"I heard even top-tier Eternal Gods barely reach the sixth..."

Whispers turned to stunned silence. Representatives of mighty factions exchanged uneasy glances. So clenched their fists. So took a step back.

And others?

Others looked up at the Sky Tower Pavilion, where Kael stood with arms crossed and a proud grin dancing on his face, basking in the glory of his lord.

But the real pressure was now on the other prodigies.

Because the Tower had opened for everyone, and Apollo had just set the standard so high.

The Tower of Epoch was a weapon that transcended divine weapons, and although the Void God test was different from the Eternal God test, it is still known for its terrifying difficulty.

It doesn’t have hundreds of floors but has just nine, so clearing a single floor makes them geniuses among geniuses. Not to ntion climbing high, like the seventh floor. It was sothing that never happened in hundreds of thousands of years.

Even the old monster who survived who knows how long from the Void Ganges Continent and saw the fall of countless forces, even civilisations. They knew what the seventh floor represented, as they knew since the beginning only twelve people had ever reached and cleared the seventh floor.

And now if Apollo had already beco the thirteenth person in history.

The mont later, Apollo cleared the seventh floor, and his result was shown on the list. The Tower of Epoch shone with a mysterious aura.

At that mont, ti itself seed to hold its breath.

Above the Tower of Epoch, the golden list didn’t just flicker—it roared to life, enveloped in divine radiance as if the very cosmos had bowed in acknowledgent. Ancient patterns erged across its surface, shifting like celestial gears, resonating with an ancient rhythm that hadn’t been heard in hundreds of thousands of years.

The letters reshaped themselves with power as another list filled with ethereal aura with twelve nas appeared. But mysteriously, for so reason, they seem not to be able to read the nas, like the nas contain unimaginable power that made them lost and sucked their souls.

A second list.

It shimred into existence beside the first, carved not with light—but with rules itself. Not divine power, but sothing beyond.

[Tower of Epoch – True Record List]

The list had always been there—sealed. Dormant. Waiting.

For countless ages, it had held only twelve nas. Each one is a myth. A legend whispered in fragnts. Nas no one dared speak aloud.

Not because they were forbidden—but because they were too great.

Too full of weight.

Too full of power.

And now... a thirteenth na burnt its way into that list.

Many didn’t believe in evil and tried to look at the nas, but sadly they all failed.

The mont eyes t those characters, their minds blanked, their souls shaken. It felt as if they were staring directly into a primordial truth they were never ant to understand. A na that contained the echo of destruction, of rebirth, of an overwhelming will.

Even eternal gods trembled. Even old monsters fell silent.

On the ground, soone gasped in awe, "I can’t even look at it..."

"It’s like the universe itself is bowing to his existence..."

Up in the Sky Tower Pavilion, Kael’s mouth was slightly open, speechless for once. But then he laughed—softly but with pride and a bit of madness.

"Our Lord... has walked into the realm of legends."

Deep within the Tower of Epoch, far away from mortal noise, Apollo stood in silence as the eighth floor revealed itself to him.

Unaware of the storm his steps had caused.

Uninterested in praise.

His eyes fixed only on the path ahead—because he hadn’t co this far to stop.

The eighth floor, right in front of him, was simple, as it appeared to be a plain floating island in the void. The mont he landed there, he instantly felt pressure, as from the void, a person walked out.

"Soone again finally reached this floor. And it seems to be the most interesting one among them."

The figure walked out of the void and started to mumble, looking at him.

He also looked at the person with interest, as he seed to appear human and didn’t seem to have the aura of any other race like he was really human. But for so reason he felt it wasn’t right.

Seeing his expression, the mysterious entity smiled, "Everyone who ca here sees different things. Like for you, I appeared human, but if so other race ca here, they would see differently according to their hearts."

"But to be fair, do you believe you are currently human?" He asked with a mysterious smile, like hinting at sothing.

