Walking towards the wooden figure of a small dragon placed on his bedside table, Noah turned it in a clockwise direction. It did not take long before Noah felt a slight vibration in the floor.
*Rumble*
With a slight noise a pathway opened on the floor. Noah did wait for a long ti and jumped inside the hole. The secret door closed itself as soon as Noah's feet touched the ground.
It turned out that there was another chanism on the ground that toggles when a weight lands on it.
Noah scamd his surroundings for any kind of traps or safety chanism but to his surprise there were just so worn out trap formations. They have been out of use for a long ti, thinking of them as the work of the array master to guard this place, Noah was a little intrigued guessing what this place could have been used for.
"Well that is expected from an array master. He just used that chanism for a cover." Noah muttered as he walked forward.
"So mind telling why did you not say anything to about this place?"
Noah asked in the air as he walked forward. He did not even look slightly surprised when Elysia beca visible to him suddenly.
"How did you know that I was here?"
"Do you think I am a non living thing that I won't feel when you are looking at with that much intensity all the ti."
Hearing his reply caused a light blush to appear on her face but she did not say anything to decline his words or to defend herself.
"I was waiting…"
Seeing Noah turning to look at her with a puzzled gaze, Elysia continued.
"I was waiting for my dear to ask his Sugar Mommy about a place for him to cultivate."
She moved closer and whispered in his ears with a sultry tone.
"So you wait for to ask for things I need before providing them."
"Of course or else How could I make my dear realize that he is asking his sugar mommy for sothing."
Elysia circled around Noah as he continued to walk.
Noah realized what she was implying, she wanted him to ask for help from her so that he would realize her efforts.
If he got used to her like it was her duty to give him the things he needed she would not be needed any longer.
Although Noah knew that he would never take soone who is helping lightly ever but he did not mind this way of Elysia to be reassured.
What Elysia told Noah was half of the reason. In reality she liked it when Noah asked for her help. It gave her a sense of contentnt thinking that she could be of use to him.
Her thoughts ca to a halt when she saw Noah suddenly stopping.
In front of them was a dark hallway, the hall path they had been walking was dark but in Front of them was a much wider area.
Noah had been using his soul sense to navigate their way through the dark way.
With a wave of his hands Noah conjured a few flas and sent them different directions. They looked like flashes of flare as they landed on several pillars in the room.
There was a large disc placed on these pillars. They were naturally there to contain the fire.
The whole room lit up with those flas and a grand hall ca into Noah's view. Even though the hall did not have anything grand or imposing as a decoration, the eerie feeling inside of it was telling that this place had an intriguing past.
"No wonder there were no Cultivation spots in this house."
Noah muttered as he looked ahead. In front of him was a huge circular altar placed on the ground. Noah could tell that it was made up of bone powders, blood and several other inhuman things.
"Qi Syphoning and assimilation. There is a purification array but it is quite weaker than the rest of them."
'This guy was not really a good guy huh.'
Noah thought as realized the purpose of the formations placed on the altar. The work of that man was like the work of a novice in his eyes.
The array master probably used to extract the qi from soone or sothing and cultivated it using this array.
If he was using Spirit stones to cultivate he would not have needed the purification array.
"Maybe he was a Demonic Cultivator!"
Elysia comnted in a nonchalant way while Noah also nodded at her words.
"Well this has nothing to do with us. So let make this place my temporary Cultivation chambers. We don't need these disgusting things, now do we~"
With a wave of Noah's hand the formation on the ground shattered without leaving any signs behind.
*Woosh*
"Well that confirms about him being the demonic Cultivator." Noah's eyes caught a wisp of dark energy releasing from the array, he could not help but chuckle seeing that leftover energy from the array.
With a wave of his hands Noah used his Yang Qi to deal with the dark energy by purifying it along with the eerie aura he felt in the room before.
*Snap*
Noah snapped and a new set of seals appeared on the ground. He nodded in satisfaction seeing his own work on the ground. There was not even a comparison in what he just placed and the one that was used by that array master.
"Noah, you forgot one thing!"
Elysia's words made Noah frown, suddenly he rembered he forgot the most important things for his training.
..
He was in this place to practice alchemy, not to cultivate and he did not even have the main things he needed for the Alchemy.
The material!
(A/N: It was definitely not because the I did not feel like giving him the materials because I wanted him to beg his mommy for it~)
He did not even have the alchemy furnace to use for making the pills he required. Even though he had the pill recipes, he did not have the materials to perform the process with.
