"Gao Song..." the Doctor said slowly. "That child is sowhat reclusive. He might not make a very good partner."

"...Do you have any intel on him?"

"I wouldn't call it intelligence."

The Doctor chuckled softly.

"Just a little... unpresentable gossip. Gao Song doesn't much care for Paradoxical Technology, or rather... he doesn't quite trust the Ga of Deception."

"Therefore, he has never undergone paradoxical iterations. He adopted the Ti Chips strategy of Knowledge Infusion. You should be aware of this, right?"

"Of course."

Mr. Shen nodded.

"He is considered a world-class expert in Artificial Intelligence technology. That is why I chose to cooperate with him."

"The ultimate vision of our company is to create robots identical to humans. Machines with a sense of touch, feelings, the ability to think, and the capacity to work... until people no longer need to work themselves, until humans can be served by robots in every field."

"I believe the Ga of Deception is a trendous opportunity. It heralds that the future is coming, that the future will ultimately arrive. With the Ga of Deception and Ti Chips, we can iterate our technological capabilities multiple tis in an extrely short period."

"As a result, the painful transitional period of industrial upgrading will be infinitely shortened. When a product launches, it will already be in its complete, perfect form. This will force all of society to transform its production and living relations, rather than enduring slow, agonizing tug-of-wars and compromises..."

"Mr. Gao Song partially agrees with our ideals."

"Heh heh heh..."

The Doctor laughed softly. "You are truly ambitious, Mr. Shen. You are trying to beco the king of the world."

"Of course, I certainly won't forget my dear uncles and aunts."

Mr. Shen smiled. "I plan to allocate a portion of our pre-IPO shares and transfer them directly to all of you."

"Mario will receive 3.5 percent. Marple, Mirror Flower Water Moon, and Santiago will each receive 3 percent. And Dr. Jekyll..." He looked at the white-haired old man, his tone brimming with respect. "You may subscribe to 15.5 percent."

Pre-IPO equity... that is, pre-listing equity.

The scale and profitability of these companies had already reached listing standards, missing only the final push. One could even call it the absolute peak stage right before going public.

This kind of stock was typically of exceptionally high quality.

This was a transactional tactic, a rather sophisticated thod of bribery—far more discreet than handing over cash or gold, and far easier to liquidate than gifting artwork. A targeted subscription to this batch of pre-IPO shares ant that once the company went public, they could be flipped imdiately for a profit... As long as the company's profit structure was healthy, making money was a certainty. A company that solidly built its foundation before going public was practically guaranteed not to tank at the opening bell.

And the price difference in the middle would beco their personal revenue.

Naturally, no one present was short-sighted enough to just flip such premium stock.

Because they all knew this was a company founded by a "prophet."

With a continuous stream of intelligence and technology transmitted from the future back to the past, it was destined to sail smoothly. The value of these shares would multiply several tis over within just a few years.

This sort of mutual subscription of original equity was exactly how the Chinese Chamber of Comrce bound their interests together.

"If you intend to follow this model," Dr. Jekyll said, his dim yellow eyes glinting as his tone turned cold and profound, "you must bind Gao Song to your ship. Absolutely nothing can go wrong with him... Otherwise, the iteration speed of your algorithms will never keep up."

"Because your algorithm isn't iterating step by step. You are directly having your technical departnt take over algorithms that have been perfected in the future, and then asking them to continue developnt... Their skill level is definitely insufficient for that. Technology is not sothing that continuously progresses just by looping it endlessly. Just like materials science, sotis even if you loop it for another twenty years, there won't be any qualitative change."

"All we can do... is conduct lower-cost trial and error."

"I know."

Mr. Shen nodded. "I will go to Shanghai tomorrow to speak with Gao Song in person."

"That tech geek has an ideal that absolutely requires our technology to fulfill. Therefore, he will certainly cooperate with us."

"Oh?"

The old man had just raised his glass when he heard this.

He froze with his glass suspended in the air, a trace of curiosity flashing in his eyes. "I genuinely didn't know... What does he want? I watched him grow up, and I truly have no idea what it is he desires but cannot obtain."

"He wants a child of his own."

