, I want to help." Daenerys, seeing that Cadmus was ready to begin rebuilding the castle, the future ho for her and her children, asked in a tone full of expectation.
"Co with and I'll teach you so spells; we have a lot of stones to cut!" Cadmus didn't refuse and spoke in an amused tone. Having Daenerys by his side would not only help but also assist in the girl's training.
Daenerys was excited and accepted without any hesitation.
In the following weeks, Harrenhal was being rebuilt at such a rapid pace that the inhabitants of Harrentown were completely astounded. They could see gigantic black stones appearing from ti to ti above the castle. It was such a shocking scene that it had already beco a hot topic during dinner.
At the sa ti, the identity of the new feudal lords reached Harrentown: Lord Cadmus Peverell and Princess Daenerys. The wedding, which would take place at the castle, was also announced, and the people were radiant to learn they could attend the ceremony.
Of course, it wasn't all good news; knowing that their feudal lord was a wizard brought a mixed feeling of admiration, fear, and disgust to the population. Rumors that Cadmus would use commoners in his evil experints spread quickly.
The commoners, who were mostly farrs, carpenters, butchers, and other simple and humble professions, were naturally easier to manipulate. That's what happened: admiration turned to fear, and everyone now lived in dread.
So commoners even fled the town for fear of being caught by the evil wizard, but this was a small, almost insignificant part of the population. After all, not everyone had the courage to abandon everything and go elsewhere.
Cadmus naturally knew of the rumors but ignored them completely. The reason for this was simple: these people would notice that their lives wouldn't change with his arrival. Believe Cadmus when he says that humans are the most adaptive animals in the world.
Even if Cadmus were truly a dark wizard and used these people as test subjects, they wouldn't resist but rather delay rebellion until the last mont. Cadmus had to thank the nobles who instilled this ntality in the commoners.
These people weren't French, who would rebel at the slightest feeling of injustice or cruelty. So, Cadmus wasn't at all worried about these rumors, obviously spread by the church to defa him. He was focused.
After weeks of renovations, Harrenhal had a completely different face than before. The towers that were once deford, blackened, and falling to pieces now looked like spears rising against the sky.
The Castle Wall looked like a massive, black, and robust wall; it seed totally impenetrable to the eyes of the people. The castle itself beca more refined than before, although it still looked like a gigantic black fortress from afar.
Cadmus decided later to build a sumr palace near the Gods Eye to relax in the future, a palace reminiscent of the Habsburg Family's Schönbrunn Palace or sothing similar to the Palace of Versailles.
As for the interior of Harrenhal, the place looked like a place where humans lived. The idea that castles were dark, damp, and gloomy was sothing stupid that cinema put into people's minds. Besides being a war fortress, castles were essentially human hos.
The interior of the castle was alive and full of color because humans lived in it, not gothic vampires. So, the castles were anything but gloomy, damp, and colorless.
The sa was true for Harrenhal; with Daenerys's help, red, gold, and blue colors decorated the corridors, halls, rooms, and entrance. The castle was lit by enchanted candlesticks that flew around, illuminating the castle twenty-four hours a day, at all tis.
Black armor could be seen in the corridors; it was the first line of defense for the castle that Cadmus prepared for his ho, besides, of course, spells like Protego Maxima and Protego Totalum, the sa spells used to cover the Hogwarts grounds against Voldemort's attack were applied to the castle's surroundings.
They only needed a large amount of magic to activate and protect all of Harrenhal.
Most importantly, the Anti-Apparition Charm!
Any teleportation magic involving space was totally forbidden to be used in the castle and its surroundings. Of course, this didn't stop Mitra or even Cadmus; both had permission to Apparate at any ti. When Daenerys learned the magic, she would also be allowed to Apparate within the castle's domains.
Daenerys looked at the Hall of a Hundred Hearths with a proud gaze; the place was beautiful and full of life. Red, gold, and blue colors decorated the pillars, walls, and even the ceiling had a large painting showing a black dragon and a phoenix.
Most important was the House Peverell Crest: the Phoenix with open wings holding a sword and wand in its claws.
Beneath the Phoenix, written in the Common Tongue: "We Surpass Even Death."
"The place is beautiful; our work is finally complete." Cadmus appeared behind Daenerys and hugged her from behind, looking at the Hall of a Hundred Hearths with a satisfied gaze. Although the castle was built for giants, it was truly imposing and majestic.
"I only feel sorry for our future servants." Daenerys said with a genuine tone of pity. Harrenhal was truly too large; it would need a few hundred servants to clean the place and keep everything in order.
"You forget we are wizards," Cadmus said with a laugh; he could very well enchant so brooms, buckets, and mops, making the castle from Beauty and the Beast look insignificant. "Of course, we need servants; otherwise, this castle will be too empty for just you and ."
Daenerys agreed with Cadmus's words; this castle was too large for just two people. If that really happened, she would feel a bit scared living with only Cadmus in this enormous castle.
"The ravens were sent so ti ago; the noble houses haven't arrived," Daenerys said, frowning. Although it was impossible for nobles from other kingdoms to arrive too quickly, the nobles of the Riverlands should have already arrived, especially House Darry, which was not far from Harrenhal.
"They won't co to us but will accompany the king to create a massive army. The rest of the nobles are loyal to House Tully and won't co; it's normal that no one has arrived," Cadmus said in a calm tone. Although the wedding was important in Daenerys's eyes, in the eyes of the nobles, the most important thing was the signal the king was sending to the nobility.
Everyone wanted to accompany the king in the war; Cadmus and Daenerys's wedding was used simply to make it easier for these arrogant nobles to bend the knee to Rhaegar without appearing too submissive.
So, instead of going to Harrenhal, these nobles joined the army and marched together to Harrenhal, demonstrating loyalty and cohesion.
After all, whoever reaches the king first will receive more trust than those who arrive late.
"These stupid nobles." Daenerys was very dissatisfied that these nobles were so arrogant as to change sides the mont they saw House Targaryen was recovering.
"Don't bla them; for these smaller noble houses, survival is above all else; they might even bend over for Rhaegar to gain so extra privilege," Cadmus said with a laugh.
He found nothing wrong with the survival thod of these nobles. Even small noble houses survived for thousands of Years, sothing totally unbelievable on Earth, but normal in this world.
"Just like Jon Connington?" Daenerys asked in an amused tone, rembering her brother's Master of Whisperers. It was almost an open secret that Jon loved Rhaegar, so much so that the Queens loathed the Master of Whisperers.
"Poor man, seeing the man he loves but never being able to touch him," Cadmus said with a laugh, and Daenerys laughed at his words too.
(Note: This is canon; Jon Connington truly loves Rhaegar; it wasn't sothing I created.)
Suddenly, feeling the ground shake for a mont, Cadmus and Daenerys looked at each other and saw the smile on each other's lips.
The army had arrived!

My friends, a fight almost broke out in parliant, where the Won's Committee was eting on International Won's Day. The chair of the Won's Committee, who is a transgender woman, faced so much criticism that she walked out of parliant. I've never seen a committee chair walk away from her own responsibilities.
I only have one thing to say: I was eating popcorn and drinking Coke while watching the disaster that was the parliantary session on International Won's Day.
