The battlefield beca eerily silent as the princes and the warriors from the scared light empire, along with warriors of eastern continents, were utterly shocked beyond belief. They were so shocked that they all thought their mind was playing illusions with them because of the oppressive aura of the transcendent.
A transcendent just died like that; in an instant, the ancient and almighty transcendent disappeared into dust.
Lucifer and Michael were the most shocked, as they were the ones who brought him here. Especially Michael, as he was soone who kind of said they fought one another a few decades ago, yet the difference between them was heaven and earth.
Michael's gaze slowly lifted toward the figure standing calmly in the sky.
How could soone grow this powerful in such a short ti?
It made no sense.
Unless—
A thought suddenly flashed through his mind.
Reincarnation.
An ancient being reborn.
Soone who had once stood at the peak of the world and had now returned. The more he thought about it, the more it explained everything.
His strange aura.
His terrifying control over power.
His calmness even before a transcendent.
Once this idea ford in Michael's mind, he quickly accepted it as the only reasonable explanation.
And only then did his chaotic thoughts slowly settle.
Not far away, Lucifer's golden eyes also flickered with the sa realisation. He had reached the sa conclusion.

Apollo…
Was most likely the reincarnation of an ancient, supre existence.
The aura of the fallen completely disappeared, and finally they were able to breathe freely and managed to stand on their feet.
Apollo quickly caught the space ring of the fallen and then slowly landed right in front of them, like what he did was nothing.
"Crown prince, nice to et you again." He said with a smile which appeared to be a bit sarcastic, but Prince Lucifer or anyone from the Sacred Empire didn't dare to utter any words.
He just casually destroyed a transcendent being, so how dare they say anything contradicting?
Lucifer opened his mouth.
"Apollo…"
He stopped midway.
The na suddenly felt inappropriate. After a brief pause, he corrected himself imdiately.
"Master Apollo", he said respectfully, lowering his head slightly. "Thank you for saving us."
The others behind him also bowed.
Respect.
Fear.
Gratitude.
All three emotions mixed within their expressions.
After all, without Apollo's sudden arrival, none of them would have survived this battlefield.
Apollo nodded and didn't care about the change in their tone of speech, as he knew strength determined the status.
"Crown Prince, it's nothing," Apollo said calmly. "But it seems the situation inside these God Ruins is far more complicated than you expected."
His gaze briefly swept across the devastated battlefield and the cracked earth where the Fallen had erged.
Then he looked back at Lucifer.
"Could you tell more about these ruins?" he asked. "Everything your Sacred Light Empire knows."
Lucifer straightened slightly, though the respect in his posture remained.
"To be honest, Master Apollo… we do few things, but it isn't much either," he admitted after a mont.
He glanced at the shattered battlefield around them before continuing.
"These ruins appear to have existed since before the previous eras. No one truly knows when they first appeared. However, one of our ancestors—who belonged to the Angel Clan—once entered this place by chance."
"That ancestor discovered many great treasures within the ruins," Lucifer said slowly. "Unfortunately, he was unable to retrieve the greatest treasure he found here."
"And that," he added, "is the true reason our Sacred Light Empire ventured into these ruins this ti."
"In fact, he even found many great treasures, but he sadly wasn't able to take one of the best treasures he founded, which is also our true reason for venturing into these ruins."
"But all those details seed to beco quite aningless as the ruins seed quite different, as there wasn't any ntion of transcendent beings like fallens or anything else."
Apollo silently listened to all of this. But he didn't expect that even they know not much and the situation is beyond their understanding.
"Hmm, then let's go to the place where your ancestors founded the treasure and see if it's still there or it has changed." He said after so thought.
If he could examine the location personally, there was a chance he might uncover clues about the true nature of these ruins—and perhaps understand why their condition had changed so drastically over ti.
Lucifer imdiately nodded.
"Yes, Master Apollo. I know the approximate location."
Without Apollo's presence, they would never dare to continue exploring after encountering a Transcendent Fallen. But now the situation was completely different.
With soone capable of killing a Transcendent standing with them—
Even the terrifying God ruins suddenly felt far less dangerous.
Soon, the remaining warriors reorganised their formation.
And with Apollo's lead, they steadily made their way towards the secret land within the god ruins.
They continued to move deep within the god ruins for three days and faced many dangers, as it seed the god ruins had truly transford into the land of death and mysteries.
In just these three days they faced nurous eternal gods and four or five half-step transcendent beings, which would have caused heavy loss to them, but due to Apollo's presence ended without any difficulty.
Finally—
After three days of travel, Lucifer suddenly halted.
"It's here." Crown Prince Lucifer stopped as they seed to arrive at the deep valley.
"Here." Apollo also stopped and looked at the valley covered in dark and sacred aura at the sa ti.
"Are you sure?" He asked as he felt the aura of the valley.
Lucifer hesitated for a mont before answering.
"It… should be here."
He looked around the valley carefully, comparing it with the records left by his ancestor.
"According to my ancestor's description, this is the place where he discovered the treasure."
Lucifer frowned slightly.
"But…"
He paused.
"The valley he described was filled entirely with a sacred aura. There was no ntion of this dark energy at all."
The difference was obvious.
