Once those overlooked details were deciphered, Ming Po could imdiately spot it... Gao Song's words were simply riddled with flaws. Perhaps he had grown too accustod to matches where his opponents had absolutely no ability to fight back due to luck suppression.

"...You're right."

Gao Song spoke slowly, his face seemingly drained of all color. "With Twenty Faces here, I can't kill Gao Fan.

"Unless... he cos to himself."

He looked at his biological son, but there was no warmth in his gaze.

Only a madness teetering on the edge of a complete breakdown.

And Gao Fan finally realized in hindsight... or rather, he could finally confirm that Gao Song truly was his biological father. No wonder Gao Song had treated him so well when he was a child.

Yet, after a certain point, his relationship with Gao Feng had completely fallen apart.

Looking back on it now...

That was right around the ti Gao Song beca a Deceiver.

It must have been then that Gao Song finally gained the authority level to know the whole truth.

Shortly after that, almost imdiately, he had kicked Gao Fan's mother, Fang Taoyao, and her husband—Gao Fan's adoptive father, Gao Feng—out of the Ga of Deception. He turned them into Paradoxes sealed within an Anchor Point... Yet, his grandfather hadn't blad him at all.

Because their value had already been exhausted.

The entire goal of the Gao family was to make Gao Fan a Pureblood Deceiver, to board the Noah's Ark known as the Noble Blood Society. As long as they could deliver Gao Fan there, everyone else was rely an expendable resource.

Even...

Possibly a burden.

Because Gao Fan was, after all, a fake Pureblood Deceiver. He wasn't the non-existent "Paradox Child" born of a miracle through the manifestation of both parents using Ti Chips. Instead, he was a "ghost fetus" born of a Deceiver and a living person, cutting the chip cost in half.

From this perspective... if Gao Fan's parents both died, it would instead ensure that dead n told no tales.

In the public announcents made over twenty years ago, one could likely find Gao Fan's parents declaring their intent to create a Pureblood Deceiver. He truly was of his grandfather's direct bloodline, capable of passing even a blood test after manifestation.

And Gao Fan's parents were indeed "both Deceivers"—because Gao Song had beco one afterward.

The only people who knew this secret were the Gao brothers and Fang Taoyao.

Although Heavenly Query could find out when Gao Song beca a Deceiver due to the aggregation of Spaceti Big Data across China... it couldn't be ruled out that the Noble Blood Society had similar thods to uncover the discrepancy.

Only if they all died would the secret truly be safe.

From this perspective... perhaps part of the reason Gao Song never left ho was because the old man forbade him from showing his face outside. The fewer Deceivers he contacted, the fewer people knew of his existence, and the lower the chance of his identity leaking. He hadn't interacted with outside Deceivers for nearly a decade and would quickly be forgotten by the era.

...It was likely precisely to resist this fate that Gao Song had intentionally activated the "betrayal rule."

He wanted to release a few resentnt-filled individuals to leak his existence—

But clearly, that wasn't how things played out.

With Twenty Faces keeping watch, those who escaped probably died the mont they stepped outside.

For this exact reason, his ga rules had never been leaked.

"I am a prisoner, Little Fan."

Gao Song's smile was ugly. "I've been imprisoned here... and today is the day of my release. I'm telling the truth... the answer really is 'Gao Fan'. This ga has already started, and it can only end when one side is completely eliminated. So... either you kill and let the old man's plan succeed, or I kill you and bankrupt his plan completely. What do you think?

"Oh... or, you have another choice."

Saying this, Gao Song pointed at Ming Po. "You could also choose to betray him. If you do, it proves you truly inherited my bloodline.

"—Just give a release, how about it?"

Gao Fan was at a loss.

The overwhelming amount of information made his head spin... He instinctively turned back to look at Ming Po.

Ming Po rely raised a hand, speaking calmly, "Ask it, Little Fan.

"Ti is almost up... This is our final question."

"Ask it, Little Fan."

Gao Song jeered along with him. "Just ask, 'Is it my son...'"

"...Is it," Gao Fan stamred, his mind in chaos, "is it biologically related to Gao Song?"

—In that instant.

Gao Song's expression abruptly changed. "How did you—"

Because...

None of the cards in front of the three people lit up.

The answer was [No].

Which ant...

Gao Song's answer wasn't "Gao Fan."

Or at least, it wasn't "his biological son."

He... was still lying.

"Heh heh..."

In the dead silence, Ming Po laughed aloud.

Ming Po reached up to cover his face, as if trying to hide his smile.

Imdiately after, he threw his head back.

His suppressed chuckles erupted into wild, unrestrained laughter. "Hahahahaha! I knew it, I knew it—"

Ming Po had noticed it long ago... When Xiao Gao was nervous, he would make "unnecessary movents."

Just like earlier, when Ming Po had told Gao Fan to ask, "Can it be bought from other people using RMB?" Xiao Gao had instinctively rephrased it as, "Can it be bought from others?" when relaying the question.

Although they seed similar, the anings were entirely different.

The scope of the latter was far broader than the forr.

It still achieved Ming Po's goal, so Ming Po hadn't bothered to correct Gao Fan.

At that ti, Ming Po realized... this habit might prove useful under special circumstances.

And now, the mont after Ming Po activated the Madman title and suppressed Gao Song's luck...

Gao Fan's Luck title finally took effect for the first ti!

He was incredibly fortunate to skew the phrasing just a tiny bit—

But it was exactly this tiny bit that caused Gao Song's plan to completely collapse!

Instead, it truly exposed his own weakness!

"In other words, it is 'your son', you are 'its father', yet you are not its 'flesh and blood', you have 'no blood relation'.

