From that sentence alone, i inferred a few things. In other words, soone had noticed her existence long ago.
"Student i, have you ever heard of Honkai?" Koji asked.
"Honkai… is that so kind of strange infectious disease?" i thought for a mont. She had seen related information online before, though there had been very little of it.
That could only an one thing: soone did not want ordinary people to know anything about that disease.
Even though she was the school's publicly acknowledged genius girl, her clearance level was ordinary. She still did not have the qualifications to know about matters like that.
"The organization you belong to… is it connected to this infectious disease called Honkai?" i asked curiously.
The fact that it had been given the na Honkai was enough to show how unusual it was.
"Rather than an infectious disease, it's more like survival of the fittest. If a lifeform cannot withstand Honkai, then it becos infected," Koji explained in simple terms.
"…Survival of the fittest… so only the adapted survive."
i understood that idea quite well. It was not just nature that worked like that. Society worked the sa way now.
Kevin scratched his head. In any case, he had not understood a thing.
At this point in ti, Kevin was still just a student with clear, innocent eyes. He did not know very much.
"So what do I need to do to co into contact with Honkai and join your organization?" i asked.
Kevin imdiately grew anxious. "If i joins, then I'm joining too."
There was no way he wanted to be separated from his girlfriend.
Elysia laughed. The reason Kevin had joined the Fla Chasers in the first place was because of i.
i covered her face, looking a little helpless. Right now she was only asking. She was not in that much of a hurry.
"The Fla Chasers are an anti-Honkai organization established by the Human United Nations. Their goal is to resist the civilizational crisis brought about by Honkai," Elysia briefly explained the nature of the organization.
i nodded thoughtfully. No wonder it was so secretive. It turned out to be an anti-Honkai organization jointly established by the United Nations.
That was sothing she needed to think about carefully. After all, once you entered an organization like that, it would not be easy to leave.
The very fact that the Human United Nations had created an organization to fight it was enough to show how strict the current secrecy asures were.
"I want to ask sothing. If Kevin and I join, what kind of roles would we have?"
"For you, i, you'd start out as a researcher. As for Kevin, he'd begin as an ordinary soldier. If his battle record is outstanding, he could be promoted."
Elysia understood this sort of thing quite well. There was no way soone would begin at a very high position from the start.
Honestly, if it were possible, having i enter the leadership earlier would probably make the future much easier.
Those useless parasites sitting above, clinging to their posts without doing anything, were narrow-minded and shortsighted. They simply could not comprehend the true horror of Honkai. They gave blind orders and did nothing but indulge in the power they held.
i nodded. It was more or less what she had expected.
"So what exactly are you all talking about?" Kevin scratched his head. He really could not understand any of it. The only thing he knew was that whatever they were discussing sounded dangerous.
i fell silent for a mont, then said with a smile, "I'll explain it to you later, Kevin."
Even though she herself only had a partial understanding, explaining it to Kevin would not be any problem at all.
Kevin nodded and did not ask further. He would just wait for i to explain it later.
"Kevin, you really are…"
"Not appreciative of kindness?"
Before i could finish, Koji cut in with the next line.

Kevin: ?
Both of them froze. i could not help but break into a cold sweat. That was not what I was going to say.
"Kevin, you really should think for yourself sotis. You can't rely on for everything," i said helplessly.
She felt as though she were Kevin's external brain.
Ever since she and Kevin had gotten together, the number of tis Kevin actually used his own brain had been steadily decreasing.
"i is so smart. Any answer you co up with must have already gone through calculations, so there can't be any mistakes," Kevin said seriously.
If he already had an external brain, then of course there was no need for him to think for himself.
i sighed. She had known Kevin would answer like that.
"i is Kevin's external brain. If it's that useful, then naturally there's no need for the owner himself to do any thinking," Koji said.
Kevin nodded in full agreent. That was exactly what he thought. With an external brain, there was no need to think on his own at all.
The corners of i's mouth twitched. A title like external brain was really hard to accept.
"It would be best if you don't tell anyone else about what happened today. Otherwise, trouble might co looking for you," Elysia reminded them.
i nodded. Naturally, she understood that this kind of thing could not be told to others.
"i, want to go eat noodles?"
"Do you two want to co too?"
Kevin rubbed his stomach as he spoke.
It was alti, so of course he had to go eat his favorite noodles.
"Sure. Kevin, aren't you calling Su too?" i did not really have any objections.
"Right, yeah. I'll send Su a text."
Kevin nodded and took out his phone to send Su a ssage.
"How's the noodle shop?" Elysia asked with a smile. Kevin still liked noodles just as much as ever.
"It's really good. I've eaten there a lot of tis," Kevin said with certainty.
For him to give that kind of evaluation was enough to show that the noodle shop really was good.

"Slurp, slurp, slurp…"
When eating noodles, you had to make that kind of sound. Otherwise, it only ant the noodles were terrible.
"Sorry, I'm a little late."
Su, with short hair, walked in. At this stage of his life, Su did not yet have long flowing hair, nor were his eyes closed.
But he was still just as delicate and refined. If he ever dressed as a woman, the effect would definitely not be bad.
"It's fine. We only started eating not long ago. Su, were you with the teacher?" Kevin asked casually.
"Mm. We talked for a bit, then I got your ssage. The teacher happened to be going to eat too."
Su nodded and sat down, taking off his coat and hanging it over the back of the chair.
"These two are?"
Seeing two unfamiliar faces, Su was a little curious. He had not seen them anywhere in school.
With temperants that outstanding, if they were students, there was no way he would not have noticed them. They were hardly ordinary background faces.
"Friends I just t. This is Koji, and this is Elysia," Kevin introduced them.
"Hello, I'm Su, Kevin's classmate and roommate," Su introduced himself politely.
"Su, you left one thing out. We're also best friends."
Kevin corrected him. It was not just those relationships. Su was his very best friend.
Su smiled and nodded. Their relationship really could be called that.
i simply looked at the two of them. Why did this feel a little strange? It was as if her head had suddenly gained so extra weight.
How odd. What exactly was that supposed to an?
Koji and Elysia seed to realize sothing. A teasing smile appeared on their faces, and they exchanged a glance, instantly understanding each other's thoughts from the look in the other's eyes.
Who was going to say it?
