Jenny stared at the growing pile of items on the bed, completely stunned.

After a mont, she couldn’t help chuckling softly.

"If I didn’t know better," Jenny muttered, "I would think you were my guardian."

Lana crossed her arms and raised her chin proudly.

"Of course," she replied with a grin. "I’ve raised this cabbage for two weeks already."

She pointed at Jenny with a playful expression.

"So it’s only fair that I have so rights over this cabbage."

Hearing that, Jenny burst into laughter.

After Jenny thanked her, she left the mansion with firm determination burning quietly in her heart.

Before leaving completely, however, Jenny paused.

She turned back toward Lana, her footsteps slowing as if she had rembered sothing important.

Her expression beca serious.

"I will never forget what you have done for ," she said firmly. "Everything you did till now... I will rember it."

Her voice carried a strange weight, making the air around them feel heavier.

"And one day," she continued, her gaze unwavering, "I will definitely make sure that you benefit from helping today."

Lana let out a small chuckle, waving her hand dismissively as the soft rustle of leaves echoed around the courtyard.

"It really wasn’t a big deal," she replied lightly.

Jenny, however, shook her head slowly. Her brows knitted together and her expression turned solemn.

"You might not know this," she said quietly, "but you have changed soone’s life."

Her fingers clenched slightly at her sides.

"If I had stayed there... God knows where I would have ended up."

A faint bitterness flashed across her face when she ntioned it, as if the re thought of it left a sour taste in her mouth.

"But because of your help," she continued, her voice steady again, "I was finally able to break free from my grandfather’s restraints."

The wind blew gently between them, stirring the ends of Jenny’s hair.

Without hesitation, she bowed deeply toward Lana.

Then, without waiting for a response, she turned around and walked away.

Her figure gradually grew smaller as she moved down the long road leading away from the mansion.

Once Jenny had completely disappeared from sight, Lana stood there quietly.

Her gaze lingered on the direction Jenny had left, a strange expression appearing on her face.

’She thinks she owes ...’

Lana pressed her lips together slightly.

’But the truth is... she was the one who helped .’

For a mont, Lana even wanted to call out to Jenny and stop her.

She wanted to tell her that it was Jenny who had unknowingly changed Lana’s course of life.

If Lana was able to live such a calm and stable life in this tiline, it was largely because of the lessons Jenny had once taught her.

Back then, Jenny had constantly taught her how to observe people.

How to watch their reactions.

How to read the subtle movents of their eyes, the slight twitch of their lips, the unconscious gestures that revealed their true intentions.

Jenny had unknowingly taught her half the fundantals of psychology.

Because of those lessons, Lana had been able to avoid a lot of traitors early in this life.

’That alone was already enough for ,’ Lana thought quietly.

Even now, those teachings remained one of the most valuable lessons she carried in this life.

Taking a slow, deep breath, Lana finally turned around.

The mansion doors opened with a soft creak as she stepped inside.

Without hesitation, she walked straight toward her room and imdiately checked her bank account.

Her uncle had clearly been busy. Several more talismans had already been sold.

Looking at the numbers displayed on the screen, Lana raised her eyebrows slightly.

Her balance had once again reached a staggering $200 million**.

Without even pausing to think, Lana opened her foundation account.

Her fingers moved calmly across the screen.

Within seconds, she transferred $100 million into her charity foundation.

This was sothing she often did whenever she felt like it.

Sotis she donated fifty percent. Sotis the entire amount.

And sotis only ten percent of what she had earned. There was no fixed rule.

After all, she had earned the money herself.

So it could not really be said that Lana was an exceptionally generous philanthropist.

However, she believed that she was at least doing her own part.

And that was enough for her.

With that thought lingering in her mind, Lana continued living her normal university life.

When she returned to the university campus, however, things quickly beca lively again.

Her classmates had already heard about what had happened at Spineridge University.

As soon as she stepped into the classroom corridor, several of them surrounded her.

Their expressions were complicated.

Betty and Layla looked furious on her behalf.

Fay looked shocked.

"They actually treated you like that?" Wade muttered angrily.

Richard clenched his fists.

"Spineridge University students are really sothing else..."

Although there was hatred in their voices when they talked about what Lana had gone through, there was also a strange hint of reluctant respect toward the students of Spineridge University.

After all, that university’s students’ unity was indeed impressive.

anwhile, Lana herself continued quietly absorbing the ghost core again and again.

Each absorbing deepened her understanding of its energy.

As ti passed, her cultivation began to rise rapidly.

Previously, it had taken her a very long ti to reach the Earth Rank.

But the ghost core she possessed was nearly ten thousand years old.

The amount of energy contained within it was terrifying.

Because of that, Lana was now steadily approaching the Heaven Rank.

This sudden surge frightened many of her classmates.

So of the students who had previously been extrely carefree suddenly beca nervous.

Seeing Lana’s progress, they began cultivating almost obsessively.

So even practiced for ten hours every single day.

Soon, to their own shock, several of them discovered that they too were nearing the threshold of the Heaven Rank.

This realization stunned them.

For the first ti, they truly understood sothing important.

There was almost nothing in this world that could not be achieved through relentless hard work.
