Here he also finally sees the warrior of the Necros continent that he saw during the Trial of Sky Tower. This ti, though, they weren't scattered genius participants—they stood united, their presence like an ominous shadow over the ancient city.
They were all top-notch warriors, and even Apollo couldn't help but be surprised by the sheer quality of their strength. It wasn't that every single one of them stood at the very peak, but the overall level of individuals here was on an entirely different tier.
There were no weaklings among them—only elites among elites. Every presence was sharp, honed, and dangerous, like a battlefield-forged spear filled with blood and slaughter.
Although their appearance also attracted attention, none ca to bother them as they calmly landed in the ancient city. The eternal god from the sacred light empire went sowhere for a mont and then quickly returned.
"Let's discuss our plan, as it seems the God Ruins will open in a few hours." The crown prince said as he seed to learn the timing of God Ruins opening.
He paused, letting the tension settle over the gathered warriors before continuing.
"The God Ruins is a perilous place. When we enter, we'll move together. But rember—what we must fear most isn't the danger of the ruins themselves…" His gaze swept across the group. "…It's the others who will enter with us."
Murmurs of agreent rippled through the warriors.
"There won't be anyone above the Eternal God Realm," Lucifer continued, "but don't let that ease your guard. Many of the ancient clans have awakened their slumbering geniuses for this very opportunity. They're not only monstrously strong, but they'll also be ard with secret treasures and ancient artifacts. One mistake could cost you your life."
His expression was serious, as this wasn't a simple matter. All of them nodded and agreed with Lucifer's words.
Apollo, too, understood the truth behind those words—but he also knew what Lucifer hadn't said aloud.
Even though they would enter the ruins as one group, trust was a luxury none of them could afford. Every person here had their own secrets and ambitions. No one could predict what they might do once they stepped into the God Ruins.
Alliances ford in places like this were built on convenience, not loyalty.
Apollo's gaze flicked briefly toward the Crown Prince. He didn't trust Lucifer either. As he can be sure he had so plans for this journey.
All of them cald down and found an old inn-like place to sit and wait for the opening of the God Ruins.
They sat inside, the low hum of conversation mixing with the distant rumble of powerful auras outside.
Apollo took a seat near the window, his gaze idly tracing the crowd beyond.
Not long after, a figure from the sa group that had travelled with him on the skyship walked over. Without asking, the man sat down beside him, his presence quiet but deliberate.
He naturally looked at the person. His face was handso, but he had an annoying grin on his face, making him look like a sneaky guy.
"Hello, Brother Apollo," the man drawled, that grin never leaving his lips. "Why don't we have a little chat?"
"Well alright, Adam, what do you want to say?" He asked directly. This guy nad Adam wasn't a simple person, as although he appeared to be only in the middle stage of the true god realm, for so reason he had a weird heavy feeling around him.
He can be sure his strength didn't reach his level or feel any hidden power within him, yet his instincts seed to be always alert whenever he was close to him.
"Brother Apollo, I just wanted to form a team with you." He didn't talk but sent sound transmission through spiritual strength, not wanting others to hear their words.
Apollo arched a brow, his interest piqued. "Oh? Why ? There are plenty of peak True Gods here… even a few Eternal Gods. Why co to specifically?"
"It's nothing special," his voice flowed smoothly through the spiritual link. "Just my instinct. I believe… if I want to survive this little 'adventure' in the God Ruins, the only smart choice is to join Brother Apollo."
Hearing this, his expression beca strange, as he didn't know if what he said was true or false, but he could be sure he wasn't ordinary.
He didn't disagree or agree but remained silent, and Adam also didn't say anything. They waited for the opening of the God Ruins.
Ti passed; a few more groups of warriors also appeared, but just as they all were waiting, waiting, finally the Necros continent seed to tremble. Heaven and earth energy seed to start rioting, and a powerful and ancient aura filled the land.
Then—
Rumble!
Outside the city walls, the layers of space split apart, torn open as if by an invisible hand. From that void, a colossal ancient gate slowly erged, flanked by two titanic monunts etched with runes that pulsed with divine radiance.
The instant the gate appeared, ti itself seed to halt. The wind froze mid-whirl, the clamour of warriors was swallowed by silence, and even the breath in their lungs felt suspended. At the mont the ti of the entire Rion seed frozen.
Yet, in that frozen mont, Apollo alone moved—his eyes widening as he gazed at the phenonon. The power pouring from the gate was unlike anything he'd ever felt before.
A faint shiver ran down his spine—not out of fear, but raw awe.
He seed to see the two titanic monunts filled with unknown words that seed to pull his soul and filled with so unbelievable mystery. He tried to understand, but no matter how he tried, he could not fully see or understand the words.
He didn't know how long he remained like that—seconds or centuries. Ti itself felt like it had dissolved around him.
Then, with a soft, almost inaudible crack, he snapped back.
The world lurched forward as if soone had pressed play on a paused reality. Ti resud its flow. The chilling wind swept through the city, warriors shouted, and auras flared.
Around him, countless powerful figures stared at the newly erged ancient gate with blazing excitent, greed, or fanaticism in their eyes.
