The princess seed to be talking to herself and heard a voice in her head. "Yes, he seed very powerful and mysterious, although due to the runic seal across the Rion, he can only use peak Void god realm strength. Still, just from the spiritual strength, he just showed his true strength might be above true gods."
Diana’s heart trembled slightly.
’Above True God... how is soone like that wandering through the Western Continent so freely? Especially from the Eastern Continent...’
She kept her calm appearance, but her curiosity was piqued. ’Who exactly are you...?’
Apollo also hadn’t expected that. Even though he had deliberately withheld most of his spiritual pressure, only lightly brushing his senses over her, the princess had still managed to detect it. That was no ordinary sensitivity.
His interest in her deepened.
As no matter what, she was just a saint, how could she have noticed him unless he stopped? However, he had to assu that it was related to the mysterious power he felt in his bloodline.
The mysterious power was a bit weird, as it seed alive, which was sothing he hadn’t felt before.
Even the other guests—although not as sharp as Apollo—had faintly sensed that the princess wasn’t ordinary. Whispers rippled quietly through the hall, but no one dared to speak openly.
Emperor Darius, maintaining his calm imperial deanour, walked alongside Princess Diana as they proceeded to the central seats of honour.
The atmosphere gradually settled, but the hidden undercurrents only grew more complex.
But Emperor Darius didn’t imdiately start the main topic; instead, he just treated this as a normal banquet and seed to be waiting for sothing or soone.
Apollo and many other leaders from different forces quickly noticed the emperor’s subtle pacing of the event.
Though the surface appeared relaxed — laughter, polite conversation, and the sound of clinking goblets filling the grand hall — Apollo’s sharp senses picked up the faint tension underlying it all.
Emperor Darius was stalling, drawing out the banquet, casually entertaining his guests while frequently glancing toward the entrance with almost imperceptible expectation.
’He’s waiting for soone,’ Apollo mused, his fingers lightly tapping the table.
It wasn’t uncommon for rulers to use banquets like this to stage displays of power or orchestrate carefully tid entrances, but the longer this went on, the more Apollo felt that the real purpose of this gathering was quickly going to unfold.
And as he expected, so ti later, he felt so powerful presence coming towards this place. And the mont they entered the banquet hall, the entire place beca silent.
The silence was suffocating.
Even the clinking of goblets, the soft music, and the low murmurs ca to an abrupt halt as the five cloaked figures entered the banquet hall.
With every step, a crushing aura filled the banquet, shocking everyone.
Their footsteps were not loud, yet each step seed to weigh down on the hearts of every guest present, as if the space itself was bending to their will.
Even the void gods present stiffened, their eyes sharpening, their bodies instinctively tensing.
Apollo’s eyes glead with interest. ’So these are the guests you’ve been waiting for, Emperor Darius.’
His spiritual sense brushed against the newcors and was imdiately t with an invisible wall. The cloaks were not just to hide their appearance—they were covered in powerful concealnt runes that even he couldn’t pierce through with casual probing.
But although he didn’t push it far, considering he didn’t want to stand out, he could still feel it.
The oppressive aura leaking from them was faint but undeniable.
’Their true cultivation is at least True God, possibly higher... and not just one of them.’
Even though they can show only peak void realm power within Rion, still it wasn’t sothing ordinary peak void gods can handle.
One figure in the lead briefly glanced at Emperor Darius, giving the faintest nod of acknowledgent before taking a seat arranged specifically for them near the imperial family—a place reserved for only the most honoured guests.
The emperor smiled, but even his smile was a touch more careful now.
"Today’s banquet has truly beco a gathering of legends," Darius said warmly, raising his goblet. "We are honoured by the arrival of our esteed friends."
The leader of the five cloaked figures took a seat while the other four, like guards, stood beside him.
But the guests were anxious or a bit surprised by the aura shown by them. They all knew the banquet wasn’t simple when they were invited; however, now seeing the group strength, they felt trouble.
On the other hand, the few ancient races that ca seed to have expected this and were looking at the group with fiery eyes. They seem sowhat excited.
Apollo calmly also looked forward to who these guys were and what they wanted to do.
The leader of the five sitting in front seed to look at all the guests. Although he was wearing a cloak, only pitch-black eyes seed visible to all, but the mont they looked in those eyes, they felt their soul sucked in; it was like an abyss that swallowed them in an instant.
The leader’s black, abyss-like eyes swept across the hall with chilling calmness. It wasn’t a direct attack but a passive pressure—an instinctive domination that made even powerful saints and void gods avert their gazes, cold sweat forming on their backs.
So clutched their wine cups tightly, knuckles whitening.
So lowered their heads, afraid to et those devouring eyes again.
Only a few could face it calmly.
Apollo was among them. His gaze didn’t flinch. Instead, he leaned back, resting his chin on his palm with an intrigued smile.
’What a weird soul fluctuation. Sothing is wrong with this one.’ He thought that the soul fluctuation of this person was different from any life form he had seen in the universe.
The difference was almost negligible; many wouldn’t even notice it, but his eternal sword rule seed to have moved. And the only ti it did before was facing the traitor of the Hall of Hell in the sanctum.