"So... let's combine this with the previous questions."

Ming Po spoke slowly, repeating the earlier questions word by word:

"—It is not a living creature, or you do not know if it counts as a living creature, and it is not a 'yes and no' situation.

"—It is not a building or a natural landscape.

"—It is not fictional, it actually exists.

"—It has nothing to do with the Ga of Deception, or rather, you are unclear if it's considered related.

"It is man-made.

"It is a type of 'toy', and you don't know if it's a tool, or rather, it is not a tool.

"—It cannot be bought from others, or you are unclear if it can be bought.

"It is sothing you encountered after you turned eighteen.

"In a sense, it is sothing you have possessed.

"It holds significant aning to you.

"—It is right here in this space right now, or rather... it is in your Anchor Point.

"And, you consider it 'your son', but you do not think 'it is biologically related to you'."

"...Hmph."

Gao Song's face turned pale, his fingers subconsciously clenching until his knuckles turned blue.

He spoke slowly, as if comforting himself. "Even so, you still can't guess the answer."

"Oh?"

Ming Po fired back. "Which ans I haven't seen it, right? You're so confident I can't guess it... and if this answer holds true, it ans Gao Fan definitely knows of its existence, doesn't it?"

For a mont, absolute silence fell over the table.

A dim yellow glow flickered in the depths of Ming Po's eyes as he held up three fingers. "There are three possible answers, and each one slightly conflicts with a few of the questions.

"First, as you said... the answer is Gao Fan.

"But, does a Deceiver count as a living creature? Or is it a 'yes and no' situation?

"Furthermore, how could he have nothing to do with the Ga of Deception? Even if he isn't a Pureblood Deceiver... he is currently a Deceiver.

"And... he isn't biologically related to you?"

Saying this, Ming Po scoffed, folding down one finger. "You aren't his cuckolded father.

"So... the second possibility. The answer is [Twenty Questions of Death].

"It fits almost all the criteria, except for [Is it related to the Ga of Deception?]. Another possibility is [Twenty Questions], but this conflicts with the very last question."

At this point, Ming Po folded down another finger.

He pointed at Gao Song. "Do you rember?

"What caused your facade to crack the first ti?"

[—Does the fact that you didn't go to school really trigger you that much?]

"Your greatest obsession in life is the fact that you didn't attend school. Because you participated in so sort of movent in elentary school, you didn't even make it to middle school.

"You thirst for knowledge, to an almost twisted degree. And one of the primary functions of Ti Chips is..."

Ming Po enunciated clearly, "To directly [skip the learning process and obtain a certain knowledge].

"Once obtained, that knowledge is yours. It is no longer paradox knowledge, but a skill that completely belongs to you.

"Having only attended elentary school, you still managed to beco the chairman and flawlessly take over the family business. Even Gao Fan doesn't think you lack capability... This proves you must have used chips to tutor yourself.

"You haven't been promoted in all these years, so where did your chips go?

"Without a doubt... they were all used to fortify yourself. That's why you're so confident, arrogant to the point of dismissing everyone else. Because you firmly believe in [Strength]."

With every word Ming Po spoke, the terror in the depths of Gao Song's eyes deepened.

He looked at Ming Po... as if he were looking at his own father.

No matter how strong he beca, in front of his father, he was as powerless as a toddler.

Ming Po clearly had no intelligence at all, yet he was closing in on the truth step by step.

As he spoke, Ming Po turned his gaze to Gao Fan.

"Do you rember, Little Fan?"

Ming Po asked slowly, "When you showed 'that thing'... what did it say?"

"What thing?"

Gao Fan instinctively froze for a second, then he suddenly rembered.

His eyes went wide as that childish voice echoed in his ears:

[—I am the portable artificial intelligence, Xiao Gao Robot. Hello there, big brother I haven't t before. If Master let you see , it ans you're much more reliable than those two people!]

Gao Fan had automatically assud... 'those two people' referred to his two forr teammates.

But...

If it had never t those two forr teammates, how would it know his forr team had two people?

Unless...

[—The voice it uses is my voice from when I was a kid. So I figure... this must have been made by my parents]

[—Because my Anchor Point should also be their Anchor Point. That's why... I could find it here]

"Your parents were already sealed into their own Anchor Point as Paradoxes. In other words, you did not inherit their Anchor Point. Therefore, your ho cannot be your parents' forr Anchor Point; their Anchor Point is closed off."

Ming Po stated thodically, "And they knew... you were just the family's great project. Your father wasn't even your biological father, and your mother was forced to beco part of the plan. Would they love you? How much could they love you?

"And Gao Song stayed in the company all the ti, and the company was his Palace... The deepest layer of his Palace is his Anchor Point.

"Do you still not understand, Little Fan? Why were you able to find the 'Xiao Gao Robot' in your house?

"Moreover, why is it 'Xiao Gao' instead of 'Xiao Fan'? Because its creator hadn't yet decided what its na should be.

"Your ho... the room next to your bedroom, the room where the Xiao Gao Robot was kept... was never Gao Feng and his wife's Anchor Point. It was Gao Song's Anchor Point. That must be the room he used to live in.

"And 'those two people' refers to your 'parents'.

"Because the 'Xiao Gao Robot' is the 'son' Gao Song built with his own hands. A 'biological son' forged with genuine love for his own child, and hatred for his brother and sister-in-law. It is the unnad son he might have had in the future... but could never truly have.

"It isn't Paradoxical Technology, but Gao Song's very own technology."

Ming Po looked at Gao Song and delivered the answer: "Why could only five characters be written on the slip of paper?

"Because the answer is exactly five characters long.

"—It is, [Xiao Gao Robot]."
