Surrounded by six different elental energies condensed into liquid pools, Noah's astral body seed stagnant in one place without any movents. The distant look in Noah's eyes was an indication that he was contemplating sothing instead of imdiately starting to break through. While the magic veins, on the other hand, were moved to his soul realm until the breakthrough was finished.
He was thinking about the various ways to form the best foundation, filtered from the knowledge of the past. He began by analyzing the information he had on the Foundation Establishnt Realm.
This realm was considered the most crucial, as it could determine the heights of a cultivator's future success. The stronger the foundation, the more power a cultivator could stack on top of it. Cultivation was a long and strenuous process.
One weak layer of foundation in this realm could cause several complications to appear in the dantian.
Noah found two best ways of creating a foundation. Building a foundation was all based on the imagination of a person and the practicality of that design!
The first design was a pillar-based foundation.
Similar to how pillars were the foundation for the next floor of a house, cultivators used all the Qi condensed in the pool to form a pillar in their dantian. The solidity of the pillar determined the strength of the foundation. After absorbing the Qi from these pools to make the first pillar, the process would be repeated nine tis until nine different pillars stood in the dantian.
The second thod was using the step thod!
This thod was much simpler. The cultivator used the sa pool of condensed Qi to form a solid, thick wall all around the dantian, considered a single flat step of a stair. The process continued until the dantian was filled with nine such steps placed one above another.
Noah found these theories feasible but not remarkable enough. He looked at other knowledge and realized that each technique had its unique way for a person to cultivate.
With curiosity etched on his face, Noah imrsed himself in the sutra and started reading the new chapter that had automatically unlocked the mont he reached the peak of his current realm. It took him less than a second to understand the way he had to make the foundation for himself.
He was impressed by what the technique showed him. He knew that it would have taken ti if he had thought of a way by himself, and it wouldn't have been this good.
'I guess this is the idea that I am going to work with!'
Making his mind up, Noah waved his hand and popped the Ultimate Foundation Building Pill, which he received as a reward into his mouth, and started circulating his Qi according to the details in the manual.
The pill dissolved inside him and entered his dantian through his stomach. The essence of the pill seeped deep into every Qi pool and rged with it before tremors started to course through each liquid.
Seeing the pill starting to work, Noah imdiately started the procedure by pulling the liquids from the Qi pool. He did not extract the liquid one by one but instead pulled all six of them simultaneously.

Following the will of his mind, the liquid in the pool started to rise and float in the air. The liquid narrowed down to form thin threads.
The six threads of each different elent ca towards Noah and started entangling with each other, each thread overlapping the other one forming one complex knot.
Noah did not have to alter anything; the whole procedure was going on by itself as he kept his cultivation technique going.
With his focus sparse, Noah watched the ethereal process unfold in front of his eyes with amazent and wonder.

After all six of the threads ford a single thread, it suddenly launched itself in the upward direction.

Just as one thread finished forming, another thread appeared out of the pool and followed behind.

Shaaaa! Shaaaa! Shaaaa!*
This continued until nine threads were ford in the core, all the pool water equally divided into the nine of them. Noah wondered why there were nine of these threads when from his knowledge there was only one thing in each of the thods he had read about.
As the cultivation technique kept running, sothing else was also happening on the outside.
*Rumble!*
*Crackle!*
Xin Yan backed away seeing the thunderclouds forming above Noah's head for the tribulation to begin.
Noah also sensed this change and gulped down two tier 2 Peak Healing pills!
Since he did not have the luxury to create a tier three pill, the pill started to work in an instant. The small cracks on his skin along with the injuries on his muscles healed in an instant, but his organs and the rest of the injured area were healing rather slowly.
In no ti, the first lightning bolt was condensed in the sky.
"Isn't that ridiculous? How can you give him such a powerful bolt right in the start?!" Sensing the power brewing in the sky, Xin Yan looked at Elysia and yelled in frustration. Elysia did not say anything but turned to look
in her direction. The look on her face was enough to shut her up.
She imdiately understood that Elysia was ten tis more worried for Noah, but she also had confidence in him.
"He will be fine; this much cannot even scrape his thick skin," Elysia sighed and explained. She noticed that Noah's aura was gradually increasing and making its way towards the next realm.

The lightning flashed and fell directly on Noah's head, followed by a loud booming sound.
Crack and bloody patches appeared on Noah's skin as the thunder dispersed. These scars were much lighter than the ones he had when he just ca here.
Before the wounds could even bleed any further, the pills he took showed their magic and healed them instantly.
Noah, on the other hand, unperturbed by his condition, was grinning in his astral form!
