"No, I don’t believe it! I’ll wait for the Ministry of Magic people, I demand a judgent from them! You cannot execute extrajudicial penalties or private interrogations, it’s against the rules! It’s illegal!"
Pettigrew kept repeating, clearly resisting, repeatedly bringing out this mighty banner.
Professor McGonagall, who valued order and rules, frowned at this point.
