In front of the group was a device, seemingly capable of using the "Eyes of the Night Raven" to see and alter things.
Just like Fischl in her chuunibyou monts, seeing a "world" different from the ordinary.
But the device was placed so blatantly, its design so peculiar that it imdiately seed suspicious.
It felt as if it was inviting the group to use it, almost too straightforward.
As expected of Fischl—outwardly chuunibyou, but inwardly quite honest.
Little Amy wanted to close the book, shutting her eyes to pretend, "If I can't see it, it doesn't exist."
["The subjects cheered and worshipped the Prinzessin's might, answering her call and migrating to the sacred land later known as the 'Imrnachtreich.'"]
This castle was within the "Imrnachtreich," showing just how vast and detailed Fischl's fantasy was, as if it truly existed.
Even Mona couldn't help but praise, "It's actually pretty good."
Hearing this, Little Amy instantly perked up, her shyness vanishing.
"Hmph, the Imrnachtreich of this Prinzessin is far grander and more splendid than what's in the book!" Fischl boasted, puffing out her chest, which was notably larger than Hu Tao's.
Their friendship was undeniably strong, and after this story, it was bound to grow even closer.
Mona, anwhile, was grumbling inwardly. She had hoped to see Fischl embarrass herself, so why was this writing unexpectedly good?
Fischl's usual speech was hard to follow, so how was her writing so much clearer?
It seed that chuunibyou things sounded embarrassing when spoken aloud but felt fine when written down.
In the story, the group explored the Fischl Royal Castle, hearing the narration tell the tale as they went, making for a novel adventuring experience.
[Narration: "We established the Holy Land, venerating Her Highness the Prinzessin as the supre being, and brought poetry, drama, and adventure into the realm, making them the cornerstone of the Imrnachtreich."]
Poetry was a Mondstadt favorite, drama was Little Amy's hobby, and adventure was her job—this cornerstone fit her perfectly.
["When the rain ceased, Her Highness the Prinzessin descended from the heavenly steps, allowing her vassals to behold her sacred radiance."]
Descending from the heavenly steps, beheld in sacred radiance—this description reminded readers of the Raiden Shogun.
Back then, the Shogun had indeed descended from "heavenly steps," walking down from the sky as if on a staircase.
Her sacred radiance was dazzling. No, I'm not talking about those slis—I an the lightning flash of her blade, too blinding.
In summary: Got it. Fischl wants to be Mondstadt's Electro Archon!
Readers could understand the story told by the narration but couldn't help marveling at Fischl's vocabulary.
Being chuunibyou wasn't for everyone. Most people couldn't co up with such words.
Take Collei, for example—she wouldn't just struggle to say these words; she'd barely be able to read them.
But Teyvat's literacy rate was quite high. Most ordinary people could read, and among playable characters, only Razor, Collei, Qiqi, and Klee were less literate.
Wait, on second thought, Qiqi could read prescriptions, so she was literate too. That left Klee as the one who knew fewer words.
But even if everyone was literate, seeing Fischl's sentences strung together made them incomprehensible.
What the heck? What was this writing!?
Thankfully, stripping away the bizarre terms, the story was easy to follow.
Finally, the group in the story explored the Fischl Royal Castle and encountered a blunt-speaking raven statue.
It was outright calling for help.
It was just a raven statue, but it had a na: Leon, a knight wearing an iron helt.
Good thing he called himself a knight, or with that iron bucket on his head, people might've mistaken him for a zombie.
This sowhat ugly iron bucket helt was designed by Ozvaldo, and while the design wasn't bad, it looked silly on a raven's head.
[Mona said to the Traveler: "You've heard of it, right? Oz's full na is Ozvaldo Hrafnavins."]
Lumine, shocked: "I'm hearing it now."
Paimon, shocked: "It's just like Mona, with a hidden na!"
"It's not a hidden na! I'm just Astrologist Mona gistus!" Mona insisted.
She then added to Kazuha and Xinyan, who weren't as familiar: "But I'm not used to people calling by my full na. Just call Mona."
Mona's emotional intelligence was clearly high, or she wouldn't get along so well with Little Amy.
Kazuha gave a gentle smile and nod, while Xinyan said directly, "Alright, Mona, just call Xinyan too."
Lumine was still curious. Such a long na sounded a bit chuunibyou. Did Fischl have a long na too? So she asked Little Amy.
Fischl affird confidently: "Of course, this Prinzessin naturally bears a noble title. Ahem, my loyal retainers, heed my exalted na!"
Fischl struck a pose: "This Prinzessin is nad 'Fischl von Luftschloss Narfidort'!"
Everyone clapped in unison, having read enough to understand Fischl's temperant.
Reading together was for fun, and Fischl's performance to liven things up was t with enthusiasm, not annoyance.
Fischl was pleased, her flushed face breaking into a smile she couldn't suppress.
If she had a tail, it'd probably be wagging like a fan. Clearly, she reveled in the group's support.
We generally don't approve of "animal performances," but she insisted on performing.
Mona teased: "Actually, her na is Amy."
Lucian chid in: "I prefer calling her Little Amy."
The two seers tag-tead to tease Fischl.
Lucian hadn't written this na in the book, so it was the first ti everyone learned Fischl's na was so cute.
"Pfft…" Guizhong couldn't hold back a laugh, covering her mouth with her sleeve, then glancing at Streetward Rambler.
Her look said, "Don't look at , she's the one laughing."
Classic "fart and bla soone else."
"You two! How dare you! I'm firing you as my court astrologers! Hmph!" Fischl stomped, briefly forgetting her chuunibyou act.
But she wasn't really angry. What she truly wanted was this kind of playful camaraderie with friends.
If everyone was too formal, it'd lose its charm. She loved this casual yet cooperative vibe.
That's why, upon arriving at the island, she competed with Mona in swimming, unbothered by her chuunibyou persona. She knew when to draw the line.
As the narration said, the Prinzessin "pitied living beings, unwilling to see them suffer," and among those sufferings was loneliness.
Having known loneliness, she cherished the joy of being with friends.
