She recognized that smile instantly this ti because she had been seeing that smile a lot. But she usually has been seeing it on Elysia's face.

Noah looked at Xin Yan's soul, which was struck by lightning for the third ti, with worry. His eyes followed the huge chunks of her soul that were flying in the air as her soul seed to be suffering major injuries.
"We need to do sothing!" Elysia yelled in fear. "Should I stop the tribulation? She is taking too long to deal with her issues."
"No, I will try sothing. This might not help her, but it should buy her so ti."
Hearing her suggestions, Noah imdiately shook his head and started channeling more of his soul power.
As if sensing Noah's intrusion, the tribulation clouds in the sky started to growl in anger.
Elysia beca even more worried thinking Noah might get smitten by the thunder. No one is allowed to help others in their tribulations. This was a well-known absolute law.

"Then she can deal with the demon before resuming." Elysia imdiately understood Noah's point through his explanation. She sighed in relief before a trace of happiness appeared on her face, but it did not last longer when she heard Noah's next words.

"Isn't that bad!" Elysia looked at Xin Yan's soul which was flying in the air without any sense of consciousness.

"What is happening?" Xin Yan muttered to herself after her several failed attempts to channel her soul power.
"Don't bother anymore. You cannot use your power in here." The demon announced with an annoyed look on its face.
"Sigh~ seriously, his kindness is wasted on soone as dense as you." It looked at Xin Yan's clueless expression and grumbled under its breath.
"Noah did sothing?" But Xin Yan heard her words loud and clear.
"Yeah, he did. He just saved your icy ass!" With jealousy laced in its voice, the demon explained what was happening outside to her with minimal details.
"That ans you cannot use your energy to influence ."
"No, that ans he left the decision to you. Ever since you left 'ho' you have been making decisions that only hurt you." Before Xin Yan could retort, the demon continued, "It's because you have been looking for a way to escape your problem. You ran from ho because 'she' asked you to and you believed her words.
