In response to the Chira Plant’s screech, Kale had to increase the flow of the first stream of his mana, as well as make his mana more jagged, to cause it more pain.
While maintaining perfect control of the second stream so that the essence liquid which had ford would not disperse.
With a grunt of displeasure, he picked up the Beast Core right beside and put it into the mouth of the Solvane cauldron.
Thankfully, the Beast Will within this particular Beast Core was of a simple plant-type Beast, which was why it lacked a strong fighting spirit.
Otherwise, Kale might have failed, because even he could not maintain such focus on three different activities at the sa ti.
The Carnivorous plant tried to chew and break down the Beast Core, but Kale naturally did not let that happen. Sweat covered his face and back; everything else in the world had disappeared from his senses because he did not realize that the mana surrounding him had turned a shade of green.

Slowly, as the Beast Core reached the stomach of the Solvane Cauldron, under the careful guidance of his mana, the shining ball of greenish essence liquid was absorbed right into the Beast Core with a slurp.
Almost as if the Beast Will within that core had just sucked in the liquid. Because this Beast Core here would serve as a capsule for essence liquid, enhancing its quality.
Thus, his first-ever dicinal pill was ford.

The Chira plant shrieked even more loudly, as if it had gone mad, for the creature was in a situation comparable to dangling a giant piece of buffalo at right in front of a tiger.
No... it was even worse than that.
So, the creature’s anger and frustration were more than justified, but Kale didn’t give a damn.
Now that the troubleso part of the process was over, he started to overflow the damn thing with one single wave of his jagged mana. With sheer force, he made the creature squirt the Pill out of its bottom.
And Kale instantly removed the Pill platter from the damn thing. After that, he finally heaved a sigh of relief, wiping away the sweat on his forehead.
Only then did he realize that he was completely drenched. Though he did not experience much pain in this process of Pillcrafting, he had to maintain a much wider range of focus on multiple different streams of his mana, each doing different things.
So, the pillcrafting test felt much more difficult for him than the previous one.
Though it was doubtful if the difficulty he went through would reflect much on the perspective of bystanders who were watching this in shock.
Kale eventually moved his eyes away from the table to clear his mind, but when he saw the expressions of the three judges, he could only smile bitterly. It was as if they had seen a ghost or sothing. Even the hundreds of candidates were looking at him in disbelief.
At this mont, he was showered with a bunch of notifications.

When Pillcraft Grandmaster Oram saw that the Pill created by Kale did not crumble but remained a stable component, he nearly coughed up blood in shock.
anwhile, Grandmaster Kraul had a lost look in his eyes; it seed as if he had lost his soul. One of the reasons Kraul wanted to take Kale in as his disciple imdiately was that he feared this would happen.
But in the end, he did not really believe it was possible. Achieving enlightennt for any of the three tests on the first attempt signified the highest level of talent in that particular profession of the Artificer pathway.
But with Enlightennt-level affinity in two of the three professions, not more than five have achieved that feat since the dawn of the Association.
The gazes of Oram and Kraul subconsciously tilted to the left, to look towards the Masker rank Fleshcrafter, and what they saw shocked them once more. Their junior, the one who never shows a change of expression, as if he were a dead man inside. But now his dead eyes were filled with bustling emotion.
Those eyes shone in newfound excitent that the Fleshcrafter could barely hide.
Oram and Kraul looked at each other; a flicker of understanding passed between their eyes, and the next mont they looked back at Kale, their expressions solemn. No one knew what they were thinking about.
Every other candidate taking the test in that section realized that the three judges were interested only in Kale, not in anyone else.
Just like the previous test, most candidates failed at various stages of the Pillcrafting process. Only three managed to succeed in temporarily creating the Pill. But even then, not a single one managed to force out the Pill from the Solvane Cauldron.
Of course, Kale remained unaware of any of that. He didn’t care; he had resolved himself to do his best. The judges’ reaction also pleased him sowhat, but he didn’t show it.
Honestly, Kale didn’t really feel much in that scenario, despite being showered with so much attention and praise; his composure remained the sa because he was accustod to being at the top. Always being the center of attention.
He was almost numb to it all, or maybe he even hated it... sowhat.
After all, he was a genius scientist who was not only the greatest Genetic Engineer on Earth but also highly skilled in other scientific fields related to Genetics.
He was the lone shining star among countless academic achievents, showered with the highest prizes for his accomplishnts; so much so that no one could even co close.
Kale sighed deeply as he moved on to the final part of this test, the test of Fleshcrafting.
