With the Tier Five Giant Puppet in his hands and the Starfall Knight he could summon at any mont, taking down this Giant Camp was no longer a pipe dream.

"Sun."

Raylo began.

"When we fight that Tier Five Giant, your Domain will be key. First, use your Solar Furnace to suppress it. I’ll release the Giant Puppet to flank it with you."

"No problem."

Sun’s voice was filled with confidence.

"This is the perfect chance to test the ttle of my Domain."

The night passed uneventfully.

When the first rays of dawn pierced the horizon of the Giant Dragon Realm, Raylo and his party had already set out in secret.

Two suns, one gold and one white, hung high in the sky, vying to pour their light down upon the world.

"How are you feeling?"

Raylo asked from Baofeng’s back.

"Better than ever."

Raylo smiled but didn’t reply.

He patted Baofeng’s neck and pointed west.

"Let’s go. First, to Gray Mist Valley."

Baofeng let out a clear cry, spread its wings, and transford into a streak of yellow-brown light.

Sun’s massive body followed close behind, each flap of its wings kicking up a scorching wind.

Their speed was incredible. Before long, a great valley shrouded in gray mist appeared at the edge of their vision.

The mist was like a permanent veil of fine gauze, silently blanketing the valley and exuding an air of mystery and danger.

"This is the place."

Raylo signaled for Baofeng and Sun to descend, and they landed on a hillside with a wide, open view.

He didn’t enter rashly, choosing instead to carefully observe the terrain at the valley’s entrance.

"Sun, release your Dragon Mighty."

Raylo commanded.

The aura of a Tier Five Magical Beast would scare away Low Tier Demons, saving them a lot of trouble.

After confirming there was no obvious danger, Raylo cautiously stepped into the valley.

As soon as he entered the valley, the light dimd, and the surrounding mist significantly reduced visibility.

The air was filled with a damp, mixed scent of earth and humus, and the ground underfoot was soft and slippery.

"HISSS..."

A faint sound ca from a crevice in the nearby rocks.

Raylo’s gaze sharpened, and he stopped in his tracks.

He saw them then—vipers as thick as a man’s arm and entirely erald green, erging from rock crevices and the surrounding grass. On their triangular heads, pairs of oily green eyes stared fixedly at them, their tongues flicking as they let out a skin-crawling hiss.

Green-eyed Poisonous Serpents, Tier Three Magical Beasts. Their most notable characteristic was their potent venom.

As Sun approached from behind, its Dragon Mighty swept over them.

"HISS!"

The Green-eyed Poisonous Serpents, which had been so ferocious just a mont before, instantly reacted as if they had seen a ghost. They twisted their bodies and frantically burrowed back into the crevices and holes they ca from.

In the blink of an eye, not a single serpent could be seen, leaving only a few disturbed blades of grass swaying gently.

Raylo began to carefully scan the valley.

According to Master Barnaby’s description, Dragon Blood Grass typically grew in damp, shady places with dense Magic Power. Its most distinct feature was the crimson, vein-like patterns on its leaves.

The group continued deeper into the valley.

Moonlight padded along with elegant, cat-like steps, occasionally sniffing the air for fluctuations in Magic Power.

Coal Ball, anwhile, hopped down from Raylo’s shoulder, its large, dark eyes curiously glancing around.

After walking for about ten minutes, Moonlight suddenly stopped and let out a low cry, facing the base of an inconspicuous stone wall.

Raylo’s heart skipped a beat, and he strode over quickly.

There, amidst a patch of damp moss at the foot of the stone wall, several plants about half a foot tall were growing quietly.

Their leaves were a plain, unremarkable green, but upon closer inspection, one could see fine, crimson veins spreading across each leaf. It was as if real blood flowed within them, and a pure, surging Life Energy emanated from them.

"Found it!"

A hint of delight flashed in Raylo’s eyes.

He took a special Jade Shovel and a Crystal Box from his Space Ring. Carefully, he dug up the stalks of Dragon Blood Grass, along with the soil around their roots, and placed them whole inside the box to preserve them.

"Good job, Moonlight."

Raylo patted Moonlight on the head.

With the first success under their belt, the rest of the search went much more smoothly.

Moonlight’s perception of Magic Power fluctuations was extrely sharp, and it was always able to pinpoint the location of the Dragon Blood Grass.

