Two days had passed since ereen and Yunkai had fallen in front of the forces of Lord Aeos and since the five dragons had hatched and the red cot had appeared.

Jon was seated in a large hall overlooking the sea, located in the restricted section of the manor. All five of his dragons were sleeping soundly on soft, fluffy beds nearby.

In these two days, order had been fully restored in both ereen and Yunkai. Any person or any group that had showed the trait of creating internal disturbance or oppose his reign had been dealt. They were either dead or in custody depending on depth of their intentions and actions.

His n were on full alert, and Jon had given instructions to be extra attentive especially in ereen. He did not want anything like the Son of Harpy fiasco that that happened with Daenerys to happen against him.

Within a few more days, the reforms that had already been implented in Astapor would begin rolling out across these newly conquered cities as well. As the developnt and progress would begin to be visible in the city, chances of people opposing him would continue to reduce.

In this lieu only, the previous Spy and Secret company which had been deployed in both the cities and had played a major part in conquering the cities had been asked to remain deployed in the city itself. Their task now was to sniff out any person plotting anything against the established reign of Lord Aeos.

As Jon gazed out at the sea, his mind drifted to the power he had awakened that day. The flas. Since he had no knowledge of the proper na of his power, he had taken to simply calling it fire magic.

For the past two days, Jon had been practicing and experinting this fire magic alongside Slyvia. Though she wielded the sa kind of power, hers was notably weaker than his.

The only explanation he could think of was the connection they shared through the blood essence.

And now that she had awakened one of his bloodline abilities, Jon was fairly certain that Slyvia might also possess his other bloodline ability which he was able to use freely as of now i.e. warging.

If that was true, then when he fully awakened his Stark bloodline, she would likely inherit the rest of its powers as well.

He had never anticipated that the blood essence could extend his bloodline abilities to soone else. And since warging was not a tangible power, not sothing visible or easily tested, he could never have guessed it beforehand. This had been a complete surprise for Jon.

Although he called his ability fire magic, it extended far beyond conjuring flas or launching fireballs at enemies.

There was sothing deeper within the fire. A sacred power, if he could say so.

Jon struggled to find the right words to describe it. It felt like a form of healing or rather, purification.

No, it was not as if placing his flas on a person would heal wounds or close cuts.

But it could, for instance, cure greyscale, burning away the curse at its root. It could purge plagues and afflictions of a similar nature, erasing the deeper cause rather than just treating the symptoms.

Still, Jon was not sure of the full extent of what his fire could do. It was a like an open window. How vast could he see through it was sothing for him to find.

There was much left to discover and perhaps, he could a learn a lot by sheer practice.

And this brought Jon's thoughts back to his dragons.

He had yet to decide on nas for them, and it was proving to be no easy task.

As he had reflected before, his connection with the dragons was nothing like the one Daenerys had shared with hers.

Her bond, though strong in its own way, had been shallower. She had often needed to force her dragons into obedience—at one point even using a spear to assert her will.

But with Jon, it was different.

His connection with his dragons ran deeper, more instinctual. He didn't need to shout commands or compel them through aggression.

A simple gesture or even a subtle ntal tug was enough to convey what he wanted—and they obeyed him without hesitation.

They were, without a doubt, a spoiled and affectionate bunch—constantly vying for his attention.

But when it ca to orders, especially serious ones, they followed them with unwavering loyalty.

He had commanded them to remain hidden from the public eye, and they had done just that.

They never ventured onto open terraces or rooftops unless absolutely necessary—and even then, only at night, and only with Jon's explicit permission.

Apart from him, the dragons were quite accepting towards Slyvia too. It was nothing like the connection that they had with him, but certainly they did not oppose her. She was even allowed to touch and rub their scales which should have been impossible for her. Maybe again, it was because of his blood essence that the dragons recognised Slyvia as their own. It was a good thing for Jon.

His musings were interrupted by the sound of footsteps echoing in the hall as Slyvia ca into view. She was the only one with unrestricted access to this part of the mansion.

In her hands, she carried a tray with so snacks. She placed it in front of Jon and then settled into the chair opposite him.

"Asmund was looking for you," Slyvia said, halfway through Jon eating his snacks.

For the past two days, Jon had been absorbed in experinting with his powers and spending ti with the dragons.

He had remained mostly holed up in the restricted section of the mansion, paying little attention to the aftermath of the recent victory. All responsibilities had been left to Asmund.

"The report on the aftermath of the war and about the casualties is ready," she added. "He wants to present it to you."

Jon nodded in acknowledgent. He would deal with few of these pending matters after eating his snacks.
