After everyone arrived, they observed Mimi’s ho, a very large mansion.

As soon as Chu Hao entered, he watched the nannies’ faces; all were middle-aged won.

Yu Sicheng was also observing. His thoughts were the sa as Chu Hao’s; soone might want to harm Mimi.

Indeed, they noticed one woman, about fifty years old, whose gaze darted away when she looked at the two n. This person clearly had sothing to hide.

Chu Hao and Yu Sicheng exchanged glances, a hint of a smile forming on their lips.

Mimi’s husband arrived—a thirty-five-year-old man with decent looks, projecting the image of a successful person. He smiled and said, "Luo Yan, long ti no see. Please co in and sit."

Luo Yan didn’t hold back and took a seat.

Jiang Zhewen, Mimi’s husband, greeted Luo Yan with a covetous look, though he masked it very well.

Mimi said, "These are the two masters I’ve invited. I want them to take a look."

Jiang Zhewen frowned, saying, "Honey, there’s nothing wrong at ho, is there?"

Mimi, who seed to hold significant status in the household, didn’t spare Jiang Zhewen any face in front of so many people. "Nothing wrong?" she said sharply. "I’ve been going nearly mad lately, always dreaming of a child who clings to constantly."

Jiang Zhewen’s face darkened, but he then smiled and said, "Alright, let them take a look."

Yu Sicheng asked, "What kind of child?"

Mimi replied, "A little boy, who looks like the one from ’Ju-on,’ always clinging to and calling mommy."

Yu Sicheng said "Oh." With his abilities, he had a good idea of what was going on but didn’t say it out loud. Instead, he turned to Chu Hao and said, "Ah-Hao, what do you think?"

Chu Hao smiled and replied, "Brother Si Cheng, you go first."

Yu Sicheng didn’t mince words. "From my guess, that might indeed be your child."

Mimi ecstatically asked, "I... I have a child?"

Jiang Zhewen was also overjoyed, knowing that if Mimi had a child, his status in this family would rise significantly.

"Master, are you saying Mimi has a child? Is it true?" Jiang Zhewen asked excitedly.

Yu Sicheng shook his head then nodded. "It’s just a guess of mine, but when I ca in, I saw a corner where a child had passed by."

Mimi was close to crying. "Don’t scare ."

Everyone looked at Yu Sicheng.

He continued, "I’m not trying to scare you. It’s likely your child couldn’t be saved. So when I say you *had* a child, I an it’s already dead."

Mimi was stunned, her body began to tremble.

Jiang Zhewen flew into a rage, yelling, "What nonsense are you spouting! Get out of here!"

Yu Sicheng’s expression turned slightly unpleasant; he had told nothing but the truth. Jiang Zhewen’s outburst made many people feel awkward.

Yu Sicheng, straightforward as he was, said, "Don’t be angry, I’m only telling the truth. Your wife’s three moles on her neck have been tampered with. If this isn’t resolved, you will never be able to have children in this lifeti."

Jiang Zhewen grew even angrier and charged with a kick, eliciting gasps from the crowd.

Yu Sicheng took the kick, his expression gloomy. He didn’t fight back, but Wang ng at his side couldn’t sit still and rolled up his sleeves, ready to fight.

Wang ng was slightly overweight, but it was all solid muscle, forged on construction sites. His fierce gaze made Jiang Zhewen step back a few paces.

Yu Sicheng glared at Wang ng and barked, "Sit down."

Wang ng sat down, huffing. If it ca to a fight, ten Jiang Zhewens wouldn’t last against him alone.

Luo Yan also said, "Jiang Zhewen, how can you hit soone?"

Jiang Zhewen pointed at Chu Hao and the others, spittle flying as he spoke, "I think they’re all fraudsters! Dressed like construction workers? What kind of masters are they? I bet they’re just here for the money!"

Wang ng almost lost his temper, but Yu Sicheng held him back firmly.

Chu Hao narrowed his eyes. "We ca to help you. Since you don’t trust us, you’re welco to find soone more capable. What’s the point of hitting people?"

Jiang Zhewen angrily retorted, "So what if I hit you? I’m going to call the police!"

As he spoke, he took out his phone.

Chu Hao snatched his phone and threw it away. "Since you don’t trust us, we’ll leave. We don’t want the shop either."

Then, Chu Hao sneered and added, "But! Let warn you: the three moles on your wife’s neck have already penetrated deep into her body. If you don’t deal with them in ti, heh heh... a broken family and lost lives would be the least of your worries."

"You’re full of shit!"

Jiang Zhewen kicked out again, seemingly addicted to it.

Chu Hao didn’t indulge him, catching his ankle and viciously throwing him.

How strong must he be? The others were astounded.

Chu Hao dusted off his hands. "I studied Tai Chi for a few days. Never thought I’d use it on you."

Wang ng gave a thumbs up.

Jiang Zhewen started to get up, looking for sothing to hit Chu Hao with.

Mimi’s phone rang. She snapped back to her senses and answered the call.

A mont later, she exclaid, "Mom! What happened to Dad?"

Sothing happened to her dad?

Jiang Zhewen didn’t attack again. A trace of jubilation flickered in his eyes, though he hid it well. However, Chu Hao noticed.

Chu Hao said indifferently, "Tell your mother to hurry and put the ash from the altar on your father’s nose and let him take a couple of breaths. That should still save his life."

Mimi was startled but acted imdiately, regardless of whether it was true or false.

After a while, her mother reported that her dad was alright, and Mimi breathed a sigh of relief.

Jiang Zhewen looked disappointed.

Soon, everyone was looking at Chu Hao in amazent. Had he truly known Mimi’s dad was in trouble when he ntioned a broken family and lost lives?

DING! Host has successfully shown off, gaining 30 Pretentiousness Points.

Mimi looked at Chu Hao in disbelief. "My dad has always had asthma. After inhaling the ashes, he cald down. Little Master, you’re truly divine!"

Luo Yan quickly said, "I told you before, Master Chu Hao has real skills."

Chu Hao said, "It was because of the misfortune caused by your three moles. Just now, a relative of yours wanted to drag your father down."

Mimi was shocked.

Jiang Zhewen glared at Chu Hao, seething inwardly. The old man was so close to death, and this kid saved him!

Jiang Zhewen took a deep breath, pointed at Chu Hao, and yelled angrily, "What did you do? My dad has been fine all this ti! How co sothing happened as soon as you people showed up? You conspired together, didn’t you?"

Luo Yan couldn’t listen anymore. "Jiang Zhewen, how can you speak like that?"

Jiang Zhewen ignored Luo Yan and said, "Honey, don’t you find it strange? They must have set this up as a scam to swindle our money."

Wang ng, Yu Sicheng, and Ankang Mo were both shocked and angry. How had they beco swindlers?

Chu Hao sneered, "Your legal training hasn’t gone to waste, I’ll give you that."

Jiang Zhewen grew more agitated, pointing at Chu Hao. "See? He even knows I’m a lawyer! Mimi, hurry up and kick them out!"

Damn it! This guy was really pushing it. Chu Hao’s face darkened.

Chu Hao said coldly, "Fine! You say we’re swindlers? Then let your son tell you to your face."

Jiang Zhewen paused, not understanding what he ant.