They followed the valley deeper, searching almost every suspicious nook and cranny.

The morning passed quickly. When they had finished searching the entire Gray Mist Valley, Raylo took stock of their harvest.

Thirty-six stalks. Not one more, not one less.

"A good haul."

Raylo said with satisfaction as he put away the last Crystal Box.

"The first objective is complete. Let’s go and check on those big guys. We’ll try to add a squad of Hill Giants to the Black Stone Territory."

He swung himself onto Baofeng’s back, and Sun spread its wings once more.

The man and two beasts shot into the sky, leaving the mist-filled valley behind and flying southeast toward the Hill Giant camp.

The sky of the Giant Dragon Realm was vast and boundless, and below them stretched an endless Primordial Giant Wood Forest.

After flying for about half an hour, Raylo’s pupils suddenly contracted.

At the edge of his vision, a tiny black dot was rapidly growing larger.

"Stop! Quick, get down!"

Raylo ordered decisively.

Sun and Baofeng instantly folded their wings, diving toward the Giant Wood Forest below like two teorites.

"BOOM! BOOM!"

With two loud crashes, they broke countless thick branches and landed heavily in the depths of the forest.

Sun was a little impatient, but it still quickly gathered its massive body and used the dense canopy and huge tree trunks to hide itself.

anwhile, Raylo, still on Baofeng’s back, hid behind an ancient, towering tree that would take a dozen people to encircle. He held his breath and peered up at the sky through the gaps in the leaves.

A mont later, the black dot beca crystal clear.

It was a Winged Dragon of imnse size. Its wingspan was likely over a hundred ters, large enough to blot out the sun.

It had a slender neck and a large crest on its head. Every flap of its wings stirred up winds in the sky visible to the naked eye, causing the forest below to ripple like waves of wheat.

A Wind God Winged Dragon!

Raylo’s heart couldn’t help but beat a little faster.

This was definitely one of the overlords of this airspace. Its strength was likely on par with a Tier Five adult Giant Dragon.

The Wind God Winged Dragon seed to be just passing by and didn’t notice the uninvited guests hidden in the forest below.

Its enormous figure whistled past in the sky above them. The hurricane-force winds it generated sent the treetops into a frenzy, and countless leaves and broken branches rained down.

Only after the terrifying figure had completely vanished over the horizon did Raylo let out a long sigh of relief.

"Our target is the Hill Giants. There’s no need to cause unnecessary trouble here."

Raylo said in a low voice.

Raylo knew very well that in a place like the Giant Dragon Realm, recklessness was a death sentence.

The Wind God Winged Dragon was a vanguard for the Jade Dragon Emperor, the overlord of this region. It was best to avoid attracting its attention.

Caution and patience were the true keys to survival.

Once he confird the Wind God Winged Dragon was long gone, Raylo signaled for Sun and Baofeng to co out.

"Looks like we’ll have to be more careful."

Raylo said, glancing up in the direction the Winged Dragon had disappeared.

"Let’s go. We’ll fly as low as possible. We don’t want to get tangled up with any of the big creatures in this sea of trees."

Baofeng and Sun’s figures skimd just above the dense sea of trees, like flying fish gliding over the water’s surface.

This thod of travel was far less exhilarating than flying high in the sky, but it had the advantage of being stealthy.

About ten minutes later, the forest ahead began to thin out. A strong sll of smoke and the crude, charred aroma of roasted at drifted over on the wind.

Raylo raised a hand to signal. Baofeng and Sun imdiately stopped and landed silently on a relatively high slope, where a thicket of bushes perfectly concealed their forms.

He pushed aside the branches in front of him and looked down the slope.

It was a massive clearing that had been forcibly carved out of the forest. Dozens of crude huts, built from giant stones and logs, were scattered about haphazardly.

In the center of the clearing, a bonfire the size of a small hill was blazing, its scorching heat causing the distant scenery to shimr and warp.

Over the fire, a simple spit made from several sharpened giant logs was slowly turning. Skewered on it was a whole Mammoth.

Its tusks had been broken off, and its thick hide was charred black and curled. Fat dripped into the flas, creating a SIZZLING sound and sending up plus of black smoke.

Raylo watched the behemoth roast, the corner of his mouth twitching slightly.

’A Mammoth that big, and they’re roasting it whole without even carving it up? Are these Hill Giants planning to roast that thing until nightfall?’
