Brandon barely had ti to process what was happening before her soft lips pressed against his lips.

His entire body tensed in surprise as she so effortlessly wrapped her arms around his neck.

He staggered back slightly as his hands instinctively hovered in the air, unsure whether to push her away or hold her steady.

A little later, she pulled back her lips with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Mm~ So you really do have that effect~" she mused, her voice carrying an amused tone.

Brandon blinked, still trying to recover from what had happened as a stream of ether signature coursed through his brain.

Clarisse let out an exasperated sigh from her seat. "Astrid."
