Gu Jin Yan noticed it too, but it wasn’t easy to say directly, so he composed a ssage for Helian Xi to read.

Helian Xi nodded, feeling this was quite likely.
Putting aside Helian Yi as a person, he’s actually very talented.
Helian Yi was drinking his beer, completely unaware of their little movents.
Until he was about to go upstairs, seeing them huddled together, "Is there sothing you two can’t say in front of ? Or are you just talking about ?"
"No!" Helian Xi answered too quickly, with a heavy tone, which made it even more suspicious.
"Then you must be talking about ." Helian Yi opened another can of beer, "Let hear it too, what are you saying about ?"
"I was just saying it’s weird for you to drink so much." Helian Xi rolled her eyes disdainfully, "Makes it seem like I pay so much attention to you. But, you’re not heartbroken, are you?"
After saying it, Helian Xi felt it was unlikely.
Growing up, she’s never seen Helian Yi fancy any girl.
Unlike Huo Jincheng who simply avoids won, Helian Yi purely finds them troubleso.
But there’s still a tiny possibility.
Just because he hasn’t liked anyone, that’s why he’s heartbroken.
"You’re overthinking it, I just have a creative block writing songs." Helian Yi stood up, retrieved a few more cans of beer from the fridge, "You guys take your ti eating, I’m heading upstairs first."
Heartbroken, she actually said that.
However, Helian Yi wasn’t out of inspiration for writing songs either.
He’s just inexplicably feeling irritable, nothing seems to go smoothly.
"Big Bad Yan, I still think sothing’s up with him. However he is, as long as he’s healthy, that’s all that matters." As for any setbacks he’s facing, well, he deserves it.
"You’re right, no matter what, health is the most important." Gu Jin Yan couldn’t argue with that.
But, can she not call him Big Bad Yan?
At most, he was a bit bad as a kid, but growing up, he’s been so good to her, can’t she feel that?
"I’m annoyed too. I want to drink." Helian Xi took another big gulp of beer, "These crayfish ca just in ti."
"What are you annoyed about?" Gu Jin Yan asked.
"I’m annoyed with Cheng Zhiyan! He keeps ssaging lately, even said he wants to et tomorrow. I’ve not been staying at school lately, all because I don’t want to see him." Helian Xi couldn’t help but complain, "Big Bad Yan, do you think people are all so fickle? Cheng Zhiyan is coming to , and I’m not happy about it at all."
"No. Not everyone is fickle." He’s not, he likes Helian Xi and will continue to like her.
"That’s true. My mom and dad, the Huo Family, none of them are fickle." Helian Xi nodded, "But I clearly like Cheng Zhiyan, why am I not surprised at all when he says he likes ? Am I possibly a masochist?"
Thinking about it, Helian Xi found it terrifying.
Could she really be a masochist?
"That would only prove you don’t really like him. When you like soone, knowing the person you like likes you back, that surprise is indescribable. Excited, wanting to tell the world. Do you have that feeling?"
