She spent the entire day on a plane today.

Helian Xi was really angry now and was inclined to think of things in the worst, most negative light.

Just as she was talking to Lu Xingzhi, a ssage from Gu Jin Yan ca through again.

"Xiao Xi, please, I’m begging you, okay?"

Lu Xingzhi answered the call, and Gu Jin Yan’s anxious voice ca through.
"Little Zhi Liao, has Xiao Xi been in touch with you?"
"Yes. She called , so why did you make her sad? She went to find you on her own, and what she saw was you laughing and talking with another girl in a hotel. Moreover, it was early in the morning. If it were you, and you saw her with another man in a hotel, would you be happy?"
She was not that close with Gu Jin Yan; she was just Helian Xi’s friend and was more worried about Helian Xi.
"I didn’t an to. I was actually really happy that she ca to find . It’s just..."
"You can explain things to her later. She’s with now, but she doesn’t want to answer your calls at the mont," Lu Xingzhi said directly.
"So, you’re saying?"
"She returned to the country."
"I understand, thank you, Little Zhi Liao." Gu Jin Yan finally felt a huge weight lifted off him; it had been weighing him down for a while.
"Okay, it’s really late here already, so I won’t continue speaking," Lu Xingzhi said.
After Gu Jin Yan hung up, he finally collapsed onto the ground.
