Malikhi awoke to a scene of Sylas walking away. He hesitated for a mont, but in the end, he didn't decide to continue to follow him. Sothing told him that the things Sylas did would make it back to him one way or another.

There was a flicker of darkness in Malikhi's eyes that ca from the very depths of his soul. mories of how he had fallen in his last life replayed in his mind. The rage flashed for a mont before dissipating.

If only he had had such a talent.

He looked away from Sylas and then up to the skies. Was that ceiling really impossible to break through?

Sylas could hardly take a step without swarms of people trying to block his path and his way. He only wanted to return to the receptionist desk to get a teleportation to a region he had already honed in on, but he hardly took three steps before he had to sidestep several people.

On the way there, there was even a sea of... people Cassarae would have probably liked to put the heads of on pikes.

Undoubtedly, said people were all too interested in trying to get him to spend his million rits on them.

In Malikhi's opinion, the best resources Sylas could get were at the D-tier with this amount, but the scope of Sylas and Malikhi was far beyond the scopes of normal Rune Masters.

There were even C-tiers that sent Sylas more than one signal, and honestly speaking, if not for his promise, Sylas might have thought about it.

That wasn't because of the Lust Seed or because he was incapable of controlling his carnal desires, but instead because Sylas felt there actually might be quite so benefit in bedding such strong existences.

These C-tiers, though shaless enough to do sothing like this, weren't exactly the sort of C-tiers that Sylas had co across in the past. They were orders of magnitude stronger. They were even stronger than the Professor woman by a good margin. Any one of them could have killed the latter with a few exchanges.

And these were the weakest of the Weaver Guild.

Thankfully, thanks to Malikhi's previous deterrence, the state of things wasn't as terrible as they could have been. No one endeavored to physically restrain Sylas, at the very least. And with the added protection of Fanelei on top of that, he eventually managed to make it to where he wanted.

He booked a teleportation and was gone seconds later.

However, even though he had vanished, the word of what he had done was spreading like wildfire, raging through the guild like it had grown legs of its own.

And soon, it reached even Fanelei's ears. That and those of her granddaughter as well, of course.

Sylas found himself in a library that could only be described as out of this world.

The rocky walls of the asteroid they were in paneled the surroundings in a regal and textured scene. Large windows were embedded right into the unique curves and structures. To one side, one could see the spinning globe that was Planet Weaver, and through the other, you could see the endless expanse of stars.

By comparison, the library itself was quite simple. Shelves as tall as the eye could see, ford from a deep, dark, and rich wood that made one feel warm and cozy despite the expansive size of everything. It looked like the one thing one could have found on Earth.

Well, except for the fact that no wood of Earth would possibly be structurally sound at this kind of height.

This place was the first Sylas chose to target for a reason. It was actually a library designed specifically for F-tiers, and there were dozens of them at just this level alone. Every Tier of Rune Master had their own level to go to, and this one was, unsurprisingly, filled with children.

Though, unlike the entrance exam, there were older people here as well. Though, by "older," Sylas was referring to those in their late teens at worst.

This didn't matter to him, though. What he wanted to see was how right Fanelei was about his foundation in Rune Mastery. How many bits and pieces was he missing, and if he had filled them in earlier, would he have reached Pure Spark Mastery even faster?

No... it felt like he had even taken a step beyond Pure Spark Mastery, touching onto sothing he didn't know the na of.

Though, it made no difference to him whatsoever. He didn't even know Perfect Spark Mastery existed until just yesterday, and even now he didn't know what Pure Spark Mastery was.

Did it matter if he knew the na of this new tier of comprehension?

What was important to him now was repeating sothing he had done many tis before...

Start with the simplest of the simplest, the very core and foundational aspects of Rune Mastery.

There were two ways to do this. The first were normal libraries like this, and the other were the Path Libraries.

The Path Libraries were more involved. They didn't just allow casual perusal. You had to pay a great amount of rits, and you only had a limited ti to interact with the Path. This was part of the reason reaching Perfect Spark Mastery was so difficult even here-albeit a very, very, very small part of the reason.

Sylas planned to go to the Path Library right after this. He had enough rits to easily go through every available Path and still have plenty left over.

Malikhi was thinking of resources in terms of what you could consu and use exclusively. But Sylas had never been thinking about such things.

There was only one thing he cared about.

Knowledge.

Be Strong.

Be All-Knowing.

His progress in E-Grade Rune Mastery was far too slow. It was ti he changed that.

Within these two weeks, not only would he step further along this new Path of Rune Mastery...

But he would reach Spark Mastery in the E-Grade too.

That was the bar he set for himself.

If he could reach Void Spark Mastery in less than two years with hardly any guidance at all...

What could he do with all of this?
