Even after so many ancient giants have awakened throughout Rion, the Necros continent still remains mysterious and full of secrets.
The ancient clans who had survived many eras don’t know much, as even in previous eras, the Necros continent maintained the secrets quite tightly.
Many had tried to uncover the truth. Many had ventured into its depths. And most of them... vanished without a trace.
No one knew whether they were alive or long dead.
Herold didn’t stop and move on to the next strongest group.
"Next is the Elven Empire, who boast powerful strength despite being known for their calm, peaceful nature, as true peace can only be achieved by the strength to dominate their enemies."
"They ruled the southern continent even in previous eras. In fact, the Elven Empire is said to be one of the oldest powers in Rion—having survived through countless eras."
"With such a profound and ancient foundation... their strength is beyond doubt."
"Hm." Apollo agreed and then asked what he wanted to know: "What about the leader of elves? Who is she?"
Herold’s eyes glowed sharply. "Yes, I was going to say that."
"She is the most famous person here, and her na is Kaelyn. Not only is she said to be a young elf empress, but her beauty is unmatched. You can say everyone here is captivated by her charms."
"But it’s not just her appearance," he added quickly. "Her strength is just as extraordinary. It’s said she has mastered an ancient elven technique—one that even the last few elven queens failed to comprehend."
"Combined with her aura and her beauty... it doesn’t matter whether it’s n or won, elves or other races—many lose themselves in her presence."
Herold gestured subtly.
"Just look over there. See how many are trying to approach her... or win her favour."
Apollo glanced at the distance and quickly noticed quite a number of simps gathered around her. They weren’t just from the elven empire, but he noticed simps from all different races even though she seed too cold to everyone.
He even noticed a human among the simps and couldn’t help but look at Herold for answers.
Herold followed his gaze and sighed.
"Sigh... brother, that human may seem a bit pretentious—and, frankly, a little embarrassing for us—but his identity isn’t low."
He paused before continuing.
"Although within the ruins we humans might not be among the strongest, that doesn’t an we are weak."
"In fact, humanity has always stood at the top of the food chain. No matter how many terrifying ancient races exist, in every era, Sovereigns have risen from among humans... maintaining their dominance across ti."
"And that kid, although he is only at the peak of the eternal god realm, ca from one of the human sovereign families. He had the blood of sovereign in his veins, naturally making him proud."
"Oh? "A sovereign family?" Apollo’s interest deepened slightly. "Which family does he belong to?"
Despite everything he had experienced—even encountering, and by chance eliminating, a Sovereign—he had never truly interacted with a human Sovereign lineage.
So naturally...
He was curious.
"Hm. You didn’t know?" Herold was a bit surprised, as this wasn’t so hidden secret within the ancient human clans and powers. But he still quickly answered.
"His na is Chris, and he is a descendant of the last Sovereign who rose in the previous era—the youngest among them. In the current era, no new human sovereign has erged yet."
Herold paused briefly before adding, "That Sovereign was known as the Seven Tower Sovereign."
"Seven Tower Sovereign?"
"Yes, Seven Tower Sovereign, as it is said, Seven Tower Sovereign had special Seven Tower Life-bound Sovereign treasure that can swallow suns and moons and crush worlds, which is why he was nad that."
Herold’s words surprised him as he didn’t expect the simp guy to be from the last human sovereign family. The Seven Tower Sovereign might be alive, making his background frankly quite terrifying.
Although after seeing quite a few sovereigns and even killing one himself by chance, the mysteriousness of sovereign seed to be sowhat faded in his mind.
But he was not arrogant.
He understood the gap clearly.
He was still far from a true sovereign. Even the strongest Sovereigns could handle him with ease—let alone a Sovereign, to whom even hundreds of Sovereigns were insignificant ants.
Herold continued, "Okay, it seems we went into different topics. Let’s talk about the last strongest group here, the Divine Beast Court, which can be clear from its na. The group consisted of descendants of divine beasts."
"Nothing much needed to tell about divine beasts as to why they are strong. Every pure-blood divine beast is an absolute powerhouse."
"If we’re talking about numbers... they might even have the highest number of Sovereign-level powerhouses. But since they aren’t truly united, it’s difficult to define their overall standing."
"Even so, they’ve remained one of the top forces in the universe for countless eras."
"They also, for so reason, appear to be still waiting for soone or sothing, which naturally piqued everyone’s interests."
This made Apollo’s eye shine, as for so reason he suddenly thought of soone, like he felt it might be related to him.
’Could it be really him?’ he murmured to himself. When it ca to divine beasts, there was only one figure he could think of.
The cat who had once arrogantly called itself the ’Pussy King’.
It sounded absurd.
Impossible, even.
And yet... For so reason, he couldn’t dismiss the possibility. Because when warriors reach a transcendent level, their senses expand beyond the norm; they can feel fate. Although negligible, it was still a power beyond understanding even for sovereigns.
He smiled, as he might be able to et an old friend, and this ti he might be able to fully see through it.
Herold saw a smile on Apollo’s face, and although he didn’t understand why he seed happy, he still felt he should have established so sort of relation with Apollo and that all matters.
As they were talking, they noticed sothing happened on the Elven empire’s side.
