"Unfortunately, without an Energy Core, it’s just an expensive pile of scrap tal."
A flash of light appeared in Raylo’s palm. A Tier Five Magic Core, the size of a fist and radiating terrifying waves of energy, materialized in his hand.
This was the spoil of war from when Sun killed the Corrosive Poison Wing Dragon.
Master Barnaby inspected the Puppet, tapping here and prodding there.
Soon, he discovered a hidden compartnt on the Giant Puppet’s chest, covered in complex runes.
"Found it! This is the place!"
Master Barnaby carefully broke the Magic Seal on it. With a series of chanical clicks, the Armor on the Puppet’s chest slid open to the sides, revealing an empty socket. The Energy Circuits inside were clearly visible.
Raylo stepped forward and firmly pressed the Tier Five Magic Core into the socket.
"HUMMM!"
A low hum sounded as the Magic Core perfectly fit into the Puppet’s Energy Circuits.
The socket in the Giant Puppet’s chest slowly closed. Lines of golden Magic Power spread out from its chest, rapidly covering its entire body like a spiderweb.
Two points of golden light ignited in its dim eye sockets, as if a slumbering Giant Beast was awakening.
"Alright, now for the critical step."
Master Barnaby’s expression turned serious.
"I’ll erase its residual spiritual imprint. Although most of Amun Ra’s imprint dissipated upon his death, the remaining will is still stubborn. It must be completely removed, or there will be endless trouble later."
He raised his Magic Staff and began to chant an obscure Spell.
A soft white light enveloped the Puppet’s head, engaging in a silent clash with the will remaining inside.
After a full ten-plus minutes, Master Barnaby finally stopped, his forehead beaded with sweat.
"Done. Raylo, my boy, you can now stamp your own spiritual imprint on it."
Raylo nodded and reached out, touching his finger to the center of the Puppet’s brow.
His Spiritual Power surged into the Puppet’s body like a tide, establishing a connection with the cold, powerful Energy Core.
In that instant, Raylo felt as if he had gained a body of steel. Every joint and every circuit of the Puppet appeared clearly in his perception.
’Arise.’
As the thought crossed his mind, the thirty-ter-tall Giant Puppet slowly knelt on one knee, then rose to its feet.
The sound of its heavy footsteps made the entire plaza tremble.
’Walk forward a few steps.’
"THUD! THUD! THUD!"
The Giant Puppet strode forward. Its movents were sowhat slow, but they were filled with an oppressive aura.
’Jump.’
"BOOM!"
The Puppet bent its legs and leaped upward, jumping fifty to sixty ters high. It landed with a trendous crash, leaving two shallow craters in the hard Stone Slab ground.
’Punch.’
WHOOSH!
The Puppet’s massive fist swung out with a terrifying roar that tore through the air.
The Golden Dragon Sun, who had been lying off to the side watching the show, perked up and moved his enormous head closer.
"Looks pretty good. Raylo, mind if I test its ttle?"
"I was just thinking the sa thing."
Raylo said with a smile.
"Sun, test its quality."
"With pleasure."
A smile appeared on Sun’s enormous draconic face.
He casually extended a single claw from his hundred-ter-long body.
With a thought, Raylo controlled the Puppet, sending a heavy punch smashing toward Sun’s claw.
"CLANG!"
The tal fist collided violently with the gold-scaled dragon claw, unleashing a deafening boom and sending out a visible shockwave.
Sparks flew everywhere. The Puppet was forced back two steps by the imnse recoil, but Sun’s claw didn’t move an inch.
"Not bad, in terms of strength."
Sun comnted.
"It has Power and defense comparable to the Domain Level, but its movents are too stiff. Riddled with openings."
Raylo wasn’t discouraged. He had just started and wasn’t proficient yet.
He focused his mind and directed the Puppet to unleash a furious barrage of attacks.
Straight punches, hooks, leg sweeps, elbow strikes...
Various fighting techniques were executed through the Puppet’s colossal body, each carrying formidable power.
Sun, however, seed to handle it with ease. His massive claw would sotis slap, sotis block, and sotis parry, always neutralizing the Puppet’s assault with minimal effort.
"Too slow!"
Sun comnted.
Raylo stopped the attack.
"So, what do you think?"
Sun asked.
"Its Power and defense have both reached the Tier Five Domain Level. It’s as Solid as a tortoise shell."
Raylo gave his assessnt.
"But its weaknesses are also obvious. It doesn’t have its own Domain, and it lacks speed and agility. Against a true Domain Level Powerhouse, it would just be worn down and defeated."
"However," he continued, a smile appearing on his face, "it’s more than enough to clear out cannon fodder or serve as a mobile heavy Fortress on the battlefield."
A tireless, fearless Tier Five combatant—this was definitely the kind of ultimate weapon any army would dream of having.
After testing the Giant Puppet, Raylo turned his attention to the other two spoils of war.
The Sun King Amun Ra’s Golden Battle Armor and Golden Greatsword.
He first picked up the Golden Greatsword.
The blade was wide and heavy in his hand, yet it possessed a strange sense of balance.
He infused his Fighting Spirit into it. The ancient sun runes on the blade lit up one by one, emitting a scorching, oppressive aura, as if he were holding a Little Sun.
Raylo casually swung it toward an empty space. A golden arc of Sword Qi shot out from the blade, leaving a charred, bottomless trench over ten ters long in the ground.
"What a fine sword!"
Raylo exclaid in admiration.
He then picked up the set of Golden Battle Armor.
When he touched the Armor, the set, which had initially looked extrely large, automatically contracted with a series of soft clicks, fitting his body perfectly.
