"Even our powerful Void Gods—entered but never returned." As he said that, he waited to see the reaction of Apollo and his guardian, but sadly their expression remained calm, like it was nothing.
Apollo remained silent, his fingers tapping rhythmically against the table as he listened, his expression unreadable.
Serith added with a faint glimr of caution, "The Pavilion has long suspected that the Ancient Bone Swamp conceals more than just another secret realm; in fact, it is a land of burial. And what we wanted to obtain is a bone of an ancient demon that is at the centre of the ancient bone swamp."
His fingers paused mid-tap. "Bone of an Ancient Demon?" His eyes narrowed slightly, interest flickering in their depths.
Serith nodded gravely. "Yes. According to fragnted records, this bone is not rely a relic—it still retains traces of the demon’s soul and power. It is said to be... incomplete, but even an incomplete remnant of such an existence holds imnse value."
He, after saying that, stopped and looked towards Apollo, wanting to know what his thoughts were and if he would accept this deal.
Apollo’s fingers paused mid-tap, his gaze deepening as he processed Serith’s words.
’An ancient demon’s bone that retains traces of its soul and power... interesting.’ He murmured and looked at Serith one more ti. He was sure there must be more to it, and he wanted to look at this mysterious place; however, how can he let others order him? He needed to get more benefits out of this deal.
His lips curved into a faint, almost imperceptible smile, his gaze like a still lake—calm on the surface, but unfathomably deep beneath.
He leaned forward slightly, resting his elbow on the table. "You want to risk my life in a place where your Void Gods vanished... for a bone that may or may not even be retrievable." His voice was quiet but carried a weight that seed to slow the air around them. "Do you think such a price is enough for what I am asking?"
Serith’s pupils contracted ever so slightly. "So what you want." He said with a graver expression. The Ancient Demon bone is very important for them, so he had to try as previous tis failed.
Apollo’s faint smile deepened. "I want everything." His voice was soft, but inescapable.
"Every report. Every secret. Everything your Black Moon Pavilion knows—no omissions. If your information disappoints , forget about the Ancient Demon Bone."
He paused, his gaze sharpening. "And... I want all the intelligence you’ve gathered about the Ancient Bone Swamp. No summaries. No half-truths. Everything."
He said, like, he was the master here and gave a command, and instantly a mysterious pressure seed to surround Serith, and he felt like the star and moon were crushing him. For a mont he felt it difficult to breathe, but thankfully the invisible pressure disappeared, and he was able to breathe.
Serith’s composed expression cracked for a brief mont. He wasn’t surprised by Apollo’s demand, but the way Apollo delivered it—with absolute certainty and without a trace of hesitation—left no room for negotiation.
It wasn’t a bargaining chip. It was a decree.
At this mont he felt he didn’t know whether it was a good idea to bring Apollo into his plan. He had a feeling that he shouldn’t have brought him in.
He realised, with a sinking feeling, that this man could beco sothing the Pavilion could neither control nor afford to offend.
After this, he didn’t wait any longer to take out the runic crystal that contained the information of Ancient Bone Swamp.
"This", he said, placing it gently on the table before Apollo, "contains everything we know about the Ancient Bone Swamp. Every detail gathered over decades — terrain, anomalies, ancient runes, recorded disappearances, energy fluctuations and suspected phenona."
He hesitated, then added, "There’s also a soul-locked mory embedded by one of our lost Void Gods. It may... offer perspective, but unlocking it is dangerous. Even viewing it might damage the minds of Void God Realm warriors."
Apollo picked up the crystal without a word, seeming not to care about Serith’s words, studying it briefly. His fingers tightened slightly, and a pulse of invisible force surged from him.
The runes flared for a brief second, and imdiately, nurous pieces of information and a scene of the void god that went in appeared in his mind, even the last mont before their death. The soul of an ordinary Void God might feel burdened, but for him it was nothing.
His soul was like a fortress, and such a small shock cannot do anything against him. In a matter of seconds he absorbed all the mories.
"Hmm, interesting," he murmured as he saw what those void gods saw before their death. And he can be sure that Ancient Bone Swamp was really not simple.
"Alright then." And without saying anything more, they left the Black Moon Pavilion.
Serith wanted to ask when they will go to Ancient Bone Swamp, but he didn’t dare to ask and could only sigh as Apollo left.
Apollo calmly ca out with his guardian, and as he was thinking about the images and mories of the void gods, he noticed soone was checking on them.
"Hmm." He imdiately noticed three hidden figures who seed to be monitoring them.
Apollo’s eyes narrowed slightly, his steps never faltering as he walked through the lively streets of the Sacred Elents Capital without caring for the three who were monitoring him. The bustling crowd, the shouts of rchants, and the faint hum of elental formations all faded into background noise.
He already knows who those three guys were, as after coming here, he didn’t do anything after coming here, and only the sacred elent empire will send soone to follow them, as they were from the eastern continent.
So, as long as they didn’t bother him, he wouldn’t care.
They, after strolling around, arrived at another interesting building, which was sothing that was recently found in the secret realm.
"Gravity Tower".
Which, just from the na, can be guessed what it does. He also carefully looked at the Tower from distant and felt that it wasn’t a simple tool.
