Noah and Xin Yan just offered her a supportive smile while the latter replied, "After you are done with your work, co and see . I will train you as I promised."
Wu Ping's eyes widened as it had been a long ti since she received Xin Yan's guidance. Most of the progress she had achieved was due to both Xin Yan's guidance and her own diligence.
"I will not let you wait, Mistress!" she responded with a deep bow, to which she got a nod in response. "I will get you your morning tea."
After finishing the cleaning in a matter of seconds, Wu Ping moved out of the hall to brew tea for both of them.
Noah and Xin Yan settled on the empty seats in the hall side by side. Xin Yan, who was enjoying the serene calmness of Noah's presence, was startled when she felt sothing touching her legs.
Looking down, she saw that it was Noah who had kicked her leg. Seeing the cheeky smirk on his lips made her comnt, "What are you, a kid?"
Noah chuckled, hearing her words, and threw her flirtatious glances, which made the woman a little embarrassed.
Never in her life had she felt her heart beating at such a speed, and the sweetness was almost overwhelming, but good for her, she loved sweet things.
"Seriously, I gave you two so ti alone, and you are flirting around everywhere." Xin Yan froze when she suddenly heard the scoffing voice.
Noah chuckled lightly, feeling the obvious jealousy in her voice, but he was really grateful that she could even hold back until now, which showed her care for the two of them.
Xin Yan wanted to retort, but before she could, Wu Ping walked inside the room holding a tea set placed on a tray in her hands.
Placing the tray on the table, she started making tea with swift and fluid motions as if she had done the sa thing for years.
Xin Yan hurriedly cald herself to hide the blush from the maid. Taking the cup of tea from her hands, she hid the embarrassnt.
Noah also took the cup as it was passed to him by the maid with a smile. His smile made the woman blush a little, but she hid it by lowering her head and moving to the side.
Noah, who was about to take a sip of the tea, stopped. He looked to the side and saw Xin Yan looking at the maid with narrowed eyes, her cup still placed on her lips.
Her eyes had turned a darker shade of blue as she caught the blush on the maid's face. 'Hmph, don't you already have an admirer? Why are you blushing for my husband? Blush for him. I will make sure to train her properly later.'
The maid suddenly shivered, feeling a sense of foreboding, and hurriedly looked around. Finding no abnormalities, she cald down.
Xin Yan, feeling a pair of eyes on her, turned to the side and saw Noah's gaze. 'Wait, I called him my husband.' Xin Yan blushed once more, thinking about what she was just thinking, but then shook her head. 'It's not like I said anything wrong. Sooner or later, he will be my lifelong partner… my husband~'
Noah watched with amusent as he saw several emotions phasing through Xin Yan's eyes while her face remained emotionless as if she was calmly sipping her tea.
'Heh! Her habit of daydreaming never changes. I wonder what dirty things she is thinking about now.' Noah shook his head, hearing the familiar voice in his head.
"Wu Ping, brew two more cups of tea. The others are also arriving." Noah chose to ignore her comnts and looked at the maid before asking softly. The maid followed without any questions. By the ti she was done, Shisan and Ming Ye entered the hall.
They seed to have t each other in the hallway.
"Greetings, Elder Shisan. Senior Ming." The maid bowed respectfully, knowing how strong the two of them were. She also had a good impression of the two, as Ming Ye was soone who taught her son, while Shisan had never treated her any worse than Noah and Xin Yan.
The two of them responded to her with a gentle nod before moving to greet Noah and Xin Yan.
After they finished greetings, Noah turned to look at Wu Ping, who understood his signal and left the room. Turning to look at Ming Ye, he asked, "So, what did you want to tell us?"
"It's nothing serious for now, or so I hope, but while I was looking for so herbs and beasts in the forest around the sect, I sensed so movents in the area." Ming Ye spoke softly, but his eyes looked at Noah sharply as if he were revealing sothing serious.
"It looks like so people are sneaking around the sect. I don't know their motives, but it looked like they were searching for soone or sothing. I did not approach them in case the real culprit gets alerted."

Noah and Xin Yan's expressions remained calm, but Shisan's eyes sharpened. She did not say anything but looked at Noah from the corner of her eyes.
"You did good by not approaching them." Noah nodded calmly while taking a sip of his tea. "So, how strong were they?"
Ming Ye raised his eyebrows hearing the reply but did not say anything and coughed slightly. Although Noah looked young enough to be his grandson, he had a feeling that the man was older than his dead ancestors.
Before him, he always felt like he was being seen through by a single glance, which made him a little agitated.
"Their strength is not that high, but they have so kind of thods to escape my detection." Thinking of their bizarre thods, Ming Ye frowned. 'This kind of force is dangerous enough to harm the hidden families. Should I tell the others about it? No, let's see how they deal with this force. If need arises, we will have all the families assemble and deal with them.'
