Next, Raylo had his n move the target to six hundred ters, then seven hundred...

Even at eight hundred ters, Kado’s Javelins still accurately struck the three-ter-tall target. While they no longer hit the bullseye, he still maintained a perfect ten-for-ten record.

That wasn’t Javelin throwing anymore. It was practically a mobile, point-and-shoot giant Siege Crossbow Cannon!

Watching the wreckage of the target pinned to the ground by one of Kado’s spears in the distance, its tail half still humming, Ed and the surrounding Knights couldn’t help but swallow hard.

They imagined facing such an attack and realized they probably wouldn’t even have ti to react before being instantly torn to shreds.

But in Raylo’s mind, a different kind of storm was brewing.

As he watched Kado’s effortless performance, the na of a Potion he had temporarily set aside suddenly flashed through his mind.

"Sigh of the Giant Dragon."

It was a highly concentrated Alchemy Poison that Master Barnaby had painstakingly concocted from the potent venom of a Lion Scorpion Beast.

This poison was incredibly powerful, capable of directly threatening a Tier Five Domain Level powerhouse, but it had always faced an awkward problem.

How to effectively deliver it into the body of a Domain Level Powerhouse of Tier Five or higher.

Those powerhouses were incredibly fast and had sharp senses. Ordinary arrows and attacks couldn’t even get close, let alone pierce their Domain defenses.

Thus, despite the imnse toxicity of "Sigh of the Giant Dragon," there had never been a suitable way to deploy it.

But now...

Raylo’s gaze fell once more upon Kado and the massive Javelins that could easily cover several hundred ters with the force of a siege weapon.

What if...

...he coated those Javelins with "Sigh of the Giant Dragon"?

With Kado’s terrifying, point-and-shoot accuracy from eight hundred ters, combined with the imnse kinetic energy of the Javelins themselves, he could instantly tear through the Protective Energy of most Domain Level Powerhouses.

As long as the spear tip broke the skin, the lethal poison, which kills on contact with blood, would instantly flood the target’s body.

The other Hill Giants, with the Giant Strength of their throws, could also threaten those high-and-mighty Domain Powerhouses if their Javelins were coated in the concentrated venom of the Lion Scorpion Beast.

At that point, even Giant Dragons soaring through the sky or Domain Level Powerhouses who thought their defenses were invincible would beco fragile and helpless against the Javelin strikes of Kado and the Hill Giants.

A terrifying idea took shape in Raylo’s mind.

From that day forward, Black Stone Territory would possess the simplest, most brutal thod of ultra-long-range assassination, capable of posing a fatal threat to Tier Five Domain Level Powerhouses.

With this in mind, Raylo turned to Sun, who was watching Kado with an appreciative gaze.

"Sun, starting today, give them a new training assignnt."

The Golden Dragon turned its massive head, its golden eyes looking at Raylo.

"Focus all their training on Javelins."

Raylo’s command was clear and concise.

"The regular Giants’ goal is a fifty percent hit rate at a distance of five hundred ters. For Kado, there is no limit. Have him throw as far as he can. I want him to beco a nightmare for every enemy on the battlefield."

Sun nodded, indicating it understood.

These were not low standards. The Hill Giants had enough arm strength, but ensuring accuracy at five hundred ters would require a massive amount of practice to improve.

It walked up to the Giants and announced the new training plan in a roar only they could understand.

At first, the Giants maintained their simple-minded, unconcerned expressions; daily training was as normal to them as eating and drinking.

But when Sun announced the system of rewards and punishnts, the atmosphere on the training ground changed in an instant.

"Every day before dinner, a Javelin competition! The one in last place gets their roast at confiscated! It’ll be given as a reward to the first-place winner!"

"AWOO!"

"ROAR!"

The Hill Giants’ eyes instantly turned red.

To them, food—especially large, sizzling pieces of greasy roast at—was the entire aning of life.

Depriving them of their roast at was worse than death.

In an instant, all the Giants howled and charged toward the Javelin training area, grabbing the Iron Spears and practicing with all their might, terrified of becoming the poor fool who could only watch their companions feast.

However, for the Giants, the torture was far from over.

Raylo’s new orders included another item.

"Add one hour of culture class every day to learn the common tongue and basic arithtic."

