"No, I’ll walk by myself." Lu Xingzhi tidied up a bit before heading downstairs.
Huo Jincheng had the kitchen prepare her favorite fresh at wontons. She hadn’t had them for half a month. Surely, she would want to eat them.
Besides that, there were crab roe buns and golden shrimp balls, all her favorite breakfast items.
Originally, Lu Xingzhi didn’t want to eat, but seeing them, her appetite ca back.
Watching her eat, Huo Jincheng then asked, "Are you full yet?"
"Yes, I’m full." Lu Xingzhi felt a bit embarrassed, having claid to have no appetite but ended up eating so much.

Lu Xingzhi didn’t refuse, letting him lead her.

Seeing her spaced out, Huo Jincheng said, "Should I join you in the room to sleep?"
"Okay."
Lu Xingzhi answered foolishly, then realized what she had just said.
"Really?" Huo Jincheng asked with amusent.
"Anyway, the entire mansion is yours, you can stay wherever you want." Lu Xingzhi agreed, but with a hint of defiance.
"Then I’ll go in with peace of mind." Huo Jincheng opened the door, took the initiative, and went in first.
Seeing Lu Xingzhi still standing at the doorway, he teasingly raised an eyebrow and asked, "Not coming in? Afraid I’ll eat you up?"
"I’m not." Lu Xingzhi went in. It was a large room, but with Huo Jincheng there, she felt inexplicably crowded.
And a bit hot.
Huo Jincheng sat on the edge of the bed, propping his chin and looking at her, "Zhi Zhi, didn’t you want to sleep? Can you sleep standing up?"
