Everyone present was stunned.

To throw a grown man like that, how strong must one be?

Zhao Chen was terrified. The young man was no ordinary person. Another trendous force ca from Chu Hao’s fist, making Zhao Chen’s hand bones feel as if they had shattered. He knelt on the ground in agony, screaming.

"Let... let go, Master!! Save ."

Long Yuan was also shocked and was about to intervene.

"Wait!"

An old man in a white robe stepped forward, cupped his hands, and said, "Young brother, please show so rcy."

Chu Hao raised an eyebrow. "Old man, you want to ddle too?"

The white-robed old man gave a wry smile. "At my age, I’m no match for you, young brother. I just want to take a look at your coffin."

Chu Hao flipped Zhao Chen over and glared at Master Long Yuan. "Feel free to look."

Long Yuan said, his anger simring, "Du Yuezhen, you..."

Du Yuezhen waved his hand. "Let see the coffin first."

Without delay, he walked over to the coffin and started caressing it gently. He grew more and more excited as he examined it, like soone beholding a naked beauty.

The crowd was astonished. The old man’s gaze at the coffin was just too perverse.

"Who is this white-robed old man?" a rchant asked.

"Shh!" a rchant, who obviously knew Du Yuezhen’s identity, whispered, "This old man has a reputation in our circles that’s said to be no less than Master Long Yuan’s. He seems to be from a Corpse-Chasing Clan."

"A Corpse-Chasing Clan!"

Besides Du Yuezhen, everyone’s attention was naturally on Chu Hao, whose earlier display of skill had been extraordinary and terrifying.

Mu Yuxun’s heart raced. She had underestimated Chu Hao; his abilities were profoundly terrifying.

Qin Zihao fud with resentnt. Chu Hao had hogged all the attention with that fight, just like in a martial arts movie.

Chu Hao, arms folded, couldn’t help but say, "Old man, your drool is about to drip onto my coffin."

Du Yuezhen snapped back to his senses, wiped away the drool, and said with embarrassnt, "My apologies, I got carried away. May I ask, young friend, is this coffin made of peachwood?"

Chu Hao nodded slightly. "You do have good eyes."

Du Yuezhen, excited, asked, "Really peachwood?"

Impatiently, Chu Hao said, "Obviously."

The crowd frowned. This young man was not the slightest bit polite to Du Yuezhen.

Master Long Yuan was growing impatient. Chu Hao had injured two of his disciples; he had to teach him a lesson. He frowned and said, "Old Du, what is the aning of this?"

Du Yuezhen hurriedly said, "Long Yuan, let ask you, have you ever seen such a large Peachwood Coffin?"

Long Yuan shook his head. "It’s just a coffin."

Du Yuezhen huffed. "That’s because you lack insight. I am from a Corpse-Chasing Clan; no one understands coffins better than us."

Long Yuan wanted to say sothing but ultimately held his tongue. Du Yuezhen truly did co from a Corpse-Chasing Clan, and no one in the world knew coffins better than they did.

Du Yuezhen, seeing the crowd around him, said with a smile, "Gentlen, I’m afraid none of you have ever seen such a large Peachwood Coffin, have you?"

A bald rchant asked, "Elder Du! Indeed, I’ve never seen such a large Peachwood Coffin. Is there sothing special about it?"

Du Yuezhen nodded and declared with excitent, "This coffin has an internal front base width of 57 centiters, a rear base width of 35 centiters, an upper opening width of 42 centiters, and a height of 60 centiters. Its base is 1.7 ters long, and its upper opening is 1.8 ters long."

Just with one glance, he could specify the dinsions of the coffin, which was truly admirable.

"Think about it, how large must the peach tree that was used to make this coffin have been? The peachwood used must have co from a tree at least one ter in diater. If I’m not mistaken, and the coffin is made from the core of the wood, then this peach tree must have been at least three ters in diater!"

Exclamations rose from the crowd.

A peach tree three ters in diater—how many years would that take to grow?

