Four stood in silence for a long while, looking at Sylas without the slightest flicker in her gaze. There was a pressure radiating from her that was making even Elder Verale uncomfortable, yet Sylas stood beneath its waves akin to an anchor in the middle of the ocean, unbothered by its ebbs and flows.

With a thought, Salivar's corpse vanished.

"You are playing a dangerous ga."

Sylas didn't respond. Instead, he looked back, eting Malikhi's gaze with a nod and then scanning the other elders that had co before his gaze landed on the Varath Founding Ancestor.

He instantly picked him out as the strongest amongst them.

The other disciples of the Weaver Guild looked like they were scrutinizing him, but after the exchange that just happened, the confusion and unwillingness in their eyes instantly beca wariness.

Sohow, Sylas was both beneath them in tier, and yet superior in every aspect they could think of.

Sylas observed the Varath Founding Ancestor for a mont longer before he turned back to Four.

"If your goal is to step into my territory, you're welco to co." Sylas said.

Then he actually turned to leave.

"Are you under the impression that we'll let you leave so easily?"

Sylas seed to have grown tired of talking. Even if he managed to kill Four here, it would be troubleso and annoying, there were far more efficient ways to get things done.

Four's gaze flickered. She couldn't ever rember anyone ignoring her in her life, least of all a man.

To the side, Rhykan smiled with another lick at his lollipop. Sylas hadn't given him a glance either. It was impossible that Sylas wouldn't know that he was here. Soone like Sylas was always constantly scanning his environnt, constantly preparing, constantly crafting exit plans and contingencies.

If not, it was impossible that he would have managed to escape the Seeing Eye Guild with his life.

But the current Sylas was truly in a precarious situation. That wasn't entirely because of those that surrounded him, but it definitely played a large part.

There were three reasons.

The first was that the Seeing Eye Guild wanted him dead no matter what. And the second… unfortunately for Sylas, the rewards of an A-Grade Demi-God Dungeon had just been claid and everyone was fairly certain he had managed to take it all for himself.

That wasn't sothing even the Weaver Guild could easily give up even if they had the most reason to be on Sylas' side.

And that left the third and final reason he couldn't leave so easily.

He wasn't exactly all that chummy with the Thryskai either. He had stolen their spot to ascend to Demi-Godhood, killed many of their mbers, and thwarted their plans several tis over.

Six made a move and Four blocked him with an arm.

As though Six was scared to touch Four even the slightest bit, he hurried to stop and even bent away from it before exhaling a breath of relief.

If One knew he had even touched Four at all, he'd definitely experience sothing far worse than just death alone.

"This is the last chance." Four said calmly, looking at Sylas' retreating back.

Sylas didn't reply and Four only nodded once.

"I will fight him." Four said, speaking to no one in particular and yet seemingly everyone at once. It was like she was marking out her own territory.

But the mont she took a step forward, the world warped around Sylas and he vanished.

Four flashed, her body appearing where Sylas had just been.

Her sudden action caused many others to suddenly bolt forward as well. There was no way they could allow the treasures of an A-Grade Demi-God Dungeon to fall into the hands of an outsider. They had been barely holding in their greed before.

Elder Verale and Four's protectors moved as well, rushing to block.

The only few that didn't move were the children who were far too weak to participate in sothing like this. But amongst those children, there were a few that stood out as having very different reasons.

Rhykan didn't move, of course. He was shaking his head.

'He's already gone, idiots.' His eyes slowly narrowed. Sylas' Rune Mastery evolution was truly out of his expectations, though.

The other two who didn't move for their very own distinctive reasons were Deuvuo and Juxi. They stood in a daze, looking toward where Sylas had disappeared.

Sohow, they too were sure.

If Sylas made a move, it ant he was confident and the odds of failure were zero.

And if the odds of failure were zero…

That ant he was either already gone or everyone here would die very soon.

And they wanted no part in it.

The scars Sylas had left would remain for a lifeti.

Sylas stepped out from the void and right back into a familiar room.

To a corner, Fanelei was pacing back and forth, her granddaughter was ditating in a corner, and Hoffman was chewing away at his lip.

Instantly, both Fanelei and Hoffman's gazes turned back toward Sylas, their eyes widening.

"You… how are you back? Where's—?!" Hoffman's words were cut off as Sylas' palm pushed forward and Malikhi appeared with a slight stumble.

Malikhi looked around, confused as well. He blinked, only then realizing that Sylas had pulled him out.

How had he managed to—.

The others of the Weaver Guild stumbled after him one after another. A certain blockhead almost fell head first before catching himself. Only to fall anyway because a certain beauty that had been holding onto his arm fell onto his back.

Every single mber of the Weaver Guild had returned while an all out war had erupted.

Save for Malikhi and the elders, the "children" fell on top of one another one at a ti. Yet, that didn't stop every one of them from also looking back at Sylas.

They were floored.

How had they made it out like that? How had Sylas done that?

Wait, had they already returned to the Weaver Guild?

What the fuck.