Mr. Shen smiled. "Bet you didn't expect that."

"...I suppose that's understandable."

Sowhat beyond his expectations, the old man rely sighed.

He offered a warning, "Regardless, you still need to be careful of the Divine Cody."

"Those stubbornly conservative bureaucrats..."

Mr. Shen furrowed his brows. "They are truly annoying. This is the mighty torrent of a new era, how can they not understand? The future is coming, the future will ultimately arrive... How is this any different from stifling industrial developnt under the banner of environntal protection? If we don't alter history, does that an others won't? Since history is going to be changed regardless, why can't it be us?"

"Our technology will bring a better future to the present, and bring a better present to the past. Even if innocent people are caught in the crossfire along the way, that is rely a necessary sacrifice. Looking throughout human history, there hasn't been a single change of eras that didn't require offerings. And we have already minimized those sacrifices to the utmost..."

"Stop complaining, Little Shen."

Uncle Mario patted him on the shoulder. "The rules are what they are. If you lack the ability to break them, you must learn to dance in shackles."

"...Hmph."

Mr. Shen let out a low snort. "It won't be long now... Deceivers of the World cannot be caged."

"The future is coming, the future will ultimately arrive, huh..."

The old man repeated Mr. Shen's words, a smile gracing his features as he raised his glass once more. "Then... a toast to the future."

"To the future."

The crowd clinked their glasses in unison.

anwhile, on the other side.

Shanghai, West Suburbs, West Sheshan Mountain.

Inside a golf course, the Tea Party was currently underway.

A massive, soft red bed sat in the room, decorated in a luxurious style reminiscent of a European royal palace.

However, the atmosphere here wasn't particularly decadent or extravagant... instead, it was unexpectedly quiet.

Red Queen lay on the bed, reading leisurely.

"Red Queen..."

A timid, tiny voice drifted in from the doorway.

"What is it?"

Red Queen seed to be in a rather good mood.

Her face was full of smiles as she turned to look at the door. "Is it good news?"

"...It might... not be?"

"If it isn't, then keep it to yourself."

"No, no... it might also be..."

The maid at the door looked conflicted. "No, I don't know either..."

"You truly are useless, Silph."

Red Queen sighed, but surprisingly didn't lose her temper. "Just say it directly."

"Mistletoe's palace... has collapsed."

"...Who is Mistletoe?"

Red Queen thought seriously for a mont. "Oh, that CEO Gao from the Gaotian Group? Whatever... if it collapsed, it collapsed. It's none of our business."

"But... he's a mber of the Chinese Chamber of Comrce."

Silph's voice was thin and delicate, sounding both frightened and sowhat agitated. "Hasn't the Witches' Coven... been telling us to make trouble for the Chinese Chamber of Comrce and destroy Paradoxical Technology for the past two years? Even though we didn't do it, a whole day has passed and no other organization has claid credit for the kill..."

"This matter has nothing to do with us, Silph."

Red Queen simply shook her head. "Do not report this upward."

"But..."

"Do. Not. Report. It."

She enunciated each word clearly, the smile on her face vanishing instantly.

"Yes, yes... as you command..."

A wave of terror imdiately drowned Silph. She frantically and clumsily apologized, practically stumbling and crawling as she fled the room.

"Idiot."

Red Queen's voice was low.

Her expression darkened. Reaching up to rub her temples forcefully, a dry, hoarse, and languid voice rang out. "Alice."

"What is it?" A hoarse, deep male voice replied.

"Go kill soone. Chop their head off and hang it above my door."

"Kill who?"

"Whoever you want, it doesn't matter."

A cruel expression surfaced on Red Queen's face. "As for Silph... let her live for now. I actually quite like that child."

"Oh, right. Rember to tell Silph tomorrow that the person died because of her."

"You truly have a wicked personality, Milady..." Alice spoke in a deep tone, his voice gradually fading away.

anwhile, the cruel smile on Red Queen's face slowly settled into an expressionless mask.

"If they aren't lunatics... they are idiots."

She muttered under her breath, "If they aren't diocrities... they are devils.

"The future of this world... is truly despair-inducing."
