"...?"

Zhuang Yan froze for a mont, clearly not understanding.

Shen Yiqi could not help but cough, his montum visibly weakening. "What... what else is there besides that?"

Seeing that the other party seed to understand, Ming Po knew Shen Yiqi likely played video gas.

So, he directly asked, "Detroit: Beco Human?"

"Exactly."

Shen Yiqi snapped his fingers.

A sincere, radiant smile appeared on his face. "What do you think of a world like that?

"Robots and humans looking almost exactly the sa—wouldn't that be perfect!

"Various kinds of robots could adapt to all sorts of environnts. Whether it is assembly line workers, delivery couriers, or takeout drivers... even dangerous ergency rescue and disaster relief operations could be handed over to robots!

"At the sa ti, n who cannot find girlfriends and won who cannot find boyfriends could use robots. If a family cannot afford a nanny, they could have a dostic robot to take care of the kids. You could even have robots tutor children with their howork, easily replacing private tutors.

"Even teachers could be replaced by robots! After all, a human teacher's knowledge is limited, and they can make mistakes... Whether due to political stances or personal emotions, things can go wrong. They might accept bribes, get sick, get injured, or simply have a bad day.

"Moreover, when teachers endure too much negativity, it can cause them to fall ill or take those feelings out on their students. A robot that never gets angry would take over teaching duties. Wouldn't that be better?

"Besides that, managent positions are the sa. Most companies operate like a country. Even if the leader is a tyrant or steering in the wrong direction, the company usually will not easily fall apart. A key reason for a company's problems is often a breakdown in middle managent. Either it is internal conflict, scrambling for resources, or setting traps for each other. Then there are those who bite the hand that feeds them, selling out the company's interests, or deceiving their superiors and subordinates to increase their own power, status, and control.

"In fact, in most companies, rely ensuring the intentions and commands of the higher-ups are transmitted accurately, completely, and without distortion to the grassroots level is already an almost impossible task. But with robots, this problem would be solved!

"An AI can propose clear processing thods for a leader's vague intentions, even offering multiple different plans to choose from. They will not be bought off, accept bribes, have the left brain attacking the right brain, or fight for power and profit. Instead, they can preserve the enterprise's strength almost entirely! Furthermore, the legal profession is the sa..."

Shen Yiqi chattered on endlessly.

Ming Po noticed that when Shen Yiqi spoke, his hands would subconsciously spread open, rotating in front of him as if he were rubbing a Rasengan.

He could not hold back a laugh.

Seeing this, Shen Yiqi's voice ca to an abrupt halt.

"Ah, apologies..."

Ming Po was just about to apologize for his rudeness.

He then realized Shen Yiqi was not angry at all. Instead, he stared at Ming Po with glowing eyes and earnestly asked, "Mr. Ming Po, do you think there is sothing wrong with what I said?"

"...Rather than saying there is sothing wrong with a specific part, it would be better to say there are problems with all of it."

Ming Po pondered for a mont. Seeing Shen Yiqi's sincerity, he decided to be straightforward. "If it really goes as you said, popularizing robots across all fields all over the world, then what would humans do?"

"Humans could do whatever they want!"

Shen Yiqi smiled brightly. "Work if you want to work, rest if you want to rest! Paint if you want to paint, write books if you want to write. You could be a strear, or you could learn to sing and write poetry—"

"Then, what about the fields outside of art?"

"Scientific research, of course!" Shen Yiqi replied without hesitation. "People would no longer need to fight for resources or work tirelessly. Productivity would be imnsely abundant, so all the surplus economy could be poured into scientific research, right?"

"Then..."

Ming Po fired back with a question, "In your plan, do art and scientific research not need robots?"

Shen Yiqi fell silent for a mont, a bit hesitant. "What... what do you an?"

"I am saying, are there no robots in the fields of art and scientific research?"

"Of course there will be!"

Shen Yiqi raised his voice slightly.

His tone was bright and full of hope. "Endless gas, movies, and animations can all be handed over to robots to make! If people do not want to work, they can entertain themselves to their hearts' content—endless entertainnt!

"Scientific research is the sa... Much of the foundational work in research involves repetitive experints with low intrinsic value. Handing these tasks over to robots is the sa, and it is even more convenient, more accurate, and far less prone to errors. That way, the top scholars will not have their research progress dragged down by being held back."

"But if all the work is handed over to robots," Ming Po countered, "if the world is flooded with scientific research teams made up of robots and artwork created by robots, then how will humans ever beco top artists and scientists?"

Hearing this, Shen Yiqi restrained his smile a little, his expression turning sowhat serious.

Even Zhuang Yan, standing off to the side, tilted his head, seemingly wanting to hear Shen Yiqi's answer.

And Shen Yiqi answered earnestly, "I have actually thought about this question. You are truly amazing, Mr. Ming Po! The first ti I truly realized this problem, I was actually already a few years into possessing and practicing this dream...

"I am not sure if the answer I give now is the final answer. But right now, I believe it should be like this—

"This world never needed the majority of diocre people to begin with. The progress of the world is almost entirely built upon an extrely small number of 'geniuses'. Whether in art, culture, or science, the reason they were originally unknown or impoverished is often because society lacked correct screening chanisms. But in reality, as long as these people are screened out and correctly nurtured, they can create possibilities. And aside from them, the rest of the population put together could not create an equal amount of achievent.

"The contributions a diocre mathematician makes over their entire life are only ant to save a brilliant genius one afternoon of ti. Therefore, what actually needs to be done is not to let ordinary people exhaust their whole lives, but to correctly select that genius, right?

"If everyone is integrated into the sa sufficiently accurate managent system, then their aptitudes can also be correctly determined. People will be put to their best use, developing in the directions where they have the most talent. Even if they are inferior to robots, they can at least be relatively happier.

"I believe that the managent model of humans managing the world is backward, stagnant, and vulgar.

"Ancient societies used slave owners to manage slaves, emperors to manage vassals, and capital and bureaucrats to manage commoners... Now that we have reached the Information Age, it is only natural that robots should manage humans.

"Using robots that will not make mistakes, accept bribes, tire out, or go crazy, to manage humans who are made of flesh and blood, vulgar, greedy, foolish, and oblivious."

"This is your dream?" Ming Po asked.

Shen Yiqi nodded seriously. "Yes... What do you think?"

He unconsciously began using formal honorifics.

Ming Po did not answer him; instead, he looked at Zhuang Yan. "What do you think of this, elder?"

Zhuang Yan just chuckled, waving his hand. "This is a question he asked you, so I... I will not answer, hehe..."

Ming Po thought for a long ti, then slowly nodded. "If it really goes according to what you say, it might actually not be entirely impossible.

"But the premise is that robots truly are as you claim... 'will not make mistakes, will not accept bribes, will not tire out, and will not go crazy'."

Ming Po spread his hands and stated frankly, "But I do not trust robots.

"Or rather, I do not trust you.

"I do not trust you, a human who 'will make mistakes, will accept bribes, will tire out, and will go crazy', and furthermore... I will always remain skeptical."
