A dense cacophony of sounds rang out, like a torrential downpour hamring against sheet tal.
Countless sparks flew from the golden Dragon Scales, but the Weapons that fell upon Sun’s body failed to leave even a single white mark.
To the Golden Dragon’s hundred-ter-long body, these attacks were less than a re tickle.
"Is that all you’ve got?"
Sun let out a contemptuous growl. Its massive body was the most terrifying Weapon of all.
It took a single step forward, its massive claws stomping seven or eight Undead Knights directly into the ground, crushing them along with the hard Stone Slabs into a pile of fragnts.
It needed no refined techniques; it simply rampaged savagely through the enemy ranks.
A beat of its huge Dragon Wings stirred up a gale that sent the Undead Knights staggering. Every ti its massive body barreled through, it left a trail of devastation in its wake.
This was no longer a battle; it was a slaughter.
Before the Giant Dragon, the thousands of fearless Undead Knights were like a tide of ants, crashing against a reef again and again only to be smashed to pieces.
Raylo and Ed stood at the edge of the battlefield, watching Sun wreak havoc among the enemy ranks. For now, there was no need for them to intervene.
Ed’s tight grip on his Long Sword relaxed slightly.
’So this is the Power of a Giant Dragon,’ he thought. ’Pure, overwhelming physical destruction.’
"How boring."
Just as Sun was about to sweep away the last few dozen armored guards, it suddenly sensed sothing.
A majestic pressure, like a volcano that had been dormant for a thousand years suddenly erupting, emanated from behind it.
This pressure was so pure, so powerful, carrying the unique aura of a superior being. It was as scorching and heart-stopping as the rising sun.
Sun’s golden eyes constricted abruptly.
It whipped its massive draconic body around. The movent was so fluid and swift, not at all like that of a hundred-ter-long Giant Dragon.
There, upon the Golden Throne, the king known as the "Sun King," Amun Ra, was slowly rising to his feet.
His Golden Armor flowed with a brilliant golden light, and golden Flas danced within his eyes.
The king of old had truly awakened.
Amun Ra’s fla-wreathed eyes stared directly at the massive Golden Dragon before him.
There was no sound, only the clash of pure auras.
The Golden Dragon Sun’s body tensed abruptly. In that instant, every golden scale on its body seed to ignite, emitting an even more dazzling light.
The mont the Sun King Amun Ra stood up, an invisible force field spread out from him, turning the entire space to amber.
Even the flow of light and dust seed to beco sluggish.
The Golden Dragon Sun’s hundred-ter-long body was as taut as a fully drawn bowstring, each Dragon Scale reflecting a cold brilliance.
It could sense that this opponent was not one of the Undead, but an ancient being who had, by so unimaginable ans, sealed its soul and Power within this golden vessel.
That pressure belonged to the living—to a king who had once stood at the pinnacle of the world.
"ROAR!"
Sun did not hesitate for a second.
Against an opponent of this caliber, any probing attack would be foolish.
It flung open its great maw, its long-accumulated Power of Origin from the Dragon Race gathering in its throat into a rapidly spinning golden orb of light.
The next mont, a scorching blast of Dragon Fla, hot enough to lt city walls, transford into a pillar of destruction and shot straight toward the figure before the Golden Throne.
Wherever the Dragon Fla passed, the hard rock floor was instantly seared into crimson glass. The air, distorted by the extre heat, let out an overburdened shriek.
However, Amun Ra just stood there quietly.
Just an instant before the Dragon Fla could touch his body, an invisible ripple abruptly appeared in the space before him.
The destructive golden torrent slamd into what seed to be a transparent, absolutely impassable Barrier.
There was no violent explosion, no dispersal of energy.
The searing Dragon Fla was completely absorbed and neutralized by the invisible Fighting Spirit Shield, ultimately dissipating into nothingness without leaving so much as a wisp of smoke.
Sun’s vertical golden pupils suddenly shrank to the size of a pinprick.
Amun Ra slowly raised his head. For the first ti, a flicker of emotion appeared in his eyes of burning golden Fla.
Imdiately after, the golden flas in his eyes flared violently.
VMMMM!
An indescribably imnse Power erupted from him, spreading throughout the entire tomb chamber!
Raylo’s vision blurred, and the scene in the tomb chamber changed completely.
The high, vaulted ceiling had vanished. In its place hung a golden sun, emitting infinite light and heat, so brilliant it was impossible to look at directly.
This sun hung at the apex of the tomb, transforming the space—a thousand ters long and wide, and nearly a hundred ters high—into its own kingdom.
Solar Domain!
Scorching, dry, suffocating air instantly filled every corner.
The stones on the ground began to glow red and soften, and the ancient reliefs on the walls warped and distorted under the intense heat.
Within the Domain, every inch of space was filled with the Power of the forr king, Amun Ra, as if the entire world was rejecting and suppressing all outsiders.
The Golden Dragon Sun let out a pained, low roar.
Inside this Domain, it felt as though its internal Power had been bound in heavy shackles, making it sluggish and difficult to circulate. Even breathing brought a searing pain.