Du Yuezhen sighed. "Such a peach tree could be said to have beco spirited."

The crowd nodded vigorously, deeply curious.

After Du Yuezhen’s analysis, they found it difficult to imagine just how many years that peach tree had lived!

A thousand years!

Or perhaps ten thousand years, from ancient tis!

"Look at the carvings on this coffin," Du Yuezhen continued. "According to feng shui, this is the Heaven-Opening Coffin Pattern."

"The dead buried in this coffin will absorb the spiritual energy from the earth. As a result, their descendants for the next three generations will receive blessings as vast as heaven itself. They will live past ninety and ensure prosperity for their lineage for three generations."

The bald rchant exclaid in shock, "Elder Du, is this... is this true?"

Elder Du ignored him and asked excitedly, "May I ask, young brother, are you selling this coffin?"

Chu Hao chuckled. Indeed, the Peachwood Coffin has such effects; otherwise, why would it cost 20 Pretentiousness Points? Du Yuezhen does have so insight.

Among those present, only Du Yuezhen could recognize its true value; otherwise, they would just think it was an ordinary, dark coffin.

"You want to buy it?" Chu Hao said.

Du Yuezhen nodded repeatedly.

Chu Hao held up his hand, showing five fingers. "Just this amount, and the coffin is yours."

Du Yuezhen quickly said, "Little Qin, co over here."

A woman nad Little Qin, around thirty years old, curvaceous and wearing gold-rimd glasses, approached. She looks like the type skilled in secret arts, Chu Hao observed, a touch envious. That old man certainly knows how to enjoy life.

Du Yuezhen instructed, "Hurry up and transfer fifty million to this young brother."

As he spoke, as if afraid Chu Hao would change his mind, he added, "Young brother, I’ll buy it for fifty million. Please don’t sell it to anyone else. I, Du Yuezhen, have claid this coffin."

Fifty million!

Everyone was dumbfounded.

Mu Yufei, Mu Yuxun, and Mu Chenglong—the three mbers of the Mu Family—were completely stunned.

Qin Zihao’s jaw practically hit the floor. Fifty million for a coffin!

That was how much money he would earn after many, many years of hard work singing.

Chu Hao was also dumbfounded. When he’d held up his hand, he’d been thinking that since it was just a coffin, fifty thousand would be a good price.

But then...

Damn, fifty million!! Did I hear that right? This isn’t the ti to be shocked. I have to look unfazed... stay calm... stay calm. To hell with staying calm! Fifty million! I could make a bed out of money and sleep on it!

Although Chu Hao was reeling internally, to others, he didn’t seem fazed by the fifty million at all; his expression was rely peculiar.

Actually, my heart is in turmoil! Good thing I didn’t blurt out fifty thousand; that would have been too embarrassing, he thought.

Master Long Yuan was also shocked. He knew Du Yuezhen’s capabilities; if Du Yuezhen said this coffin was worth fifty million, then it truly was worth fifty million, not a cent less.

Because the Heaven-Opening Coffin Pattern alone offered abilities that people like them deeply coveted; it was a treasure they all dread of obtaining.

As people aged, they naturally considered how to provide for their descendants. Du Yuezhen had definitely snagged a bargain with this coffin.

Master Long Yuan slapped his thigh; he was itching to make an offer and buy the coffin himself.

As for the others present, they thought Du Yuezhen must have gone mad. Fifty million for just a coffin?

The secretary with the gold-rimd glasses said, "Sir, I need your card."

Chu Hao took out his card, still in a daze.

"Sir, fifty million has been transferred to your account," the secretary said, her voice very pleasant. Her moans in bed would probably be incredible too, Chu Hao mused.

Many people’s eyes widened as they saw Chu Hao put the card in his pocket, his little finger even brushing the secretary’s palm. No one noticed this gesture except the secretary herself.

Sure enough, the secretary’s face blushed slightly, her large eyes full of charm and seduction as she looked at Chu Hao.

I really want her number so we can have so fun tonight, he thought.
