"Simply put, it's sealing a spell that has already been cast into a scroll.
Even if you don't have a staff, you can still activate the scroll, and the corresponding spell will be released.
It's basically a one-ti-use magic consumable—sothing very common in magical worlds.
Co to think of it, has no one in Teyvat ever thought of trying this?"

It was the boundary of the world itself—there, it connected Teyvat to the cosmic starry sky beyond.
They bore an imnse responsibility: to guard all of Teyvat from external interference.
Even if one day the Heavenly Principles went mad and sought to destroy the Seven Archons and their nations—
The Coven of Witches would still remain untouchable.
Even if her power was stronger, Celestia dared not lay a hand on them.

"You're saying all this way too early. Crafting spell scrolls is complicated—it requires many procedures, and a lot of specialized tools.
Whether we can even find them is another matter. The most likely scenario is that we'll only co across so finished spell scrolls."
"Anyway, let's keep exploring. First, we'll unlock the treasure chest in the Spooky Forest, and then we'll go hunt down the Twilight Lich!"
Everyone nodded, packed up their things, and pressed onward into the Spooky Forest.
Compared to the slight unease they'd felt upon arriving, seeing the Druids appear the sa way as before put them all at ease.
From what they could tell so far, Druids weren't many in number, but they weren't as rare as the Quest Ram that only spawned as a unique encounter.