Apollo felt weird hearing this question then and thought he was ssing with him.

"Who are you, and what is the test of this floor?" He asked directly, as he would rather not waste ti.

"I am, ah... I forgot my na, but I am the one who made this tower, so you call Epoch Lord. And for the test, it is basic to defeat ."

The words rang out like thunder in a quiet storm. His eyes narrowed slightly—not in fear, but in rising interest.

"Defeat ," the Epoch Lord said again like it was a simple ga. But the space around them said otherwise. The island trembled. The void beyond twisted. The laws themselves began to distort slightly as if the rules of the universe were being rewritten in this place.

"But I have to tell you that no one ever defeated ." He said again with a smile.

Apollo exhaled slowly, then took a step forward. "...Fine. I don’t care about who you are, senior, but don’t be sad after your defeat. As not everyone can take on their first defeat."

He said proudly that even facing a mysterious and ancient entity, he still believed at the sa level that he could defeat anyone. He noticed the aura; although mysterious, it was at the level of a Void God, and he was confident in his strength.

The Epoch Lord paused, then laughed—not mocking, but genuinely delighted. "Haha... wonderful. It’s been a long ti since I t soone like you."

The laughter echoed through the void, reverberating across the endless emptiness beyond the island. Space rippled, ti pulsed, and the island beneath their feet began to fracture.

"Bold. Proud. Sharp like a blade, but still calm."

His eyes, now glowing faintly with an unreadable light, stared directly into Apollo’s soul.

"You might just make rember who I am."

Then—he raised a single finger.

And the world changed.

The sky cracked apart like glass as a massive finger that seed to destroy the world appeared.

"Then let’s start with sothing simple."

The mont that finger descended, space scread.

It wasn’t just an attack.

It was a principle, a truth—

—as if the finger carried the concept of the end itself.

Even before it fully fell, the island splintered under the pressure. Laws bent and cried, the void turned to ash, and even Apollo’s thoughts briefly stuttered.

Just a single finger. And yet, the feeling it gave off was—

Inevitable.

But Apollo?

His eyes flashed.

His body blurred—flickering across space like a thought born from lightning. He appeared mid-air, arm outstretched, and the next mont—

BOOM!

His fist t the descending finger.

Destruction surged outward, tearing the void into ribbons. A chaotic storm of collapsing rules spread through the surroundings. The platform ceased to exist, but neither of them fell—they stood upon will itself.

Finally, after the collision, the finger disappeared, and he then calmly landed and looked at the figure with a grave expression. It seems this mysterious person is really strong.

"Tch rules of destruction, as it seed to not just reach the first layer. Not bad, not bad. It looks like we are both going to enjoy this."

The Epoch Lord’s smile widened, but it wasn’t mockery—it was genuine excitent like an artist finding a perfect canvas after an eternity of searching.

"Ah... it’s been too long since soone could endure even that."

He rolled his shoulders, and when he did, the void scread. Each of his motions caused the fabric of reality to twitch, like a living thing under a scalpel.

"But you—" he said, pointing at Apollo, "—carry sothing strange. Power, yes. But more than that. A scent... like the beginning and the end fused together. What are you, boy?"

Apollo didn’t answer. He raised his hand again, a blackish aura of destruction rumbling in the air around him. His aura grew deeper, darker, and sharper.

Then he spoke, voice calm but heavy with intent.

"I’m just soone who doesn’t know how to give up."

And then—he vanished.

A thunderclap of destruction followed, Apollo appearing mid-air behind the Epoch Lord, his fist filled with rules of destruction, blinding divine energy, roaring with annihilation.

"Take this."

He attacked ferociously without trying to hold back.

BOOM!

The instant Apollo’s fist landed, space folded inward—imploding rather than exploding. A ripple of absolute destruction surged out, erasing not just matter, but even laws and rules. Colour vanished. The sound beca silence. Even the idea of motion seed to flicker.
