Moonlight froze for a mont, lifting its head. Its pale golden eyes gazed at the behemoth before it.
Sun didn’t speak, rely letting out a low rumble from its throat.
A slight smile touched Raylo’s lips at this scene.
His Knight partner, Sun, looked mighty and domineering, but deep down, he possessed an unexpected gentleness.
Perhaps in the eyes of Sun, a fellow mber of the Dragon Race, the not-yet-adult Moonlight was indeed a "little one" that needed to be cared for.
Moonlight was stunned.
It lifted its head, looking from the behemoth before it to the fruit that had been pushed in front of it. A flash of human-like confusion crossed its pale golden, cat-like eyes.
Raylo watched from the side, not interfering.
’This is how Giant Dragons communicate.’
Moonlight lowered its head and looked again at the Dragon Blood Fruit, now just inches away.
The crimson light flowing across the fruit’s surface, like a dancing fla, reflected deep in its pupils.
A desire originating from its very bloodline surged uncontrollably.
It was at the bottleneck between its Growth Stage and Adolescence. This fruit ant far more to it than it did to Sun, who was already a Domain Level Dragon.
In the face of primal instinct, reservation and pride were ultimately fragile.
The hesitation lasted only for a mont.
Without further delay, Moonlight stretched out its head, opened its mouth, and swallowed the Dragon Blood Fruit in one gulp.
BOOM!
The fruit lted the instant it entered its mouth, and a violent, scorching torrent rushed through its entire body.
The power was so imnse and savage, it was like a volcano had erupted within it.
The majestic Life Essence Qi and Power of the Giant Dragon rampaged wildly, instantly shattering the Transformation Technique it used to maintain its form.
With a flash of white light, the large white cat vanished.
In its place stood a Silver Giant Dragon.
Its streamlined body was covered in scales as cool and clear as moonlight, each one like a finely carved work of art.
Its long, curved neck was raised high, and two spiraling silver horns atop its head pointed toward the sky, emitting a faint halo.
The massive mbranous wings folded at its sides suddenly unfurled. On the translucent mbranes, intricate Magic Power patterns were clearly visible, like a flowing river of stars.
A wave of Dragon Mighty erupted from it, sweeping across all of Black Stone Castle in an instant.
Coal Ball, who had been covering its head and playing dead, was now peeking through its claws with one eye, its little face filled with shock.
’In all my life as a little brother, this is the first ti I’ve seen Big Sis Moonlight’s true Silver Dragon form!’
Before it could fully process this astonishing fact, the situation in the sky above changed dramatically.
The Magic Power near Black Stone Castle began to converge frantically toward the Silver Dragon, forming a massive, visible vortex.
Night had fallen, but a single, pure ray of moonlight pierced through the clouds, precisely illuminating Moonlight’s body and draping it in a sacred, silvery veil.
The advancent began.
The transition from the Growth Stage to Adolescence was a crucial transformation in a Giant Dragon’s life.
Success ant officially stepping into the Tier Five Domain Level.
Raylo held his breath, his eyes filled with anticipation.
Baofeng stood quietly to the side, sensing the steadily rising Dragon Mighty.
However, the process did not seem to be going smoothly.
At first, Moonlight’s aura climbed steadily, its silvery radiance dazzlingly brilliant.
But after only ten-odd minutes, the speed of the converging Magic Power vortex began to slow. The light on Moonlight’s body started to flicker, as if its power was failing.
The advancent process was actually showing signs of stalling.
"What’s happening?"
Raylo’s heart tightened.
He imdiately realized what was wrong. Moonlight’s talent was too exceptional. It was no ordinary Silver Dragon. Its unique, mutated talent likely ant that the energy required for its advancent far exceeded that of others of its kind.
’A single Dragon Blood Fruit isn’t enough!’
Sun also sensed that sothing was wrong. He swung his massive head, streams of anxious, hot air puffing from his nostrils, his golden draconic eyes filled with worry.
Without hesitation, Raylo imdiately pulled several bottles of precious Tier Four Magic Potion from his Space Ring.
He uncorked the bottles and brought the potions to Moonlight’s mouth.
Moonlight, seemingly aware of its energy deficit, struggled to open its mouth and drank down all the potions.
But for the imnse energy a Giant Dragon required to advance, these few potions were but a drop in the ocean. They only caused the nearly extinguished light to brighten for a mont before it dimd once more.
Moonlight let out a low, pained moan. Its silver draconic body trembled slightly. If the advancent failed, at best its vitality would be severely damaged; at worst, its bloodline would be hard. The consequences were unimaginable.
Just as Raylo, burning with anxiety, was rummaging through his Spatial Bag for any useful treasures, a black shadow shot off his shoulder.
It was Coal Ball!
This little creature, always so greedy and clinging to life, was acting completely out of character.
It bounded over to Moonlight, its tiny body looking particularly comical in front of the Silver Dragon’s enormous head.
It let out two anxious "CHIRP CHIRP" sounds, as if trying to cheer on its Big Sis.
Then, under the astonished gazes of Raylo and Sun, Coal Ball puffed up its cheeks and opened its little mouth.
"Ptooey."
Another Dragon Blood Fruit was spat out, carrying the sa rich aroma and scorching energy, and it floated steadily before Moonlight’s eyes.
’The little thing! For its Big Sis Moonlight, it was finally willing to give up the Dragon Blood Fruit it had embezzled!’
Coal Ball used its small paws to painstakingly push the fruit forward, its beady black eyes filled with both urgency and reluctance.
A glimr of light flashed in Moonlight’s pale golden draconic eyes. Without the slightest hesitation, it swallowed the second Dragon Blood Fruit in one gulp.