The ones responsible for teaching were a few retired veterans from the territory, chosen for having the most guts and the loudest voices.

The first day of class was utter chaos.

The Giants sat cross-legged on the ground, each one like a small mountain. Their teachers didn’t even co up to their knees.

When the teacher wrote a "1" on a specially made, enormous Stone Slab, the Giants would dip their thick fingers in muddy water and draw a crooked worm on the ground.

When the teacher wrote "one plus one equals two," a simple-minded Giant scratched his head, completely unable to understand why one thing plus another thing would beco a new thing.

He pointed at the Stone Slab in confusion, then at his own two hands, letting out a series of incomprehensible grunts.

To ensure they learned, Sun also established a cruel rule.

There would be a test after class every day. Anyone who failed would have their roast at confiscated and get only thin porridge for lunch!

At this, the Giants completely broke down.

And so, for a ti, a peculiar scene unfolded in Black Stone Territory.

In the morning, in a makeshift classroom, a group of mountain-like Giants would scratch their heads in front of small Stone Slabs, their faces filled with despair over questions like "what is three plus five," muttering to themselves and making muffled, baby-like "goo-goo gaa-gaa" sounds.

During the day, on the training grounds, the Giants would furiously hurl their Long Spears, their roars shaking the heavens, all for the sake of their dinner’s roast at.

Occasionally, a Giant would fail their test and could only hold a basin of thin porridge at dinnerti, watching pitifully as their companions—especially the one who won the Javelin competition—gnawed on two roast lamb legs, their mouths glistening with grease.

Their grief-stricken, indignant gazes were enough to move even the most hard-hearted person.

The jokes and antics of these simple-minded Giants during their training and studies quickly spread throughout Black Stone Territory, becoming the residents’ favorite source of after-dinner entertainnt.

The atmosphere in all of Black Stone Territory lightened considerably because of it.

A month flew by in a flurry of flying Javelins and mud.

One day, a beaming Harlem found Ed and excitedly announced that the "big guys" the Lord had commissioned were all finished.

When the news reached Raylo, he imdiately led Ed and a group of Knights to the main square.

In the square, thirty Mammoths stood quietly.

Their bodies were draped in brand-new Armor.

The Armor was made of Armor Plates forged from heavy Refined Iron and linked together with tough Leather, covering the Mammoths’ heads, backs, rumps, and flanks, instantly transforming the gentle Giant Beasts into ferocious war machines.

On their backs were giant saddles the size of small houses. Thirty newly selected Knights, their faces flush with excitent, repeatedly stroked the cold Iron Armor of their new partners, their eyes filled with fervor and thrill.

anwhile, the Hill Giants had also changed into new gear.

It wasn’t the airtight Full Body Armor worn by the Knights, but a type of Composite Armor that balanced protection and flexibility.

A thick iron plate protected the vital area of the chest; ferocious Beast Head Shoulder Guards sat on their shoulders; Wrist Guards made of a mix of Leather and iron plates were strapped to their forearms and wrists; and a Battle Skirt protected their hips without hindering movent.

Although this set of equipnt left most of their muscles exposed, it perfectly protected all the Giants’ vital points and weaknesses, allowing them to unleash their Power on the battlefield without reservation.

Finally, everyone’s gaze converged on Kado.

And on the... Weapon in his hand.

It was a gigantic, twenty-ter-long Wolf Fang Club forged entirely from Refined Iron. Its head was covered in vicious spikes, each one as sharp as a Short Spear.

The entire weapon emanated a savage and tyrannical aura. rely resting there, it was enough to inspire awe and fear.

Kado grinned, revealing a set of white teeth, and lifted the terrifying, multi-ton weapon with a single hand. He gave it a casual swing, and the heavy Wolf Fang Club generated a violent wind pressure that tore through the air with a terrifying "WHOOSH," blowing the surrounding Knights off-balance and forcing them to stumble backward.

Kado seed extrely satisfied with his new Weapon. He excitedly pounded his chest with his fists, letting out a deafening roar.

Standing beside Raylo, Ed’s Adam’s apple bobbed.

He had no doubt that if that Wolf Fang Club so much as scraped a city wall, it would smash a huge gap in it.

If it were to smash into an army formation, it would probably be like an iron plow through tofu, instantly clearing out a huge area.
